Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 A friend gave this to me as a housewarming gift. It is the first time for me to drink Ni-Hare. It was very fresh and full of life, just like a pure sake! The gaseous and freshness of the sake made it easy to drink without feeling the alcohol 🎶. I love the sweetness of the rice, the lingering bitterness, and the gorgeous aroma! I should do something to thank my friend for her kindness! I had it with horse mackerel and salted tofu! Horse mackerel goes well with it, but the catch phrase is that salted tofu is like cheese...but this is tofu lol! Thank you very much!

Personal preference 3.7/5.0 Ingredients: rice, rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 25 This is a look back post! We stopped by when we visited my wife's parents' house! Usa Jingu, the first shrine in Buzen-no-kuni! The head shrine of all Hachimangu shrines in Japan. Ishimizu Hachimangu Shrine was a great place to visit when we had a bad year. 🙇‍♂️ Nakatsu is close by, so of course we had some fried chicken 😋. This time we had Tenshin by Mizokami Sake Brewery! The same brewery as the Sarukui we got last time! I bought it around February and let it sit for a while 🎶. The taste has a freshness that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ✨️ The gasiness is rather subdued, with a lemon-like acidity and bitterness, and the dryness comes out a little in the second half! The sweetness was falling, but as the day went by, it became more assertive... I had it with sesame mackerel I bought over there! Thank you very much!

Personal preference 3.5/5 Alcohol content 17 I dropped by Hamafukutsuru at the Hanshin XXX event! Since I came all the way here, I had a cup at the corner bar! It had a spicy taste with a lingering sweetness from the rice! It was a bit strong in alcohol. The alcohol taste was a little strong, and I almost got drunk in a little while because of the hot sun! Personally, I thought it tasted a little strong. Thank you for the drink!

Personal preference 3.8/5 Rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 15 I'm posting this as a reminder 🍷. The sake I drank in May, Sogape I bought it at Sumino's. There was no price tag and it was displayed in the back! There was no price tag and it was displayed in the back, so I was afraid to ask if it was reserved. I was afraid to ask, thinking it might be a reservation slot. What? So this is my first home-made sogape 🎶. Just before I came home, I bumped into Mr. Yoohee. He knew in a second that I had gone there secretly. The aroma was soft and gorgeous, there was a feeling of rice here! The taste is very easy to drink with a combination of sweetness, bitterness and sourness! At first I thought it was orange, lemon or apple, but in the second half, it had a slightly pungent sake taste. It was sweeter than white wine and light bodied. I didn't put it on its side, so there wasn't much cork aroma on it. I wonder if this sake is supposed to be on its side? It was delicious and I want to go back to Sumino 🥺. Thanks for the food 🙏.

Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Kameo Ginpu Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol level 16 This is a complete brag, please understand. 🙇‍♂️ I went on a honeymoon: ✈️ It was a lot of fun, memories that will last a lifetime! Money was blown 💰. When I brought those souvenirs back to my parents' house, I snagged some of their sake! My parents love Daisuki Kamikawa's Goryo. Apparently they were traveling to Hakodate 😂. Ginpu is a sake brewing rice grown in Hokkaido! In other words, it's a rare taste 🌾. The taste is light in a good way, with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness and a bit of dryness in the second half. However, the dryness is not as strong as that of Hokkaido sake. Personally, I could drink it without hesitation. Thank you very much! P.S. My wife gave me a yellow card for buying too much wine 🍷.

There are no pubs or restaurants near my house... so I will have my evening drinks at home as before. ✨️ I will continue to post in detail... And it's so hot 🥵 since we moved in! Why is it over 30 degrees 🤔? Take care everyone! I was already ahead of summer sake in June: ✌️ Tomita Shuzo's Shichibonjari~! I'm pretty sure I bought this one at Kadoya. It has a heavy body with a lingering sweetness from the rice. As the label says, it's more refreshing when mixed with soda water, while still retaining the flavor of junmai sake. ⤴️ Personally, I like this one better in summer! I want to buy some summer sake, but I don't have any left... I can't wait to drink it with dinner! Thank you for the food 🙏🙏🙏

Personal preference 3.9/5 Ingredient Rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Akitsu Nishidomura Alcohol content 12 We all enjoyed this sake brought by a friend during Golden Week. Akitsu Yamadanishiki by Nichinichi! The regular one costs a little more, but this one is even more expensive 🫢. I always serve the sake I buy to my friends, but they always thank me for the sake, so it's a permanent institution 😁. The taste is the same as the Nichinichi I drank before, where there is still some gas and a slight sweetness. This one doesn't have the bitterness of lemon, instead it has a light, rice-like sweetness on the palate 🌾. It is delicious to say the least. ✨️ I would love to drink it again at home with friends! Thanks for the treat 😋.

Personal preference 3.8/5 Rice: Test rice (Nagano Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 Another bottle we got at Yakitorikura! I got another one, but I forgot to take a picture of it 💦. I saw Zenkichi in the fridge, so I ordered this one! Junmai Ginjyo, with an elegant, fruity sweetness that is often found in nama-ginjos! It was not gassy or juicy, so the sweetness was similar to banana or melon 🍌. Still, the sweetness of the rice and a little bit of sharp freshness on the nose afterwards was a good combination👍. If you ask me whether it's the Koshi or this one, it seems to change with the sake pairing 🤔. I'm torn between the two 🤔 I also received a pair of Edo glass rings as a wedding gift from a friend! I will use it with care 🙏! The bamboo shoot rice was also delicious! Thank you for the food: ✨️

Personal preference 3.8/5 Ingredient rice: Gohyakumangoku Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree -14.5 This is a post of sake I drank during Golden Week! One of my favorite restaurants, Yakitorikura! It is by reservation only, but at 6,600 yen per person, you don't have to be so uptight, and I love the wide variety of sake and the kindness of the owner! The first course was konbu-jime (kelp-jamame) of the meat, so I was recommended a light sake! Koshi apple 🍎! The label is cute and was created by Iinuma Honke to attract new customers! I imagined it would be sour and sweet like a cider, but instead it has a distinct sweetness and a slight bitterness that tastes like white wine. ✨️ I am happy to have a light and easy to drink sake to start with!

Personal preference 3.5/5 Rice: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60~65 Alcohol 16~17%. Sake degree +5~+7 I drank a bottle of Isoboast during Golden Week because my friend came home. I have drunk it outside, but I had never drunk it at home. (The price is very expensive...). The aroma is gorgeous, and the sweetness and dryness share a common taste that quickly disappears! The aftertaste is sharp and pungent! It is a gem that you can feel the moisture in your throat like mineral water. ✌️✌️ Thank you very much!

Personal preference 4.1/5 Alcohol content 14 The last sake from Kadoya-san's hanpukai 🎉! This is Kouei Kiku's hanpukai sake 🍶. Each bottle is sterilized by boiling 💦. Taste... Yes, it was delicious! The gassiness was subdued, with a fruity sweetness and a lingering aftertaste that quickly dissipated. It tasted almost like orange juice with a hint of acidity 🍊 or perhaps the gentle sweetness of mandarin oranges...whatever, it was a delicious product! It was so easy to drink that I drank almost 2 goules in the first day, but later on, the lees made it taste richer, with a little bitterness added, and it tasted like grapefruit! I served it with nuts and cheese so as not to disturb the flavor! Later I was told that Kadoya-san had a few bottles left, so I entered the contest and won! But my father wanted one, so I gave it to him 😭. Thanks for the treat!

Personal preference 3.6/5 Rice: Sakahomare from Fukui Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 17 I noticed that the check-in time was 250! It took me longer than I thought it would lol. I'm going to drink at least one bottle a week for now. 🙋‍♂️ One of the last month's bottles of the hanpukai, Hayaseura! It is delicious with a firm sweetness and a mild mouthfeel! I bought a junmai ginjo from Kadoya before, but I prefer this one to it: ✨️ As the day goes by, the sweetness of the rice becomes stronger and the alcohol taste comes out a little, so I had it with strong flavored dishes! Thank you for the drink!

This time my friend gave me a bottle of Taido as a souvenir from Kumamoto! Probably a level of price that I wouldn't buy by myself, thanks to my friend! It tastes like a refined sweetness of rice and is slightly light on the palate. We had it with Japanese Spanish mackerel sashimi! Thank you very much!

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 I was allowed to drink a little of what my parents gave me 😊. Edo Kaijo by Tokyo Port Brewery I've had it before but never had a draft sake. It's delicious, with a refreshing sweetness, but also a nice assertion of the elegant rice flavor. It was the type of sake that I would recommend to people who don't drink much sake because of its gentle taste! Thank you for the sake!

Actually, we had a nice dinner together on the 24th, so we drank alcohol the next day 😁. We had a bottle of Amami Tokubetsu Junmai stored here at home. Alcohol content 15 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 23 & 24 Ise-no-kuni Ichinomiya Tsubakidai Shrine Ise-no-kuni Ichinomiya Tsubakitai Shrine The shrine is said to be the god of guidance, so we made a lot of requests for family happiness, longevity, and good luck... This time, we will be drinking a local sake called "Saku! I had heard that it was delicious for a long time, but since it is relatively easy to obtain, I had not bought it because of my usual "that" problem... It tastes so good! It was juicy, sweet and sour, and tasted like an orange 🍊. I think this may be the first time I've ever had an orange feeling! For entrée, I'd like to try Yokkaichi Tonteki... But my favorite restaurant is closed for a long time due to construction 😭 I substituted the yakitori from the hometown tax payer's money instead! Thank you for the food 🙏!

Personal preference 4.0/5 Rice: Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17 Another bottle of Kadoya's February hanpukai is Shimehari-zuru! I was curious about this sake because I see it often, but I never bought it because I see it so often. （I'm sorry, but I didn't buy it because I saw it so often! Sorry!) This one is just as juicy, fresh and delicious as Wakanami! This one seems to be a little more gassy than the Wakanami. The brewing forest is like a grape, but this one is like a melon soda, maybe because of the image on the label. This one has the impression of a melon soda or something like that, with a full-bodied sweetness. Instead of focusing on alcohol, I try to be frugal when I cook for myself. My friends were worried that I was doing so 🥺. Thank you very much for the food!

Personal preference 4.0/5 Ingredient rice: Hisashinmu Sorry, this is one of the bottles I drank a long time ago but never posted! I drank this bottle a long time ago, but never posted it! A bottle from Kadoya Sake Shop's February Hanpukai 🎉! I remember it was so fresh, but with a subtle sweetness and acidity that it went down so easily that I finished it in two days✨. Tasted like a slightly sour variety of berries and cherries. I would have savored it, but it was too good to resist😅. Since we are in Fukuoka, I paired it with sesame mackerel I had bought earlier: ✌️ Thank you so much for the meal!

Alcohol content 17 Sake Degree +4 I bought this bottle on a trip to Yamagata: ✈️ It was recommended to me by a friend who asked me what is sold locally! I guess I can't drink Nama sake as often as I used to... This one tastes like it's still alive, with a very strong gaseous taste and a slightly stronger aroma! The taste itself is less sweet and more bitter, my first impression was beer 🍻. It's a new sensation ✨ I had it with my hometown yakitori on this day! Thank you so much for the food!

Personal preference 3.9/5 Ingredient rice: Hanabukiyuki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 A bottle purchased at Sukumasa. I took the train this time because my points would run out 😭 It's my first time to buy Tasake's light nigori and it's 2200 yen so I bought it no questions asked ☺️ Tasake, yumashi! It's refreshing and light on the palate, so it's easy to drink! I didn't feel much alcohol. It is fresh but not too fruity. 🙆‍♀️ I haven't had the expensive daiginjo yet, but I'd like to try it someday. I wonder if I can buy it at Kadoya-san? Thank you for the treat 😋.
