I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop.
There was a small amount of air bubbles in the glass. Fresh, sweet and tasty, but a little bitter in the second half, which is a nice accent.
Bitter, but the lingering sweetness gives the impression of being long-lasting.
The one I had in the past was a bit twitchy, so it was nice to have it in good condition.

I think the black Kihotsuru is excellent when fired, but I think this Yuyamanishiki or Omachi is the best on draft 🧐.

In addition, I bought a bottle of sake as one of my rewards and went home.
I had never seen this brewery in Aichi. The rice is Jinriki, which I have never had before. I thought it would be more classic, but it was more modern than I expected. The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is fresh, and the sweetness fills the mouth. The taste is fresh and sweet, with a complex flavor at the end. 😋😋😋😋

February Tasting at Ikema Sake Shop (3)
It is a fire-brewing of Motomine Tsuru Yumachi!
Usually, the draft is released first and the hi-ire is released later, but Kibotsuru's Yumachi is a rare case where the hi-ire is released first!
This is the first time I've had hi-ire Omachi, but it's fresh and gassy like a draft.
Sweet and juicy and delicious 😋.
It was my favorite at this tasting!
I also had a bottle of Morinori's Dry Nama Sake and it was consistently delicious 😋.
The second glass is Saga's Motomine Tsuru.
This one has a fizzy feeling.
The balance of sweetness and this fizzy feeling is nice. The price is reasonable.
This is a cosy sake.

Yamada Nishiki. It is so easy to drink that you may think it is low alcohol despite its 15% alcohol content. It is so easy to drink that you may think it is low alcohol, even though it is 15 degrees Celsius. When it rolls around in the mouth, it is fruity with a nice aftertaste.
Day 2. It is quite good, but it is sweet and tasty. It would be better if it had a sour taste. It goes very well with dashi type rice! The balance is improved. I would like to try it with sashimi. It is a sake that goes well with rice ^_^.
Day 3. I thought I didn't need anything else, but when I paired it with Japanese food, the acidity became even better. This is a sake to be served with meals ^_^.
Bonito in soy sauce on rice. Both the rice and sake are delicious!
Yesterday, I attended the "New Sake Enjoyment Party" held at the Kibotsuru Sake Brewery. It was a fun event with three different types of new sake, which we drank for the entire two hours.
I bought this one, which was my favorite of the three. It was fresh and slightly tangy, with a nice aftertaste. Delicious.
