Lately, I've been a fan of Azuma Tsuru-san: ❣️ But there are some I haven't had yet! If it's light nigori and draft, it's a must try ⤴️ It smells like strawberries when you open it 😍! If you sip it without mixing too much orikori, it has a sharp sweet and sour taste...yummy⤴️⤴️ The spicy and slightly spicy flavor makes it a perfect combination 🙆🙆. Spicy dry curry goes surprisingly well 😋. Ponchan❣️Tozuru is a sake from Saga, so they carry it in Fukuoka and it's easy to get if you travel to Saga🙆Thank goodness 🎶It may be a matter of taste, koji, rice, or water, but Kyushu Yamaguchi sake seems to suit my palate more 😍.

When I hear the words "ogara-mari" and "light nigari", I can't help but try them. Yokoyama Goju Lightly Nigori Nama! I couldn't help but buy it 😂😂. And as expected, ahhhhhhhhhh ❣️❣️😍 Fresh sweet and sour 🎶 Juicy 🎶! A little bit of garlic is also a nice accent 🎶. I could drink this all the time 😆😋😋. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. Not that it matters at all, but Fuka Koshiba is cute!

When I started drinking sake, they still had it in Fukuoka. At that time, there were so many sake that I wanted to try, and I thought that I could drink it anytime since it was from Kumamoto, a neighboring prefecture. But it became a Kumamoto-only sake and I couldn't drink it 😆😆. I wandered over to a liquor store in Tamana, Kumamoto, Oh wow! I found Hana no Kou 😍😂😂. I'd forgotten all about you because of the major popularity of Sandon in the country 😂😂. When you open the cork, it has a sweet fruity aroma. Not flashy but gorgeous sweetness in the mouth 😋😋. It's my favorite Dragonfly series by Wakanami Brewery😍! Found and captured safely🙆🙌 It's hard to tell from the picture because it's written in black on black paper. but it says "dragonfly" right on it 😆😆. Ohhhhh delicious 😍😍! It's like a strawberry 🍓😍It's so berry 😍❣️❣️ The next day, it became more and more sweet and sour 😋. The konnyaku sashimi with vinegared miso goes well with it 😋😋. If you let it sit for a few more days, the sweetness and sourness will come together. It's interesting to taste the spiciness of the sake when paired with pasta in tomato sauce 😍. I thought it was more refreshing than I expected when I opened it, but after a few days it was sweeter! I thought it was more refreshing after opening it, but after a few days, it turned sweeter! 😍😍 Yes, yes, yes, yes, this sweetness: ⤴️ And a little bit of chotoyi is ❣️ I kept it a little longer and it started to feel more like rice 😆. I discovered Aizan in Nabeshima😍. I was also attracted by the label in a pretty shade of peach 🎶 I was wondering how sweet and rich it would be, since Nabeshima has a rather rich flavor to begin with, but it was a refreshingly light sweetness 😆. I was expecting it to be a little sweeter and richer than it was, but it was a refreshingly light sweetness 😆. A bit surprising 😂. But! I was a little surprised 😲 but! After a few days, it becomes very fruity sweet 😍⤴️⤴️😍😍 The complex flavors come together nicely and neatly. Fruity like a combination of peach🍑 and apple🍎😍😍. I thought Gohyakumangoku would give it a clean taste, I thought Gohyakumangoku would have a refreshing taste, but this one is thicker, sweeter and fruity. The technique of making kijo sake is amazing!

Some nigori rice may still have some rice grains, but this one is so smooth you'd think it was mixed in a blender 😆😆😆! It's so smooth 😆😆😆. You can tell just by taking a sip that the alcohol content is high 😲! As the label says, it's very rich 😆😆. It's a souvenir from my husband's business trip 😆. It's 180ml and comes with a small plastic cup, perfect for the 🚅🍶 drinking 😍⤴️ Polishing ratio 70%. I wanted to try the peach heaven with the light peach color label. I went out to see if the store had it, but they didn't 🤣🤣. But after looking at the fridge, I found out that it's white "Yukiten", I found a white "Yukiten" 😲😲! I was rejected by Momoten, but I took home a bottle of Yukiten🎶🎶. Recommendation from my usual uncle at my usual store: ❣️ It's a classic looking label, but I bet it's sweet and fruity, just the way I like it 😆. Here we go: ⤴️ Low key but pop it open🎶. Mmm😍😍It's still delicious! It's fruity 😍❣️ peach 🍑 or grape 🍇 😍. The sweetness and fruity taste spreads softly on the palate, then the pungency and astringency come in afterwards 😋😋😋. It goes great with marinated onions and salmon 😋. Cream stew makes it even more fruity and sweet 😍. Neapolitan, stuffed peppers with piquant spiciness 😲. With time, the sweetness and fruityness increased 😲. If you let it sit for a few days, it will come together more and be more stable and delicious 😲😍.
