Comparison of last year's and this year's Maruhi Nigori.
I bought two bottles of last year's and laid one down for this purpose.
This year's was more umami, while last year's was a little more relaxed and had a little more alcohol, probably due to being laid down.
But the difference is so big that I have to force myself to find the difference, so I think I'll just have one bottle from next year onward.

I was completely captivated by Marubi, which I drank before, because it was so delicious.
The balance of acidity and sweetness is very pleasant. I bought it.
I also drank the Yamahai Junmai test brew, but Marutobi was by far my favorite.
For those who like sourness, this is a must have.

This brewery is located in Hirasawa, Nyikaho City, Akita Prefecture.
The sake is brewed with 60% polished rice of "Ichihodzumi" produced in Akita Prefecture.
Brewed with the multi-acidic yeast No. 77.
It has a gentle apple-like aroma, mellow
mellow rice flavor, refreshing acidity, and a clean, light taste.
It has a light and refreshing taste.

It is moderately sweet and has a rounded acidity.
It really felt right in the middle of sweet and sour!
I wonder if it has aged a bit?

The second or third day, the sourness remains the same but the sweetness increases a little↑
The bitterness has decreased and it is easier to drink.
The taste is more integrated and I like it better than when it was just opened.
It has a strong flavor, but the acidity makes it refreshing to drink!
It went better with spiced curry than with chilled oden.
The sake is -15, but it's probably because it's the most acidic Maruhi I've ever tasted.
I don't like sourness, but the fact that it's just on the edge of sourness makes it a great summer sake👍.
