No, how many times are you going? 🫢. but I'll take what I can get ✌️ This is the first sake from Hakodate National College of Technology Lab in Goryo! They've succeeded in mass production and cultivation of rapeseed yeast. It's really great to see young people making sake! The taste is as refreshing and easy to drink as the Goryo sakes we've had so far: 🙋‍♀️ It has a bit of bitterness compared to the other sakes, which gives the impression of being sharp, making it a perfect sake for summer! Personally, I prefer this one to the dry one. I had it with scallop sashimi and my wife was happy too! Thank you very much for the sake!

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 17 I drank the Risshun label and forgot to post it 😭 I'm trying to remember with my notes: ✍️ I was allowed to visit a liquor store in Kitakyushu when I went back to my wife's parents😊. It was a quaint store, the staff was friendly and we bought their recommendations! Nishi no Seki Tachiharu Asashibori☀✨ This is actually my first Tachiharu Asashibori itself! The taste is refreshingly sweet and extremely delicious! It has a strong sweetness like dragon fruit and a good acidity, just the way I like it! But it's on the higher side, so it made me blush right away! I was happy to enjoy it with Nuka Miso Daki! I'll buy the regular label next time ✌️ Thank you very much for the food: ✨️

Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 16 A bottle given to me by my uncle in Nagano. Finally, even my uncle found out I was drinking sake. The vermilion label looks like a good omen! I thought it might be hiya if it was dry and junmai (pure rice). I decided to drink it without chilling it. The first mouthfeel is heavy and dry, but the aftertaste is bitter and umami. I had it with Kakuni, so I was able to enjoy it thoroughly while refreshing my palate. ✌️ I drank it cold later and found that the dry taste was calming, but I prefer it cold. Thank you very much for the meal!

It's been a while since I bought Takasago 😊. When I drank it a long time ago, I thought it might be too dry, but I didn't feel that at all 😳. It was as easy to drink as Jikin, and the freshness of the sake made me finish it quickly: 🙆‍♀️ Thank you for the treat~✨️

The first mouthfeel was mellow and sweet from the rice, but in the second half, it had a tangy and bitter taste that made it refreshing! I wrote in my notes at the time that it might be the most The sake-like of the three 💦. I'd like to go again when it's free because it's crowded at Hana-Kin and other times... Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 The second bottle is Junmai Ginjo by Ippo-self! One we have not had at home yet 🎶. I was watching the drama "Arabashiri" with the wife when it came out, so I picked it up! It's the drama effect 💦. Unlike Shichida, it has a clean, sharp and crisp taste. It's perfect for the hot summer months, and this one might be better to pair with yakitori. 🙆‍♀️ Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Raw material rice Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 16 I was not able to do any activities during GW, but I went to Seseri in Saiin. The main store seems to be in Yoshida, but it was recently opened and the store is beautiful. The first bottle was Shichida Oorigarami! I may have never had Shichida before 🤔The taste is not dry, it has a gentle sweet and sour taste with a hint of green apple 🍏. It's very easy to drink - I would love to have a bottle at home! The seseri here was delicious but I forgot to take a picture 😭 Thanks for the treat 😋.

I think it may offend some of you. 🙇‍♀️ I'm pretty sure my body will remember if I want to drink it again or not: ✌️ This time it's Yuki no Bijin purchased at Nishimura Sake Shop. Although this sake is made with No. 6 yeast, this one is not fruity, but rather has a ricey and bitter flavor that is free of any cloying taste😊. Because it is a draft sake, it has a sharp taste with a strong gassy feeling when the bottle is opened. As time went by, the corners were removed and it mellowed~! It was a treat 🙏.

Rice polishing ratio 55 Last week, my mother-in-law over there wanted to go sightseeing in Kyoto, so we went to Fushimi Inari and Fushimi 🚗. I went to Fushimi Inari for the first time in Corona, but I didn't see any Japanese at all 😳and many foreign people! At noon we moved to Fushimi and bought this bottle at Gekkeikan's Okura Memorial Museum ✌️ I've wanted to buy one since I saw it at the Miyako Messe event 🤤. The first half is sweet and sour like pineapple with a pronounced fruity flavor🍀*. The sweetness of the rice is more pronounced in the second half 🌾. I think if you drink it at 5 degrees or something, the pineapple taste will be lessened? It costs 3,000 yen, but you can buy it as a souvenir when you visit Gekkeikan in Fushimi 🎶. Thank you for the drink 🙏🙏🙏.

Personal preference 3.8/5 Ingredient Rice: Domaine Sakura, Yamadanishiki Alcohol content 13 I saw this at Nishimura and bought it! After the white label, the next one is black label~◼️ I completely forgot that it was fizzy and let it explode 💥. Oh, my goodness the sake 😭 I'll have some after I get myself together 😋. The aroma is gorgeous and the fizz is amazing! At first it has a strong bitter taste peculiar to the gasiness, but it's low al and easy to drink, the top level of schwash I've had recently 🫧. It's a totally different line from Organic Naturals, which surprised me 👀 how much it changes with the way it's made. Low-alcoholic and easy to drink, I enjoyed it as an aperitif 󺾧. Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Personal preference 3.5/5 Rice: Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol percentage 16.8%. Sake Degree +10 A bottle given to me when I stayed at my parents' house for a day. I was not able to buy any sake from the Yokote area during my trip to Akita, so I am very thankful for that. ✌️ Aromatic aroma and dry taste that fills the mouth! It has just the right balance of amino acids and umami. It is relatively easy to drink compared to other dry sake! I've had other Akita Sake Komachi, but I didn't realize how different it tastes when brewed by different makers! Thank you for the treat!

Personal preference 3.6/5 Rice: Watabune No.2 produced in Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 About a month ago, I was at Biwako Valley 🏂. The range of the car is limited to those without studded tires, but the wife and I had a great time 😊. On the way home, we stopped by a liquor store and bought a vermilion label of Laughing Four Seasons. It looks like a rosé wine 🎶. The taste is sweeter and more acidic than the white label - I heard from others that it tastes like plums 🙂‍↕️ but it's the sweetness of the rice that really stands out afterwards! Anyway, the price is very reasonable! Thank you very much for the food 😋!

I had wanted to buy it for a long time, so I bought it, even though it is not a local product. ✌️ It has a juicy sweetness with a slight refreshing taste. ☺️ It's almost apple-like in image 🍎 and there's a slight gassy feeling that I like, is this an apple tizer? It's not low al but it was very easy to drink! Maybe it's perfect to drink in the summer! Thank you for the treat 🙏.

Alcohol content 16 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour No. 31 This year we visited Shimogamo-san on a snowy day🚗³ Yamashiro-no-kuni Ichinomiya Kamo-miso-jinja Shrine It is located on the north side of the Kamo River delta and is famous for its Tadasunomori forest - it was snowing that day so I was only able to walk about half of the way 🫣 but the Tadasunomori forest with snow was beautiful too ❄️ I stopped by Osaki Shoten and bought something I had never seen before: ✌️ I learned after I bought it that Saito Shuzo, the brewer of Eikun, sells this sake specially at Osaki Shoten! It has the same gorgeous aroma as Eikun, but it was not super dry with a lot of umami...! It was neither fruity nor oome, but gently sweet and firm. Close to honey? It's not like honey 🍯. I also felt some dryness in the second half but not that strong, which changed my impression of Eikun a lot! It was delicious 😋 Thanks for the treat 🎶.

I finally passed ㊗️ This motivator is a good opportunity to try other certifications 🤔. On Saturday, I had a leisurely evening drink for the first time in a while! I got Kaze no Mori ALPHA1: Gateway to the Next Chapter A combination of Bodhi yeast and modern technology I also bought a bottle of Mimuro-Sugi's Bodai-Hashiroshi because it was delicious! The rest is too cheap anyway, I think it was less than 1,500 yen 😳. The taste is still one of my favorite tastes: ♥️ It has just the right amount of gas, juicy sweetness and is easy to drink with low alcohol content. Low alcohol and easy to drink🎶. The entrée was grilled with fried bean curd because there was some sangeki celery left, thank you very much 🙏.

So I ordered a bottle of Sanseki Seri from my hometown tax payment. I don't think I can start without it ✨️ Of course, I would like to drink Akita sake to go with this! So I opened a bottle of Kakunodate! I wondered how it would taste 🤔 since it is sold only in tourist areas, but I found it to be one of my favorites: ✨️ It was not dry at all, but was easy to drink with a refreshing taste and juicy sweetness! I'm kind of sorry because I've been giving her all the affordable ones 😅. When you open the bottle, you can smell the gorgeous aroma! The taste is a lactic acid type of Yamabai with a firm sweetness followed by sourness. The whole experience was very refreshing 😋. Thank you for the treat 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Personal preference 3.9/5 Rice: Miyamanishiki, common rice Rice Polishing Ratio: Koji 60%, Kake rice 70%. Alcohol content 16 I bought this bottle when I visited Hata Sake Shop. I went to Suwako in the summer but didn't buy it💦. The label gives me a feeling of good luck🍀. It is a junmai dry orikara-mi, but you don't feel the spiciness but rather a mild sweetness thanks to the orikara-mi, and you can taste a good acidity and gassiness, which gives it a fresh explosion 💥. It's easy to drink with a gentle sweetness, similar to Senkou's ✨. The next day, the freshness is about half gone and the dryness shows up, but it's also delicious! Thank you for your hospitality 🙏🙏. On a side note, when I opened the figurine at the beginning of the year, it was too big and there was no place to put it, so it was on top of the fridge... For the time being, they will appear in the sake photos: 🙇🏻‍♀️

Personal preference 3.8/5 Rice: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 13 My favorite Sansho! I bought it at Sukumasa! This time I chose Ni-no-kozo! The labels are as stylish as ever, I like the greenish label the best! I forgot which sake it was😅. I love the clear sweetness and the slight sourness! It's sweet like apple and low in alcohol, so you'll finish it in no time! The aftertaste is a bit sweeter than the last sannou brew I drank! It's still my favorite flavor 😊. Thank you for the drink 🙏!
