Hiraizumi
Maruhi Limited Nama Sake, Yeast 77
I had already had Daiginjo Hiten Tsubame.
I bought Marubi with high expectations.
The acidity, sweetness, and umami are all similar.
It has a similar acidity, sweetness, and umami, and it's a great cospa!
This sake will be in my rotation!
Memorandum
I was looking forward to Maruhi's Limited Nama Sake.
The fresh sweet and sour taste filled my mouth!
It's not too rich, so you can drink it without hesitation.

It's like a muddy sake without being cloudy.
The cloudy feeling goes well with the rich dishes.
It goes better with meat than sashimi. Also good with bonito tataki.
Sorry for the memorandum.
I bought a Yamahai that I don't usually drink ✨
I wondered what it would be like at -17 degrees Sake?
I was wondering what it would be like to drink a sake with -17% Nihon Shudo, but it was very refreshing and acidic👍.
The alcohol content is a little lower at 14 degrees, so it's even easier to drink 😆.
The store owner said it is also good with soda water 😋.
Maybe I'll give it a try next time?
I bought it at a liquor store I sometimes go to, on the recommendation of the store owner✨.
It was -18 sake, so I was a little nervous to take it home wondering how sweet it would be 😅.
It's very easy to drink because of the acidity and the slightly low alcohol content of 14 degrees 😆.
Surprisingly, my husband liked it more than me💕.
Good evening, Mr. PUCHI 😃.
We had a different Maruhi, but we too had a double-digit minus before 🤗It was sour as well, so I remember it was sweet and sour when chilled 😋.

A sake with a full flavor and strong acidity. The acidity is doubly pronounced due to the use of the acidic yeast 77, not to mention the acidity of Yamahai. It has a chocolate-like sweetness with a hint of orange peel and banana. I quite like the taste.
The sake level is -18, which is quite sweet, but it is good. It scores very high in the sweet and sour Yamahai category.
It is made with rice called Ichihozumi from Akita.
