I'm addicted to Kiho Tsuru.
There were 1 and 2 on sale, and I wanted both of them,
I wanted both of them, but I decided to buy only the first one.
As usual, it's gorgeous and fruity,
I can drink a lot of it!

We had a new sake from Kihotsuru!
Yum!

Osaka Monorail Izakaya Saga (2)
We were able to receive 3 kinds of sake from Motomine Tsuru, a company that has been helping us with our hometown tax payment every year 😀.
The first one was Tsumugi 2025 I, the second one was Calm, and the third one was this super dry Junmai sake... all of them were definitely delicious 😇.
The one that surprised me the most was this super-harakuchi junmai sake 😇.
The name "super-harsh" scared me a bit, but the finish was crisp and dry, and even Kaorin said it was delicious with its rich umami flavor from the banana fruitiness of the mouthfeel 😇.
I discovered something new that there is such a thing as super dry taste 😀.

Saga sake was good... next month is the Tottori sake monorail 😀.
Even though it was dry, Motomine Tsuru's was a delicious sake with a fruity umami taste on the palate and a nice sharpness at the end 😇
