It's my first time to drink Hiraizumi❗️ I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔. It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️ Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅 It's very unusual. I've tasted it somewhere before but can't remember where 😥. It's a daiginjo so it has a clean aftertaste. But to be honest, it wasn't my favorite taste 😥. I wonder what other Hiraizumi tastes like❓

I bought two bottles because it was so good last year. To be honest, my memory of last year is a bit fuzzy, but I think the nigoriness is more subdued than last year. The taste is like a silky addition to the usual Maruhi. I think I'll let the other bottle sit for about 6 months.

Purchased from Takatsu 100% Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. Aroma like white wine, chiri-chiri-stimulating Sweet and sour taste with strong acidity, like white wine A little bitterness at the end Fresh and robust taste, delicious! On the second day, the wine is more balanced and sweet, like a white wine. Less bitterness! Very tasty! ❣️ Day 3, no more gas and it has settled down. This is delicious, but I prefer the balanced sweetness of the second day! Maruhi has overturned the idea that Yamahai = hard to drink last year, and this is the sake I want to drink for the rest of the year 😊.

Good morning, Pon. 😊 When heating up Yamahai sake, I have heard that if you raise the temperature to 60 degrees or more I heard that if you raise the temperature to 60 degrees or more, the aroma will open up. I have heard that the aroma opens up when you raise the temperature above 60 degrees. 😓

The third glass was my first "Malhi. The nose has a grape-like aroma. The palate is fresh and clean with a pleasant sweet and sour taste. It has a moist sweetness, but the lightness and sharpness derived from the acidity produce an elegant taste that makes you smile!
