The third bottle is a Joyo. I forgot to take a picture of the label table 😭 I felt it was the driest of all the bottles I drank at this time! But it had less bitterness and a little more lingering sweetness. Thank you very much!

Here is another bottle we got at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley. I had never heard of "kanuki" before 😊. The taste is full-bodied, sweet and profoundly dry! I felt it was the strongest type of dryness I have had recently! We were able to buy entrées from many different restaurants, so I think we had some gyoza and other food 🥟. Thank you for the food!

I had some at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley. It was about 6 months ago, so I have a hazy memory, but I had a few drinks and I'm posting them 🫡. I had a bottle of Eikun's Ichigin! It had a rich sweetness and a good dryness, just like a Japanese sake! It was just like a Japanese sake! We had yakitori with our entrée! Thank you very much!

Raw material rice: Yukisayaka produced in Chonai-cho, Hokkaido Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 When I went back to my parents' house, I was allowed to drink it! The rice farmer and Akita's Dewazuru Sake Brewery teamed up to make this sake using a new variety of rice. It has a strong dry taste with a lingering bitter aftertaste, which seems to go well with richly seasoned dishes. At first I didn't think I could taste much sweetness from the rice, but once the bitterness went away, I could taste the gentle sweetness of the rice 😊. Thank you for the meal!

Another bottle purchased on a trip to Gero Onsen (Gero Hot Springs). It's been a while since I've wanted to buy a bottle of Tenryo, so I chose Tenryo: ✨️ It has a crisp, dry taste, but also has the sweetness that is typical of sake. I didn't feel much acidity, but I thought it was suitable as a food sake. I think it would be better in summer if it were as refreshing as this! Thank you for a great meal!

Ingredient rice: Hidahomare, Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 Sake degree +3.0 Acidity 1.4 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 32 I went to Gero Onsen (Gero Hot Springs) during my summer vacation 🚗³₃. Spending time in temperatures close to 40℃ made me envy the cool river water. ☺️ Hida-no-kuni Ichinomiya Minashi Shrine The shrine has been called "Suimu-san" for a long time and is believed to bring blessings for childbirth, safe delivery, and traffic safety. I was greedy and asked for all of them 🙏. I bought a bottle of Hourai at a liquor store near Gero Onsen! It was my first Hourai, but it was easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness of rice and a good dry taste. It was the first time for me to drink Hourai, but it is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness of rice and a moderate dryness . The miso with hoba (Japanese bean curd) is also delicious! Raw material rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Nara Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 I realized I forgot to take a picture after I finished it, so it will be an empty bottle. 🙇‍♂️ Shinomine-norokumaru! My wife knew this brand because she watched a sake drama (Araubashiri?). I watched the drama (Araubashiri?) so my wife knew this brand! It has both sweet and sour taste and mellow sweetness! It also had a bubbly taste, so it was right up my alley. Also, the taste was refreshing and perfect for summer 🏖 I drank it all very quickly! I usually lose weight in the summer but this year I haven't lost any weight at all😭I need to get serious about exercising... Thank you for the food 🙏.

Ingredient rice: Hokusae produced in Hokkaido Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 18 Test brewed sake, unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized A gift from parents who went to Hokkaido (how many times do you go there?) (No, how many times do you go there?) Although it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted sake, it doesn't have that much freshness, and the palate is initially sweet from the rice, but the aftertaste is heavy, bitter, and dry. The alcohol content is a little high, but I didn't feel it to be that harsh. The taste is perfect when paired with strong dishes. I paired it with grilled chicken with miso! Thank you very much!

I'm posting as I recall my notes😅 I found Ki at Sumino Sake Shop and bought it! This is my first bottle of Ki myself: ✨️ It tastes like a refined sweetness of rice, but without any strong pungency or bitterness. I served it with a side dish that had a strong flavor, but I thought it would go better with a lighter side dish. At any rate, I remember it was delicious 😋. Thank you for the meal: ✨️

Raw material rice Akita Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 When I had a drink at home with my friend I drank Ryoseki's Hana Yuu Akita Sake Komachi. I think I bought it at Sukumasa: ☺️ The sweetness disappeared in the mid-palate, and the bitterness appeared in the aftertaste! My friend was very pleased with it.

Ingredient rice: Hourai rice Alcohol content 13.5 I was in Taiwan in May: 🇹🇼 It was my first time abroad, except for honeymoon! It was a lot of fun and the food stalls were delicious 😋. I had a flirtation with Taiwan barley wine 🍺. I heard they have sake in Taiwan, so I bought some Gyokusen 🍶. It's not fruity or balanced by any means, but I'm impressed that they make sake overseas! It has a bit of bitterness, but then the sweetness slowly spreads! Prices were cheap and safe, and I hope to go back! Above all, the food stalls were a lot of fun! Thank you for the food!

Ponchan Hello ✨ I was able to get it pretty much everywhere, so if you ever go there, I recommend it🎶. The food was delicious and I gained weight lol. We were able to see the pandas here 🐼🐼 with relatively no queue.

It is more refreshing and sweeter than Urakasumi style, with a mellow sweetness like melon or banana 🍌. I had the impression that it would be better with a meal, while this one would be better on its own. It's amazing how each brewery's color comes out even though the brewery in charge of the process is the same! I started with the Umi label 🌊. This is my first time to visit Hagino Shuzo! There was also a Junmai Daiginjo, which had a very elegant sweetness, but with a slight acidity and a lingering sweetness that melted away quickly... I loved it! Thank you very much for the food. ✨️

Ingredient rice: Sake Mirai Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 I haven't been able to post anything at all, so here are my impressions based on my notes 🥹. First of all, from June Sake Mirai by Isshaku Suisei! I think I bought it at Sukumasa - my favorite brand! It's a little sharper than the white and blue labels I used to drink, but still sweet and delicious! Thank you for the treat 🙏!

原料米 山田錦 精米歩合 55% アルコール度 14% 茨木のロピアよったついでに、久しぶりにかどやさんいってきました😊 ロピアとかコストコ行くと興奮して買い物しすぎるんですよね💦 かどやさんで善吉を購入〜 これまで買ったのよりラベルがクラシックです✨️ お味もこれまで飲んだ善吉より落ち着いた味わいで後半のお米の甘みが他より強い印象🌾 ちびちび飲む分にはこちらの方がいいですね〜 この日は油揚げカリカリに焼いておつまみにしてましたー 写真の赤いやつ見て思い出したのですが、まさかBEYOND THE TIME聞けるとは…感無量でした ご馳走様でした🙏

No, how many times are you going? 🫢. but I'll take what I can get ✌️ This is the first sake from Hakodate National College of Technology Lab in Goryo! They've succeeded in mass production and cultivation of rapeseed yeast. It's really great to see young people making sake! The taste is as refreshing and easy to drink as the Goryo sakes we've had so far: 🙋‍♀️ It has a bit of bitterness compared to the other sakes, which gives the impression of being sharp, making it a perfect sake for summer! Personally, I prefer this one to the dry one. I had it with scallop sashimi and my wife was happy too! Thank you very much for the sake!

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 17 I drank the Risshun label and forgot to post it 😭 I'm trying to remember with my notes: ✍️ I was allowed to visit a liquor store in Kitakyushu when I went back to my wife's parents😊. It was a quaint store, the staff was friendly and we bought their recommendations! Nishi no Seki Tachiharu Asashibori☀✨ This is actually my first Tachiharu Asashibori itself! The taste is refreshingly sweet and extremely delicious! It has a strong sweetness like dragon fruit and a good acidity, just the way I like it! But it's on the higher side, so it made me blush right away! I was happy to enjoy it with Nuka Miso Daki! I'll buy the regular label next time ✌️ Thank you very much for the food: ✨️

Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16 A bottle given to me by my uncle in Nagano. Finally, even my uncle found out I was drinking sake. The vermilion label looks like a good omen! I thought it might be hiya if it was dry and junmai (pure rice). I decided to drink it without chilling it. The first mouthfeel is heavy and dry, but the aftertaste is bitter and umami. I had it with Kakuni, so I was able to enjoy it thoroughly while refreshing my palate. ✌️ I drank it cold later and found that the dry taste was calming, but I prefer it cold. Thank you very much for the meal!

It's been a while since I bought Takasago 😊. When I drank it a long time ago, I thought it might be too dry, but I didn't feel that at all 😳. It was as easy to drink as Jikin, and the freshness of the sake made me finish it quickly: 🙆‍♀️ Thank you for the treat~✨️
