Purchased at the "Sake Festival" sake event at Osaka Takashimaya.
White grape flavor with a lot of carbonation!
A lingering aftertaste that lingers on and on😄.
This is the type of sake to drink slowly on a long autumn night 🍶.
☀️
I have the impression that Ki Mine Tsuru's orange label is a definite 😏.
It has a solid flavor and a slight sweetness 😚.
I can feel the juice like orange 🍊 in the aftertaste.
Sometimes I feel an astringent taste, but it's a combination of things and eventually settles down to a clean place in the end 🤗.
Pekho, here too 😃.
I'm trying to twist my head as much as possible so as not to be a cliché 😆.
I'm glad you could imagine it with the expressions I twisted 😊.
Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival
I've never seen this sake labeled before, but it looks like they've been serving it since the 100th anniversary of the company's founding in 2020.
The nose is muscat and banana-like. It has a gentle and refreshing sweetness with a little gas. The acidity is also impressive. As the label says, it is refreshing.
I always think that every Kihotsuru has a strong Kihotsuru flavor, no matter which Kihotsuru you drink.
Tonight...Kiho Tsuru✨!
I was looking at everyone's posts on Sake no Wa... and since there were so many posts about how delicious it was, I finally found a brand I've been secretly wanting to try 😅.
And I got the commemorative sake 🤣 lol....
...but I thought the base of the taste would be the same, so here it is: ❗️
First opening ceremony ‼️ lol
Not much aroma... not much in the glass either😅😅
I'll take a sip right away 🙋....
What is it... very easy to drink 🤤.
It's like lemon water 🍋...but the acidity isn't that strong, so the perfect balance of sweetness and deliciousness that comes in easily sinks into your throat 😍.
The taste of the sake is not bitter or peculiar, and it disappears without disturbing the taste buds.
....but it doesn't have any juiciness, so it's not enough for those who want it 🤔.
However, this balance is certainly delicious 😋.
How will it taste tomorrow ⁉️😁
Day 2🗒️
The flavor is very good.
Still very clean taste, little bitterness and no increase in bitterness 😊.
This is indeed delicious 😋.
This time it is Toutou, from Kihotsuru.
It is a sake from Saga Prefecture.
It is a new mizu-hashiroshi sake from Kihotsuru, which we met at a recent sake festival at Osaka Takashimaya.
It is served cold.
The color is a light yellow.
The nose has a mildly sweet, greenish aroma of melon, peach, and banana.
The mild mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a round peachy fruity flavor, a freshness with a rummy feel, and a calm umami flavor.
There is something nice about the balance between the gentle volume and the thick astringency behind it.
When heated up,
When heated, the plump, banana-like sweetness is enhanced, and the astringency is well balanced and delicious.
We recommend it to those who don't usually warm up their sake, as it is easy to drink.
Although it was released in June, it is perfect for now when the heat has finally settled down.
The astringent flavor goes well with autumnal foods.
As expected of Maru's sake.
I can't stop drinking it without stopping 🤣.
Hi Hirupeko 😃
Is this a new one from Ki Mine Tsuru? Delicious looking review 😋I'd love to taste both cold and warmed sake🤗.
The label looks like it would make my eyes roll 😵💫 "dozing" when I see it drunk!
Hi Miss Peco, ☀️
I also drank Kifotsuru's Toutoutou!
I had the impression that it was rather refreshing, while still having the Kifotsuru-like character. I didn't keep a record of it, so I might be mistaking it for another Kifotsuru, lol.
Kifotsuru 🫶.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby. The wavy pattern on the label that gives the illusion of three-dimensionality is indeed a wonder 🌀 Come to think of it, I think my partner was drinking it at a pretty good clip and swooning 🤭.
Good evening, Maru-brother. When I think of mizu-hashiroshi, I imagine a unique flavor, but this sake was so easy to drink, it was a wonder sake. It was delicious 😊Kiho Tsuru🫶.
At a nearby bar.
The label is nice and autumnal.
It's quite refreshing, dry, and quite punchy, too.
It was a perfect match when I had it with Sanma sashimi!
