The aroma is gorgeous but still greenish, like unripe fruit or papaya, and in the mouth the aroma spreads with sweetness, leaving a slightly lingering taste ^_^.
.
Aroma is pineapple type.
Toyonou-ume Itoakashi has a milder aroma and a more coherent taste than Toyonou-ume Itoakashi. We would like to have it as an aperitif.
What a surprise! The first sip is soooo fresh ‼️
But from the middle of the sip, it has a strong umami taste, or it seems to be mellow again. Very interesting sake 🍶.

First sake with a cute label I've ever had.
Fukushima's Yume-no-Ko and Fukunoka are used.
Quite fruity.
Ananas means pineapple, apparently.
Oh, the label is pineapple?
This sake can be drunk like a white wine.
☀️
Ananas means pineapple 🍍 and the waitress 😄
She also told me what language it's in but I forgot😅.
Sweetness on the palate.
It's a clean, clear sweetness that goes down your throat 😆.
Finally, a very slight astringency 😏.
It was nice and easy to drink even with food 😉.
Finally, I got over my dislike of Nagurayama.
The "white wine-like" description was only half of the story, but this was indeed delicious, crisp and fruity, just like a white wine.

This usually crowded restaurant was also empty at the counter on Monday. I had no choice but to go. I asked a familiar lady what she recommended, and she told me about the Summer Pilgrimage series. There are seven brands in Japan, and one of them is Nagurayama. I had had it before, but it was too subtle for my taste. It was sweet and tasty, and easy to drink. It was refreshing. I will remember the "Summer Pilgrimage Sake Series.
The rice used is Yumeko (from Fukushima Prefecture) and Yamadanishiki (from Okayama Prefecture).
It's a "drunken whale" I've never seen before. ❗️ when I bought it.
I bought it thinking it was a "Mt. Nagurayama" (⁉️)
I didn't notice it until I was about to open the bottle.
But still, why a whale ⁉️ for Aizu sake?
It is a refreshing and well-balanced summer sake with little acidity and bitterness.
