I bought this bottle when I visited Hata Sake Shop.
I went to Suwako in the summer but didn't buy it💦.
The label gives me a feeling of good luck🍀.
It is a junmai dry orikara-mi, but you don't feel the spiciness but rather a mild sweetness thanks to the orikara-mi, and you can taste a good acidity and gassiness, which gives it a fresh explosion 💥.
It's easy to drink with a gentle sweetness, similar to Senkou's ✨.
The next day, the freshness is about half gone and the dryness shows up, but it's also delicious!

A bottle with the same juicy feeling as before.
This time, instead of having a gorgeous aroma and refreshing spiciness, it changed from fruity to sweetness between rice 🌾.
The spiciness resets your mouth and allows you to enjoy the entrée again and again: ✌️

I was curious about this new product from Sengoku.
This time, I thought white would be better for the label, so I chose Zero.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a refreshing popping sound: ☺️
When you pour it, the bubbles dance like sparring and the aroma stimulates the desire to drink 🎶.
The taste is gassy at first, and perhaps that's part of the reason for the slightly strong bitterness! Freshness is in full swing!
In the second half, the gasiness settles down and the sweetness spreads.
The juicy sweetness is like melon? Grapes? impression of a melon or grape?
I think I'll go to Black Label next time. ✨️

It's not as fresh as the nama nama sake, but still has a gentle peachy sweet and sour taste 🎶 From the second day, the sweet and sour taste calmed down and turned into a sweet rice taste! 🍑

The omikuji fortune turned out to be the last good luck, a result that is hard to react to 🥠.

An inexperienced trading company man in the industry inherited the brewery through M&A, a dynamic that I do not have 😂.
My impression is that it has a refreshing taste and a little bitterness rather than fruit sweetness.
The bitterness is reduced in the latter half of the bottle, and the sweetness appears in a flash.
If you drink it by itself, the bitterness is too strong, so it would be better to pair it with dishes with strong flavors🎶.
So I had it with meat tofu from the second day!

This is Saruko-no-Spring given to me by a relative in Nagano.
Saruko-no-Spring is a famous water in Iida City, and it is said that they found this water in search of the best water for tea 🚰.
I haven't had a chance to drink the actual famous water, but I heard that this water is used as brewing water.
The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous 🤤.
The sake has a sake strength of 4, so it tastes light and dry.
However, in the second half, the sweetness of the rice gradually spreads and then quickly disappears.
As the day went on, the dry taste became milder and gentler.

So since I came all the way to Akita, I went on a Shinsei parade 🎶.
I know I said I wouldn't ask for it last year, but when I saw they were selling it, I had a sudden urge to drink it...
Sato Ubei is an Akita-only brew, so I've been curious about it for a while!
The taste is the sweetest I've ever had!
I read somewhere that it tastes like white peaches in syrup... and that's exactly what it is.
I had it with seafood, the flounder was delicious 🎶!

I went to Ueda on a trip to Nagano and bought it 😊.
It has a clean, refreshing taste and a slightly dry aftertaste!
Still, it has an elegant sweetness that makes it easy to drink🎶.
It's drier than the Shinshu Kamerei I've had so far
Since it was New Year's, we had it with ozoni!

I'm not only sick, but I'm teleworking in that state 💦.
I drank Katsikoma🎶 from Toyama just before I recovered.
My parents served it to me 🤲.
At first it's not fruity but juicy and you can feel the sweetness of the rice 🌾.
The second half is more sour and spicy, perfect for seafood 🦐.
I want to eat white shrimp! That's what I was thinking while I was eating my parents' kushikatsu ✌️

My brother-in-law gave this to me when I told him it was delicious 🙏✨.
It still has the same refreshing sweetness, but with a bit of bitterness and gasiness, combined with a juicy, grape-like taste🎶.

I thought it was like cherry... but I wrote the same thing last time, only it's a little less sweet than before and has a little bit of bitterness instead.
