Dark grapes 🍇 or Kamomo 🍑 or 😍😍. Gassy and slightly chili. I love it so much ⤴️ fruity but not too sweet and spicy with a clean aftertaste The astringent label is not what I expected from the sake flavor... 😆 Don't be fooled. Don't be fooled lol Rice: 100% Asahi from Akakabe Akasaka in Bizen Yeast used: Kyokai 14, 7 Polishing ratio 50%. Date of production: January 2025 Asahi rice is also used to make sushi. It is said to have been used for sushi. It is low in protein and fat and tends to produce a light, clean sake. It is grown mainly in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture and is a representative of Okayama Prefecture. The yeast used, Association No. 14, has a muscat-like aroma and low acidity. Association No. 7 has an elegant and gorgeous aroma. Hmmmmm 🤔I'm learning a lot!

MAJ told me about this kind of sake and challenged me to try it 😆. It is an experimental sake made by Rika, the toji (second daughter of the president) of Ichinomiya Sake Brewery and only one bottle is made each season🙆. Well, we'll see how it goes 😋. I chilled it in the fridge as usual and put it in my mouth, Oh no 😞 not my favorite 😂. I was a little disappointed and was looking at the label wondering what to do... The recommended way to drink it is "room temperature" 😲. Seriously? Room temperature is the only recommended way to drink it? I'll take that as a yes 😲. I'll try it at "hiya" which I usually don't try... Noooooooo...! What the heck is this? In conclusion, it was delicious😍😍! Medium-bodied, more than a moderate classic. It would be good with soba noodles rather than strong flavored dishes 😋 or tenzaru! It's more mellow after a while 😋😲. And it goes really well with Camembert cheese. I've never tasted hiya sake this good 😍 And the temperature makes such a difference in the taste of the sake! Amazing 😂. Happy New Year ❣️ We start our New Year's greetings at Sake-no-Wa with our traditional New Year's drinking! This year we chose Sentoku, a local sake 🎉. Until now it was a cup sake in a bottle, but now it's coming in an aluminum can ‾! As soon as the train started moving I popped the lid and opened the bottle! Oh 😍😍the sweet aroma of sake wafts through the air 😆. On its own, it has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness from the rice 😋. When paired with snacks, it's quite tasty with a spicy aftertaste 😋. I know it's presumptuous... but it's definitely better than before 😂😂😂⤴️⤴️ Keep up the good work Miyazaki🙌! I'm happy to start the year on a positive note thanks to you😍!

I often drink hiragana yokoyama, but this is my first time to drink hiragana yokoyama, Kanji Yokoyama is new to me 😍. Sweet and sour berry type❣️ Sharper than Hiragana YOKOYAMA 🙆. The usual kakuchi🎶. It's reasonably priced. When I find a brand I don't usually see I want to try it. ❣️ It has a refreshing yet sweet rice flavor. It's perfect to savor it in this cooler season 🎶.

My favorite Wakanami: ❣️ I discovered Hiyadoroshi and couldn't help but pick it up 😆. It has a calm taste like hiyaoroshi. But my usual Wakanami ❣️😍 I love it so much I could drink it forever 😂.
