A bottle opened when my friend came over.
I brewed Koeihiku because it was popular among my friends.
It was easy to drink, with a smooth taste and moderate alcohol content.
I was told it had a strawberry-like sweetness, but it was more like a banana-like sweetness 🍓▶︎🍌.
I'm going to stock up on it because I have plans to have a drink at home with friends again!
Thank you!

The second bottle is Nabeshima!
This is one that I haven't been able to buy much for some reason 🤔.
Maybe it was because it had been open for a while, but I got the impression that it was mildly sweet and balanced rather than juicy.
Still, it was refreshing and easy to drink!
I had it with sashimi octopus!
Thank you very much for the meal 🎶!

We stayed at Ureshino Onsen at the time of my previous post: ♨️
Ordered Ureshino's local sake at an izakaya
The waitress explained that Saga's sake is not dry and recommended Toranoji because it is fresh and easy to drink!
It had a slight sweetness from the rice, and was a bit reserved, but it was easy to drink and tasted great!
This izakaya specializes in ribs on the bone, so I was counting on that.
It was delicious!

I went on an overnight trip during the Obon holidays to my wife's parents' house.
I bought a bottle at that time.
I hadn't had it for a long time.
I wondered if it was sold here, but I bought it on impulse!
It tastes like a refreshing sweet and sour fruit 🍎🍓.
I was very surprised at how much I liked it!
When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was not this fruity!
It was delicious!
Thank you for the treat 😋😋.

I forgot to post the important Shinshu Kamerei 😭
Here is a bottle I was able to buy when I went to Ueda City.
Hmmm... 🤔🤔
It's still delicious! 🤤.
Juicy and easy to drink as always!
The entrée is Gifu, but we had it with Meiho ham: ❣️
Thanks for the food 😊.
Good evening, Ofuji-san 😃.
We also stopped by Okazaki-san today on our way to Nagano and got the same one and the green label 🤗.
I'm looking forward to drinking it!

We had Tenbi at an izakaya in Takatsuki.
It was the first time for me to drink spicy Tenbi 🌶.
It's a sharp contrast to the white and black labels, and is very spicy!
I imagined it to be slightly fruity, so I was surprised 🫢.
I read online that it had a white grape taste, but I didn't feel it 💦.
But I enjoyed it with fried food!
Thank you!
Last 5 bottles!
Ten Stone's ㊗️
Sweet taste of rice, but not too strong and easy to drink!
Not at this time, but when I drank it at work, this one was the most popular 🎶.
Thank you very much!
The fourth bottle: Shirakabe warehouse!
I don't remember much from this area lol.
I think it was close to the image of the second bolt 😅.
Anyway, drinking from noon was very immoral!
Thank you very much!
The third bottle is a Joyo.
I forgot to take a picture of the label table 😭
I felt it was the driest of all the bottles I drank at this time!
But it had less bitterness and a little more lingering sweetness.
Thank you very much!
Here is another bottle we got at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley.
I had never heard of "kanuki" before 😊.
The taste is full-bodied, sweet and profoundly dry!
I felt it was the strongest type of dryness I have had recently!
We were able to buy entrées from many different restaurants, so I think we had some gyoza and other food 🥟.
Thank you for the food!
I had some at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley.
It was about 6 months ago, so I have a hazy memory, but I had a few drinks and I'm posting them 🫡.
I had a bottle of Eikun's Ichigin!
It had a rich sweetness and a good dryness, just like a Japanese sake! It was just like a Japanese sake!
We had yakitori with our entrée!
Thank you very much!

When I went back to my parents' house, I was allowed to drink it!
The rice farmer and Akita's Dewazuru Sake Brewery teamed up to make this sake using a new variety of rice.
It has a strong dry taste with a lingering bitter aftertaste, which seems to go well with richly seasoned dishes.
At first I didn't think I could taste much sweetness from the rice, but once the bitterness went away, I could taste the gentle sweetness of the rice 😊.
Thank you for the meal!
Another bottle purchased on a trip to Gero Onsen (Gero Hot Springs).
It's been a while since I've wanted to buy a bottle of Tenryo, so I chose Tenryo: ✨️
It has a crisp, dry taste, but also has the sweetness that is typical of sake.
I didn't feel much acidity, but I thought it was suitable as a food sake.
I think it would be better in summer if it were as refreshing as this!
Thank you for a great meal!

Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 32
I went to Gero Onsen (Gero Hot Springs) during my summer vacation 🚗³₃.
Spending time in temperatures close to 40℃ made me envy the cool river water. ☺️
Hida-no-kuni Ichinomiya Minashi Shrine
The shrine has been called "Suimu-san" for a long time and is believed to bring blessings for childbirth, safe delivery, and traffic safety. I was greedy and asked for all of them 🙏.
I bought a bottle of Hourai at a liquor store near Gero Onsen!
It was my first Hourai, but it was easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness of rice and a good dry taste.
It was the first time for me to drink Hourai, but it is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness of rice and a moderate dryness .
The miso with hoba (Japanese bean curd) is also delicious!
Thank you very much for the meal 🎶.
Good morning, Ofuji-san☀️
Wow, Gero Onsen♨️ is nice 😆I hope you enjoyed visiting the hot springs ♬.
I remember when I traveled to Hida before, I bought this Hourai and Hoba Miso as souvenirs and drank them deliciously 🥳.
Hello Kotaro, ☀️
Gero Onsen was nice 🎶The hot water at the hotel was so nice I didn't go out 😅.
I see you had the same set of drinks! The magnolia miso is irresistible 🎶.
I'm afraid of snowy roads, so I'll go back in summer 🚗³₃.

Shinomine-norokumaru!
My wife knew this brand because she watched a sake drama (Araubashiri?). I watched the drama (Araubashiri?) so my wife knew this brand!
It has both sweet and sour taste and mellow sweetness! It also had a bubbly taste, so it was right up my alley.
Also, the taste was refreshing and perfect for summer 🏖 I drank it all very quickly!
I usually lose weight in the summer but this year I haven't lost any weight at all😭I need to get serious about exercising...
Thank you for the food 🙏.
Hi Ofuji 😃
I don't need to tell you about the alcohol inside, the bottle design is cool and intoxicating with the pastel colored label on the clear bottle ☺️
But the nightingale behind? I can only sleep at night because of the pressure of 😁.
Good evening, Aladdin 🌛.
I don't see pastel-colored labels very often, so it's nice and fresh!
Nara's sake is delicious too!
The nightingale will be sitting in that spot😊I love the pressure of this lol.

Test brewed sake, unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized
A gift from parents who went to Hokkaido (how many times do you go there?)
(No, how many times do you go there?)
Although it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted sake, it doesn't have that much freshness, and the palate is initially sweet from the rice, but the aftertaste is heavy, bitter, and dry.
The alcohol content is a little high, but I didn't feel it to be that harsh.
The taste is perfect when paired with strong dishes.
I paired it with grilled chicken with miso!
Thank you very much!

This is what I stopped posting.
I'm posting as I recall my notes😅
I found Ki at Sumino Sake Shop and bought it! This is my first bottle of Ki myself: ✨️
It tastes like a refined sweetness of rice, but without any strong pungency or bitterness.
I served it with a side dish that had a strong flavor, but I thought it would go better with a lighter side dish.
At any rate, I remember it was delicious 😋.
Thank you for the meal: ✨️

When I had a drink at home with my friend
I drank Ryoseki's Hana Yuu Akita Sake Komachi.
I think I bought it at Sukumasa: ☺️
The sweetness disappeared in the mid-palate, and the bitterness appeared in the aftertaste!
My friend was very pleased with it.
Hello, Mr. Ofuji!
It's nice to have a drink at home with your friends 🎵.
Hanamup's Akita Sake Komachi is sweet and juicy and delicious 😋.
Your friends must have been very happy and enjoyed the party 🤗.
Hi Ofuji 🐦.
You were able to open it at the right time when your friend came over 😁If you drink it while talking with your friend, it will be gone in no time 😆👍
Mr. ma-ki
Hello ☀️
I thought it was one of the juiciest 🎶 from Hana Yuu.
My friend liked it so much that she bought some for her own personal use later on 🤣.
Pon.
Hello ☀️
It's a party we sometimes hold to swamp our friends with drinks at home ✌️ and it was empty on this day 😭

I was in Taiwan in May: 🇹🇼
It was my first time abroad, except for honeymoon!
It was a lot of fun and the food stalls were delicious 😋.
I had a flirtation with Taiwan barley wine 🍺.
I heard they have sake in Taiwan, so I bought some Gyokusen 🍶.
It's not fruity or balanced by any means, but I'm impressed that they make sake overseas!
It has a bit of bitterness, but then the sweetness slowly spreads!
Prices were cheap and safe, and I hope to go back!
Above all, the food stalls were a lot of fun!
Thank you for the food!
Good evening, Ofuji-san. I just had the opportunity to receive some sake as a souvenir from Taiwan and was surprised to find out that it is more Japanese than I expected. I was very impressed that sake is brewed in Taiwan 💕I guess the local Taiwanese barley wine must be exceptional 😆🍺.
Hi Hirupeko ✨
I'm so glad you had a chance to try Tamaizumi as well!
It's very impressive that sake is made overseas. 💕︎
I had some roasted rice with Taiwanese barley wine 😊.
Ponchan Hello ✨
I was able to get it pretty much everywhere, so if you ever go there, I recommend it🎶.
The food was delicious and I gained weight lol.
We were able to see the pandas here 🐼🐼 with relatively no queue.

I also drank another bottle of Hakurakusei style!
It is more refreshing and sweeter than Urakasumi style, with a mellow sweetness like melon or banana 🍌.
I had the impression that it would be better with a meal, while this one would be better on its own.
It's amazing how each brewery's color comes out even though the brewery in charge of the process is the same!
Thank you very much for the meal. ✨️
I made a mistake in my last post, the label says Hagino Shuzo, but each brewery is the leader of their own brewery💦.
