Kihon Crane
I love it, Kifeng Crane
Kihotsuru is a very low-polished, out-of-spec Yamadanishiki grape variety.
The aroma is strong, almost grape-like.
More acidity and umami than sweetness.
The taste is broad and sharp, with a sense of rice.
A little astringency is also felt.
It is an interesting and good sake!
⭐︎⭐︎
A drink like shaved ice that melts right in your mouth.
It's refreshing! It's like shaved ice.
If you want to taste the flavor of rice, it may not be enough. It might be a good match with stinky food.
Gentle fruity in the mouth.
A little later, a pleasant pineapple? It has a pleasant pineapple-like bitterness.
The aftertaste is fruity and lingering.
A very delicious sake!
☀️
It's a series called Concept Workers Selection. It's a drink for the senses, not the head🍶.
I'll drink it with my senses ❤️
It has a strong umami flavor with a hint of sweetness 😚.
The sweet umami mixes in the mouth and ends with a lingering finish☺️
It was an immersive sake🍶.
A search party was organized by Kansai Sake-no-wa members and quite a few people secured "Kihotsuru" 🥰.
The original "Kihotsuru" is delicious, but this one was also delicious to soak up ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Jive 🌙.
It was so popular in Kansai that a search party was organized 😳
I wonder how it is in Kanto 🙄.
Kihotsuru is also delicious, but I prefer Kihotsuru because of the beautiful label 😆.
Good evening, Hiro 😃.
We are the type of people who have limited knowledge of alcohol and choose to drink with sensitivity 🤗I would like to taste CSW's sensitivity 😋.
Discontinued sake, limited reissue. Almost no aroma, clean taste. The taste is clean and refreshing. It is a somewhat classic dry type, but I also felt its umami flavor.
A limited edition sake for the opening of the brewery. As the description says, it is fresh, slightly sweet, and mature with a full sense of rice flavor. This is quite to my liking.
Summer sake even though it is sold in April🌻😅.
With its good cosmetic value, this one made me love Kibotsuru.
Last time I felt awesome pineapple🍍.
This time, hmmm 😕 it's a bit bitter.
No, it's delicious, but maybe it's a memory correction, but the taste was a little different from what I expected.
I couldn't drink it on the second or third day, but on the fourth day it was very round again. It's too smooth to be this good😅.
Maybe the 2nd and 3rd days were good and ready to drink.
I should not have opened it before the drinking party.
Good evening, Maru.
Ki Mine Tsuru looks so good, I'm going to drink some this year 😆! I'm determined to drink something this year!
But, what? I was more impressed by the last time I drank it 🤔. I'm sure there are times when I think 🤔! I don't know if the taste has changed or if my taste has changed 🤣.
Good morning, Kotaro!
Please try to drink something by all means! I don't know if it will suit your taste or not 😅.
Memory correction is really tricky 🤣.
Hi Maru 🐦.
Whenever I go on a trip or to a drinking party, I couldn't drink at the best time of the day 😭 I know it happens 😂I think I'm crazy for opening it on this day and drinking it all on that day... 😇
Hi Pon 😊
I think so much about managing the schedule of opening the bottle 😆 I can't drink for 2 days from tomorrow, but I really want to drink today! I always have so much trouble with this situation 🤣I think I'll stock up on cups of sake 🧐.
Motomine Tsuru Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Yamadanishiki by Motoyama Shoten
Plump, gentle flavor and smooth texture.
The juicy, mellow flavor unique to Yamadanishiki and the gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma are accented by the soft, gentle sweetness of the orikarami. The fresh mouthfeel and the fresh aroma of oriki (rice cake) make this a gem with a full, rich flavor.

Ki Mine Tsuru, which I have never had, will drink.
calm, brewed with rice from contract farmers outside the equal range.
It is said to mean "calm" or "calm.
The price is 3,000 yen for a bottle. Very reasonable.
The aroma is described as banana-like, but it also has an apple-like flavor.
It has a strong sweetness and umami at first, and finishes with a bitterness that is typical of Kibotsuru.
This was another great bottle 😊.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Maru: 🎉🎉🎉🎉
You celebrated with your determined Kifeng Crane 😊👍✨The bitterness at the end is something I also like as an adult these days 😆 I look forward to more Kifeng Crane reviews 🎶.
Thank you, Pon-chan 😊.
Thanks to Pon-chan's invitation, I was able to connect with everyone at Sake-no-wa and learn about different types of sake👍I can't thank you enough🥹I managed to get to 400 🙌
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊 sorry for bothering you twice. Thanks to all of you, this is a milestone, but I was very embarrassed 😅.
I'd like to express my gratitude for the next 500 😆.
