Looking back on the past, last year I was drinking MARUHI from the limited edition bespoke 😅.
I guess I have a connection to the Limited Bespoke ❣️
The back label 👀 still has the same outstanding specs 😆.
With a sake degree of 16 degrees and an acidity of 3.3, it's sure to be sweet and sour: ☝️

When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness are well balanced and easy to drink.

The aroma is classic, but when you drink it, it's acidic, sweet and sour, modern, with a slightly spicy aftertaste.
It's concentrated, so it goes well with carbonara.
On the 3rd or 4th day, the sweetness comes out and it tastes sweet and sour.
It's so delicious and tasty. ❣️
