Happy New Year ❣️ We start our New Year's greetings at Sake-no-Wa with our traditional New Year's drinking! This year we chose Sentoku, a local sake 🎉. Until now it was a cup sake in a bottle, but now it's coming in an aluminum can ‾! As soon as the train started moving I popped the lid and opened the bottle! Oh 😍😍the sweet aroma of sake wafts through the air 😆. On its own, it has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness from the rice 😋. When paired with snacks, it's quite tasty with a spicy aftertaste 😋. I know it's presumptuous... but it's definitely better than before 😂😂😂⤴️⤴️ Keep up the good work Miyazaki🙌! I'm happy to start the year on a positive note thanks to you😍!

I often drink hiragana yokoyama, but this is my first time to drink hiragana yokoyama, Kanji Yokoyama is new to me 😍. Sweet and sour berry type❣️ Sharper than Hiragana YOKOYAMA 🙆. It's finally getting cooler! Sake shops are all orange with the rush for fall sake, but I'm drinking summer sake, attracted by the refreshing blue bottles and labels 🍶. Oh 😍😍😍 it's so delicious 😍😍😍! It's sweet and fruity with a good amount of schwarziness ❣️❣️ The leesiness and the slightly spicy aftertaste is also very nice 👏👏👏👏👏. The other day I drank a Koshihikari sake made from Kangiku's Koshihikari rice with a 90% milling ratio, I had a taste of Koshihikari Koshihikari with 90% polished rice the other day 🎶. Mmmm..! 😍😍! It's so delicious! 😍😍 It's soooo fruity but still has a rich sake-like flavor! The sweet and sourness is really good, sweet and tasty rich berry type 😋. I love the aftertaste 😆.
