From Ueda, take the Ueda Dentetsu Bessho Line🚃 to Bessho Onsen (Bessho Hot Springs) ♨️ Lunch at the diner that was reflected in the setting of the 18th film Otoko wa Tsuraiyo.
The aroma of the food was very strong. But it is sweet and gentle, not harsh. It has just the right amount of maturity. Goes well with Nozawana. It softens the salty taste of Nozawana. The chicken gizzard and boiled pork are also delicious 😋 I'm so glad I found a hidden gem restaurant 😆.

I managed to get over the train when I was with Yuka-chan, but I did it on the way home from drinking with the second daughter (I am the eldest) of the Otsubonez (three bureau sisters) in my department. I lost my memory at the next station where we sat down, saying "I might fall asleep if I get to sit down. Why didn't I wake up 5 minutes before? The train in the opposite direction was the last of the day and I had to wait 20 minutes. I managed to only sleep on the platform. Then I had a blast sleeping in the cab as well...
Now, to get back on track, here is the evening drink of the day. The aroma was sweet, but when I drank it, the sweetness was not as strong as the aroma, and there was a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and finally bitterness. It went very well with a little bit of shibi-shibi (bean-curd soup with red pepper paste).

Finally came up with Shinshu Meisho 🙌
The first day of opening the bottle, it smells strongly of alcohol and it's very strong 😱 because it's 17% alcohol 💦.
It's very good with food ◎Great with grilled fish, simmered dishes, and other Japanese food ✨But I'm not sure I could drink it on its own.

This is the first time I have had Kikumori, which is brewed by Shinshu Meizhu Brewery in Nagase, Ueda City, Shinshu.

I bought a small bottle as a souvenir when I went to Nagano.
Shinshu Meijo is the brewer of Kanae. This small bottle of this brand may not be a good reference for the taste of the brewery, but I was curious about the taste and bought it. The website says that it is "suitable for daily table use.

As expected, it tastes a little sticky. I heard that the Junmai class of this Kitakyukumori uses Ogawa yeast, but I don't know if this is also true. I couldn't feel the capronic acid aroma that is characteristic of Ogawa. It's different.
