It is quite sharp and dry, with a sake strength of +13.
It should be paired with fried food.

Meikyoshimizu hiyaoroshi.
At room temperature, it goes in easily like water, but when warmed up, the acidity rises and the umami and minerality stand out.
It is softly sweet and delicious at room temperature.
I would like to let it sit for a while.

Gorgeous, beautiful, white peach-like aroma
The first sip has a sweetness that comes in quickly, and a sense of maturity after a short delay.
The sweetness continues, but there is also a touch of astringency and dryness.
It has a pleasant mouthfeel that you will never get tired of 👍.
Oh, and the sake ponzu we opened last month.
There were 2 bottles of sake and 19 bottles of 4-gou.
There was also an expedition to Obihiro, so the number of operating days should have been less... lol.
The devil's smile on the label already gives off an unusual vibe...and just like it looks, the taste is straightforward and dry. 😹.
The aroma is quite subdued. It has a calm aroma of rice, rather than a floral aroma.
There are also slight nut and white pepper nuances.
This is a check-in from a trip to Shinshu🚗 where I first drank Meikyojosui and wanted to drink it, so I popped in last year around this time 🤩.
It was a delicious sake with a melon-like head and apple-like notes, light and smooth with no peculiarities. ☺️ I would recommend it as a food sake that doesn't interfere with food 🫶✨.
