ポンちゃん
I received another brand from the same brewery and compared them!
The first one is "Yoru no Teio
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 15
Classic taste
Sweet and soft, acidic and refreshing
Still hard 🤔.
2nd to 3rd day, the balance of flavor and acidity improved and it became easier to drink!
Day 4, acidity became stronger 😳.
I wonder if it would be better if it was heated 🤔
I preferred the 2nd-3rd day: ❣️

Hi Pon. 😊
That's an offensive name. 😓
When it gets a bit cooler,
I'm sure the warmed sake will taste even better 😁.

Hi, Hanapin 🐦.
Yes 🤣I thought it would have a strong flavor from the name, but it was unexpectedly refreshing 😁.
I'm sure it will get even cooler in the mornings and evenings once the rain is over! It's really the season for heating up 😊.

Hi Pon 😀
I'm surprised that Pon-chan and the sake named "Yoru no Teio" don't match 🤣.
I've only ever had the Noto Kyodo Brewery Yoru no Teio, but it's a lot more refreshing than I thought it would be 😇.

Good evening, Pon!
I thought both Hiroshima sakes were heavy and tasted like "I'm the king of the night" 😅😅 but they're both refreshing and good with warmed sake 😙 "Hi, I'm the king of the night" 😄.

Good morning, Yasbaye 🐥.
I also imagined it to have a strong flavor 😆 Surprisingly, it's refreshing and tastes great while eating and perhaps even warmed up 😊.
I always get it from a friend of the brewer 😁.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🐥.
Yes, the region and the label fits perfectly 😆 I also imagined chivalrous movies or V cinema 🤣It has almost no sweetness, so maybe it fits in the "not sweet" aspect 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan! 😀
I've been curious about this drink for a while. Not a jacket purchase, but a name purchase! I'll buy some next time 😆.
