Found this at a local supermarket 👀. When I see sludge type, I can't help but buy it 😆. Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15%. It is pure white! Sake-like aroma, thick, strong alcohole, sweetness and spiciness. On the second or third day, the alcohydrate taste has settled down and it is easy to drink. Sweetness does not increase so much. On the 4th day, the tartness is gone and it is the easiest and tastiest to drink. ❣️ It went well with dark dishes such as claypot meat, curry, spaghetti arrabbiata, etc. I'd love to try a draft of this in the winter ✨.

Ananas is French for pineapple🍍. Yume-no-Ko and Fukunoka are used. Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Bottled in a bottle with a single flame The aroma is already pineapple and the taste is also pineapple. Not so sweet, but the pineapple flavor gives the illusion of sweetness💦. Pungent? Bitter? Finish with Next day, sweetness up, bitterness softened, very tasty ❣️ 5th day, the pineapple flavor has decreased, but the sweetness has increased even more and there is no bitterness, so this is delicious! It was a pineapple liquor just like the label 💕

Is it sweet like honey? I was excited to buy it! Classical aroma, fruity and classically sweet liquor, with a pungent taste afterwards. Banana flavor as the temperature rises 🍌. On the second day, orange 🍊? Citrusy and fruity! Day 3-4, the fruity taste is almost gone, it's a calm, sweet, classical taste. As the name "Karoyaka Kijoshu" suggests, the sweetness was softer than expected!

Thanks to your support, 700 check-ins✨ This sake is about a month old, but the order happened to be my favorite Hanayuyuu Omachi 😅 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16%. Gorgeous & fruity aroma Fruity when you drink it, soft sweetness, umami and spiciness in the hana-eup. On the second or third day, the sweetness increases and the balance is good, but the spiciness remains the same. I still prefer to let it sit for a while. ❣️ Omachi has been hi-iru for 4 years in a row. Less sweet than usual 🤔. Still, it's a happy taste for those who love sweet 💕 I've been cutting back on sake since the second half of August💦. And I've been slow in posting 💦. Please keep up the good work 🙇.

Yasbaye family's warehouse party (2) Next up was a comparison between this one from Kiyamasa Shuzo and Takasago's fire-aged jun-dai! This is the ultimate in luxury! Personally, I preferred the sweeter Jikkomai, but Takasago also tastes great with snacks for a synergistic effect. ❣️ This time, each person was asked to bring a snack, and we gathered together some delicious and luxurious items as well! pyonpyon's sandwiches and canapés are not only delicious but also fun to look at🎶! Yasubeyes' family's warehouse party (1) As you may already know from other people, we participated in the storehouse party at Yasubeyesan & Kaorin's house 😊. I'm borrowing photos from you guys 🙏. First of all, this sake was opened without incident by Nemuchi-san, a professional corker! It's very tasty and has a unique sourness that is unique to Sanchi. ❣️ I'm already excited to drink a brand I don't usually drink, and an expensive one at that 😆. Next up was Hanamup's Sake Mirai! My favorite sake rice variety from Hanamup, it's the ultimate in sweetness ❣️ I can only be thankful that they don't have a four-pack 🙏. The third one is Ueda Inakura's Tanada Hitogokochi from Shinshu Kameiring! Beautiful, fruity and well balanced! Tastes good no matter who you drink it with: ❣️ Sorry for the compilation of good sakes 💦🙏💦. I used to finish my summer homework quickly, but before I knew it, I started to accumulate it 😂. 100% Misato Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13.5 Slight aroma, acidity, soft sweetness, umami, and bitterness The second or third day, the sourness remains the same but the sweetness increases a little↑ The bitterness has decreased and it is easier to drink. The taste is more integrated and I like it better than when it was just opened. It has a strong flavor, but the acidity makes it refreshing to drink! It went better with spiced curry than with chilled oden. The sake is -15, but it's probably because it's the most acidic Maruhi I've ever tasted. I don't like sourness, but the fact that it's just on the edge of sourness makes it a great summer sake👍.

Sake no Yamamoto in Kyoto, which closed at the end of July, always had some kind of Kudokidokiwai. I bought this one for the last time! 100% Hakutsuru-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol 16%. Mild aroma, soft sweetness Umami spreads and ends with spiciness...quite spicy 😂. Maybe that's why it goes well with meals The second day, the balance is good! Pungency has decreased. The bitterness is more pronounced. 3rd day, sweetness up↑, pungency down even more, bitterness stronger! For me, it was the best balanced taste of the day. ❣️ The 4th day, it became more umami. It is a less sweet and more umami type of Kudoku-jote that I have had so far, and it is especially good during a meal.

Sake you've always wanted to try Buy at Yamamoto The specs are not disclosed, but according to the internet, it is Junmai Daiginjo class! Gorgeous aroma, chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili Fruity and soft sweetness Umami, spicy and sharp. Delicious right out of the bottle: ❣️ On the second day, the taste became a little more intense! It is delicious with a sweet and umami taste due to the orikara flavor! The spiciness is refreshing at the end. On the second day, it became sweeter and melon-like. The third or fourth day, it becomes even sweeter, like a melon! So delicious! ❣️ Compared to the Wakanami I drank before this, this one was sweeter and more to my liking. I would like to drink this brand as well as Wakanami 😊.

I didn't make it to Wakanami Day💦. First time in a year to buy at Kadoya.™. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Muscat aroma on the first or second day. When you drink it, you can still taste the muscat flavor, the acidity is refreshing, and the umami has depth. Can be drunk alone or with food. 3rd day, sweetness up a little bit, muscat flavor is still the same and tastes the best. ❣️ On the 4th day, it tastes great even after it has settled down. Not too sweet, but fresh muscat flavor. But it also has a delicious flavor and a sense of having drunk it. Wakanami has no disappointment!

Purchased at a local supermarket ♪ Pure white! Smooth and pleasant to drink. It has sweetness, softness and acidity, and is low in alcohol, so you can drink it in large gulps. It was so good that it ran out quickly 😆. The third one, I went to Junmai Sake Kasu Tamanomitsu in Kyoto with my friends! The menu includes a fermented Kyoto-style obanzai lunch, amazake, sake lees soup, and sake lees tofu, all of which are available only at a restaurant owned by a sake brewery! The sake lees soup was delicious ‾❣️ A little disappointed that we didn't have alcohol 😁.

After spring's Kochi, summer's too 🎐. The blue bottle was so cool that I had to buy it. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15 Gorgeous aroma, chiri-chiri-chiri! The taste is soft, sweet, tasty and refreshing. It has a slight rummy taste. The next day, the aroma is somewhat banana🍌, and when you drink it, it has a refreshing rummy taste. The fourth day, the fruity taste is still there, but it is less and less fruity, and the refreshing taste is still the same. It was delicious with a refreshing sweet and sour summery taste. ❣️ I want to drink the fall limited edition too 😁.
