I've tried a few different kinds, but I still like the blue label takachiyos: ❣️ I'm glad to see it again this year 😆. I thought it was more refreshing than I expected when I opened it, but after a few days it was sweeter! I thought it was more refreshing after opening it, but after a few days, it turned sweeter! 😍😍 Yes, yes, yes, yes, this sweetness: ⤴️ And a little bit of chotoyi is ❣️ I kept it a little longer and it started to feel more like rice 😆. I discovered Aizan in Nabeshima😍. I was also attracted by the label in a pretty shade of peach 🎶 I was wondering how sweet and rich it would be, since Nabeshima has a rather rich flavor to begin with, but it was a refreshingly light sweetness 😆. I was expecting it to be a little sweeter and richer than it was, but it was a refreshingly light sweetness 😆. A bit surprising 😂. But! I was a little surprised 😲 but! After a few days, it becomes very fruity sweet 😍⤴️⤴️😍😍 The complex flavors come together nicely and neatly. Fruity like a combination of peach🍑 and apple🍎😍😍. I love it so much 🙌 Rice used: 100% Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 12 Low alcohol content, 150ml, taste to your liking, and it goes fast 😆. I thought Gohyakumangoku would give it a clean taste, I thought Gohyakumangoku would have a refreshing taste, but this one is thicker, sweeter and fruity. The technique of making kijo sake is amazing!

Some nigori rice may still have some rice grains, but this one is so smooth you'd think it was mixed in a blender 😆😆😆! It's so smooth 😆😆😆. You can tell just by taking a sip that the alcohol content is high 😲! As the label says, it's very rich 😆😆. It's a souvenir from my husband's business trip 😆. It's 180ml and comes with a small plastic cup, perfect for the 🚅🍶 drinking 😍⤴️ Polishing ratio 70%. A little bit bitter, but still a refreshing sake with the sweetness of rice 😍. It goes great with taro with miso 😋😋. I wanted to try the peach heaven with the light peach color label. I went out to see if the store had it, but they didn't 🤣🤣. But after looking at the fridge, I found out that it's white "Yukiten", I found a white "Yukiten" 😲😲! I was rejected by Momoten, but I took home a bottle of Yukiten🎶🎶. Now, I'm going to eat it: ⤴️ Oooh ⤴️ delicious 😍😍😍😋😋😋😋! A hint of sweetness followed by a hint of bitterness. Not soft and sweet, but a little spicy and mild. A little bubbles after a while. After mixing the lees, the aroma became slightly sweeter 😍. The taste is soft and creamy. as time goes by, it mellows out and gets sweeter and sweeter 😍😍😍. Recommendation from my usual uncle at my usual store: ❣️ It's a classic looking label, but I bet it's sweet and fruity, just the way I like it 😆. Here we go: ⤴️ Low key but pop it open🎶. Mmm😍😍It's still delicious! It's fruity 😍❣️ peach 🍑 or grape 🍇 😍. The sweetness and fruity taste spreads softly on the palate, then the pungency and astringency come in afterwards 😋😋😋. It goes great with marinated onions and salmon 😋. Cream stew makes it even more fruity and sweet 😍. Neapolitan, stuffed peppers with piquant spiciness 😲. With time, the sweetness and fruityness increased 😲. If you let it sit for a few days, it will come together more and be more stable and delicious 😲😍. Ooh! Delicious 🎶😍. Pretty voluptuous 😆 Like a peach🍑😍. The fruity sweetness is also strong but very well balanced ❣️ The sweetness is soft and gentle and the spiciness comes on the back end 😋. It goes well with white sauce. It goes well with sweet and spicy seasoned okara. It also goes well with sweet snacks. good with sponge cake 😋 but not so good with red bean paste 😂 I don't know why 😆. After a while, the voluptuousness of the sauce settled down and it became even easier to drink 🙆. It's so shwashy😍I love shwashy ❣️ It's really like a rumney 😋😋😍😍 + a little spicy! It still has a faint gassy feeling after a few days🙆. The slightly spicy taste has calmed down and the sweetness has increased😍. It has just the right balance and would go well with many dishes 😋😋. This is my favorite young lady ❣️ I bought both Junmai and Junmai Ginjo because they are so good 😍. The Junmai I drank first The Junmai I drank earlier was a bit tame this year so I'm looking forward to the Junmai Ginjo. I'm looking forward to Junmai Ginjo ⤴️ Now, with excitement in my mouth This time, I'm going to scream! Um~... hmmm? ...Huh? 😂... Usually it's bananas and peaches, so juicy and gorgeous, But this year it's much more modest 😆. Delicious! Beautiful and very tasty! But this one ended quietly too, until we finished it 😆. Dark grapes 🍇 or Kamomo 🍑 or 😍😍. Gassy and slightly chili. I love it so much ⤴️ fruity but not too sweet and spicy with a clean aftertaste The astringent label is not what I expected from the sake flavor... 😆 Don't be fooled. Don't be fooled lol Rice: 100% Asahi from Akakabe Akasaka in Bizen Yeast used: Kyokai 14, 7 Polishing ratio 50%. Date of production: January 2025 Asahi rice is also used to make sushi. It is said to have been used for sushi. It is low in protein and fat and tends to produce a light, clean sake. It is grown mainly in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture and is a representative of Okayama Prefecture. The yeast used, Association No. 14, has a muscat-like aroma and low acidity. Association No. 7 has an elegant and gorgeous aroma. Hmmmmm 🤔I'm learning a lot!
