Sake bought in Kyoto and enjoyed in Gifu!
It has a slightly different texture on the tongue!
You can feel the umami on the palate, but it doesn't stay on the tongue, it seems to go straight down the throat!

I tend to think that sake made by major breweries is just cheap and tasteless, but I guess they must be working hard every day!

Kizakura has a strong image of kappa (water imps), but I wonder if they are not pushing kappa too much these days.
It tastes like sparkling white wine.
I drank it all at once, so I couldn't taste anything else.
It was a delicious sake with a great flavor.

Today's beer was Sapporo Beer's Black Label.
It is a light beer with a little bitterness, as is typical of Sapporo Beer.

I am of the generation that remembers the Showa-era commercials of the "salaryman is hard" style of "drinking" when talking about Yellow Cherry Blossom. But when I learned that they were enlivening Fushimi's sake in the Kizakura way, my eroticism changed to respect. 🙂↕️

I was fishing today. I am the captain and this is my usual fishing buddy. There were a few waves in the morning, but I was glad that no one was able to catch what was coming in from below on the top. That's not a reply.

Another major company, Kizakura's Frozen Nama Sake!
It seemed cleaner and thinner than Ozeki's.
I wanted to drink Hakusetsu, the sake brewery closest to my house, but there was no tasting, so I gave up on purchasing it😿.
I was also allowed to try the Sasanogawa nigorigo, but since I drink it at home, I'll skip it...
Hakubotan was still thawing, but it had melted a little and I was allowed to drink it!
It was the best frozen nama-shu I had that day, and several staff members recommended the White Botan, so I bought the White Botan and left 😊.
I also bought some smoked fish from Smokeya.
Tasted and bought duck roast and mimigar 😁.
The Tsuchida booth poured a cup full of it and I got wonderfully drunk 🤣.
Then we went to Edion and bought some mixed juice beer made in Nishinari and drank it 😋.
