I was so preoccupied with spring sake that I almost forgot to buy and drink a cup of fukyu finshu. The last winter sake of the season?
A cup of seared tiger puffer fish fins that can be heated in a microwave 🐡.

Since it's not lit on fire, the flavor is not quite as good as the ones sold in Yamaguchi, but it's a super easy way to enjoy a cup of fin sake at home with a good price.
I mean, I don't know what it is about fin sake, but it makes me excited 🎶.
The yellow cherry sake itself has a full and gentle flavor.
The seller of puffer fish fins is Shunpanro, a very high-end puffer fish restaurant.

From the aroma, the sweetness of the rice reaches your brain. The sweetness of the rice comes through in the mouth with just the right amount of gusto, yet there is no dull aftertaste.
Drink hot.
The aroma is slightly alcoholic.
The taste is mainly sweet and sour, with a nice sharpness, making it an excellent inexpensive evening sake.

Aroma: Very common, with a sake-like aroma.
Taste: As with the aroma, it is extremely common. It has no characteristics at all, which is why you will never get tired of its taste even if you drink it every evening.
New to packaged sake.
I often see it in commercials, but it's surprisingly new to me. Kizakura.
Light and refreshing. Easy to drink either cold or warmed. It's a cheap packaged sake, but surprisingly not bad.
