The mouthfeel is full of acidity. After that, the sense of "Gureuprutsu" and rice swells up. Contrary to expectations, it has a nice sharpness. This is delicious!
I'm in the mood for a little drink today, too. I went to Toyama-san in Kanda after a long time because I have a golf tournament tomorrow and wanted to have a light drink before heading out. When I opened the door, there was one customer in front of me. I thought I recognized him, but it turned out to be a friend of mine from work. We were both surprised, and the owner was also surprised, but we decided to drink together. The first drink was a Maruhi that caught my eye in the refrigerator. I had seen this sake at Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it. It was sweet, sour, and refreshing. It is delicious.

Kurokyu Autumn Agari Jungin
Melon flavor, umami
I also liked this one!
Maybe it's because I drank a lot of Shinsei first, but I could easily taste the bitterness 🤔.
Hi Pon, good evening here too.
Another brewery in the same genre - this kind of drinking comparison is also nice ⤴️
I think I like Kuroryu's Akigari and Jyuseki, so I made a note of it: ✍️
Pon, here too😄!
I think there might be an increase in bitterness after Shinsei 😁😁.
I'm surprised that drinking heated sake resets it 😋.
I haven't had maruhi for a long time, I should try it 🤔.
Pon.
Good evening!
I envy you that you were able to compare so many hiyaoroshi and I'm sure it was fun to taste the different flavors of each brewery 😍I would love to go to such tasting events!
Thank you very much, ma-ki-chan 😊.
I love to compare hiyaoroshi and shinzake (new sake) and I think ❣️ Jyuseki is not so bitter if this is the only one 👍If you come across it, please do 😉.
T.KISO, thanks for your help here 😊.
I'm glad I drank the Tamagawa warmed up after the Shinmasa 😭 heard good things 😊🙏.
I want to drink all Maruhi next season 😁.
Thank you so much for your time here 😊.
Shinmasa is good, but I'm looking forward to this one too 🎶I'm participating every year 😁Hiyaoroshi, I'm not able to drink much this year, so I was happy to see you 😁❣️
It is described as nigori (nigori sake), but it is really just a bit of ogara (a hint of ogara). The taste is generally as described on the label, and it is delicious.
Today we opened a bottle of Maruhi nigorizake😄.
This Maruhi is the last of the 6th batch of this season.
The last nigori sake 🍶.
I couldn't drink all of them, but I wanted to drink the last nigori, so I managed to get it 😆.
This bottle is made with malic acid 77 and pursues sweetness and freshness with acidity. I'll have it as soon as possible.
The aroma is sweet and sour.
It is sweet and juicy in the mouth.
And the same sourness ‼️
It's a unique sweet and sour sake from Maruhi 😍.
Maybe the most balanced of all the Maruhi's I've had this season 😊.
I recommend it to anyone who likes sweet and sour 👌
It's low al and you can drink more and more of it so you have to be careful ☝️
But the sourness of Maruhi is bold! I don't think it's a sake that's so unlike sake that you'd go this far.
But sake is fun because of this kind of sake. ❣️
Please try Maruhi at least once 😄.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama-san.
I'm so glad you're enjoying your drinking time by setting your sakes as you want to drink them 🎵.
I was curious about Maruhi when I first heard about it at Sake-no-Wawa this year, and now I want to try it more and more 😊.
Hi, HinaHanaMama 😀
I haven't had Maruhi yet, but I'll seriously look for it since Kaorin is a big fan of nigori sweet flavor😇
I guess I'm a little late to the season 🤣.
Hi ma-ki-, thanks for your comment😃😃I haven't been able to drink all of the Malhi, but each Malhi I've had has its own unique flavor 😋 They all have the same sweet and sour taste 😆 I hope you give them a try: ❣️
Hi Yasbaye, thanks for your comment 😃I see you like nigori 😍I highly recommend it if you like sweet and sour 😆It's still on sale, so I think you can get it if you look for it: ❣️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
We also had a Maruhi ㊙️ about two years ago 😋I thought it was sweet sometimes, but I remember liking the sweet and sour taste with quite a bit of acidity 😌Honestly it is a good drink with all its heart 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄Thank you for your comment...Malhi, you will be surprised every time how sour it is beyond your imagination! Is it too sweet for the two of you now 😅Please enjoy the sweet and sour taste of Malhi once in a while: ❣️
For a kijo-zake, it has a thin consistency and a moderate sweetness. Of course, it is sweet, but the fruity, pronounced acidity and a hint of koji give it a well-balanced flavor.
This is a new type of kijoshu. It is very good with food.
Hiraizumi Yamahai Junmai Limited Summer Seasonal
The aroma is like a modern sake yeast strain!
Taste as expected, quite sweet and sour! (It's like a pineapple with stronger acidity and more peculiar taste 🍍)
The alcohol content is a little low at 14 degrees, but I wonder if it doesn't feel light because of the way it passes through the nose.
It tastes rather strong, so you may want to drink it on the rocks or something 🤩.
