I bought this bottle when I visited Hata Sake Shop.
I went to Suwako in the summer but didn't buy it💦.
The label gives me a feeling of good luck🍀.
It is a junmai dry orikara-mi, but you don't feel the spiciness but rather a mild sweetness thanks to the orikara-mi, and you can taste a good acidity and gassiness, which gives it a fresh explosion 💥.
It's easy to drink with a gentle sweetness, similar to Senkou's ✨.
The next day, the freshness is about half gone and the dryness shows up, but it's also delicious!

On a side note, when I opened the figurine at the beginning of the year, it was too big and there was no place to put it, so it was on top of the fridge...

A bottle with the same juicy feeling as before.
This time, instead of having a gorgeous aroma and refreshing spiciness, it changed from fruity to sweetness between rice 🌾.
The spiciness resets your mouth and allows you to enjoy the entrée again and again: ✌️

I was curious about this new product from Sengoku.
This time, I thought white would be better for the label, so I chose Zero.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a refreshing popping sound: ☺️
When you pour it, the bubbles dance like sparring and the aroma stimulates the desire to drink 🎶.
The taste is gassy at first, and perhaps that's part of the reason for the slightly strong bitterness! Freshness is in full swing!
In the second half, the gasiness settles down and the sweetness spreads.
The juicy sweetness is like melon? Grapes? impression of a melon or grape?
I think I'll go to Black Label next time. ✨️

The white label we drank before was a nama sake 🤔.
It's not as fresh as the nama nama sake, but still has a gentle peachy sweet and sour taste 🎶 From the second day, the sweet and sour taste calmed down and turned into a sweet rice taste! 🍑
Hatsumode at Matsuo-taisha shrine again this year.
The omikuji fortune turned out to be the last good luck, a result that is hard to react to 🥠.

An inexperienced trading company man in the industry inherited the brewery through M&A, a dynamic that I do not have 😂.
My impression is that it has a refreshing taste and a little bitterness rather than fruit sweetness.
The bitterness is reduced in the latter half of the bottle, and the sweetness appears in a flash.
If you drink it by itself, the bitterness is too strong, so it would be better to pair it with dishes with strong flavors🎶.
So I had it with meat tofu from the second day!

This is Saruko-no-Spring given to me by a relative in Nagano.
Saruko-no-Spring is a famous water in Iida City, and it is said that they found this water in search of the best water for tea 🚰.
I haven't had a chance to drink the actual famous water, but I heard that this water is used as brewing water.
The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous 🤤.
The sake has a sake strength of 4, so it tastes light and dry.
However, in the second half, the sweetness of the rice gradually spreads and then quickly disappears.
As the day went on, the dry taste became milder and gentler.

It still has the same refreshing sweetness, but with a bit of bitterness and gasiness, combined with a juicy, grape-like taste🎶.

He said he's not going to pursue Shinsei.
That means this is the last Shinsei left in our house 😭
I love kijoshu after all, the deep sweetness is just irresistible 🤤.
I thought it was like cherry... but I wrote the same thing last time, only it's a little less sweet than before and has a little bit of bitterness instead.
It's still delicious even after all this ✨️

It tastes more like a thicker, sweeter, and more sour sake than Chiyomusubi! So much difference in the same sake!

We had Takayuu at the ryokan.
According to the sake analysis, it was dry and umami type, but the taste was....
My first impression is that it's clear and easy to drink!
I couldn't taste much dryness or umami, but I could feel a lot of rice in the aftertaste...
Finally, I was able to eat crab and I was satisfied 🦀🦀🦀.

The bath was great! The open-air bath is designed so that you can't see it from the outside, but it's very hot lol.
