I happened to be strolling around with my friends and found a nice restaurant ‼️ and it was packed with corner customers inside, so we decided to sit outside.
The Yuyamanishiki is easy to drink with a pleasant mouthfeel, which I like.
The members who do not drink much asked if they could drink Suitama, but it seemed to be a little darker than Suitama.
I couldn't understand why they could drink Suiyu but not Kifotsuru 😁.
A friend of mine went to visit Motoyama Shoten's sake brewery and bought this as a souvenir.
Kibotsuru is one of the Saga breweries that tend to be rich in flavor and sweet in taste.
I hope it spreads in Fukuoka as well since it's not widely available there 😂.

The liquor store said it's a small brewery so it's only available locally, so I bought some.

Motomine Tsuru Junmai Hiyoroshi
I had been tempted to drink it after reading a post by Motominekaku ambassador Maru, so I bought it at a liquor store that Bouken and I went to during a storm of fear for my life.

I was excited and decided to drink it cold.
The first aroma is a little bit of alkaloa, not so much banana.
The color is clear with a hint of yellow.
I thought the mouthfeel was hard, but when swallowing, it feels a bit tart.
The taste is round and angular with a slightly mellow flavor, and has a sweetness like an elegant sugar candy, like a rakugan.
The citrus acidity is also felt from the middle and flows naturally, merging with the umami and sweetness.
The aftertaste is a little spicy with a lingering aftertaste of sourness on the tongue.
