Original Honjozo from Vinos Yamazaki, a wine specialty store 100% Yamadanishiki, 100% premium grade, produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture, Special A district Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15° to 16° C 1-2 days, slight aroma, slightly fruity flavor Soft sweetness and umami. Alcoholic and pungent, but the taste is calm and easy to drink. On the 3rd day, the overall flavor has settled down and the taste has become more like sake, with the main focus on umami. On the 4th day, it was warmed up to lukewarm. The rice flavor is delicious without any harshness, and there is a lot of spiciness. It tastes better than the 3rd day cold sake. ❣️ It was a very tasty honjozo! I was told by bouken that there was such a sake at Sake-no-Wa, so I immediately went to Rakue Shijo-Karasuma in Kyoto! The Kyoto branch of this Shizuoka-headquartered liquor store also carries a variety of sakes from Shizuoka and other regions! You can even compare three different kinds of sake for 800 yen in the store!

Not a single bottle of sake in the fridge😱. So I went to the nearest liquor store to buy some 💦. 100% Hokkaido Comet Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 14%. Slightly sake-like aroma A slight 🍎 flavor when drunk. Soft sweetness, acidity and bitterness Still firm taste On the second day, the fruity flavor is almost gone, but the sweetness is up↑ and it's delicious! On the 3rd day, it tastes like sake with umami. The bitterness is almost gone. On the 4th day, the taste has calmed down. Still, it is easier to drink than the hard taste of the first day. The fruity taste was gone too soon, but the taste itself was enjoyable for a long time 😊. The aosa salt 🦫 is from Jive. Nice flavor from the ahasa 😊. Thanks for the treat 🙏. Miyako Kelp 🦫 has an addictive sour accent

Sensation White, the first drink after the label change I'm excited to see how it tastes now that it's a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15 Slightly cloudy and fruity aroma Muscat? Apple? Fruity flavor Low sweetness, soft flavor and acidity, beautiful taste. On the second day, the fruity taste is already gone and it tastes more like a classic. Beautiful but not too sweet, I miss it 😢. Day 3-4, what was that yesterday? It tastes so similar to the 1st day. The taste is so good, it's like the first day! I was so disappointed on the 2nd day that I thought I would stop buying Sensation, so I'm really glad I went back 😌. I felt it was less sweet than before. I prefer the old one because I like sweet, but this one is also delicious and I will keep drinking it 😊. The second one is a fireworks display that was on November 10 🎆. The summer fireworks show attendance has increased, making it difficult for the local residents💦. The city was able to put up 15 minutes of fireworks to thank them for their patience! It was only announced in the circular, so there were few people and I was able to enjoy it slowly at the place where I always pay 🙏.

Purchased at Takatsu with Laughing Four Seasons. I picked it up because of the cute label💕 Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 10 degrees Celsius Second fermentation in the bottle, but with a hole in the stopper, it didn't spurt at all 🫧. Fruity aroma, shwashy 🫧. Sour and bitter, like grapefruit, delicious! When the temperature goes up a bit, the sweetness comes out. It's a sandesi, so it was gone in no time 😆. This brewery often uses Otsu-e for their labels, and this sake has the third one, "Nabekanmuri", painted by Kozo Ando. This guy also drew the label for Hakurei's Vivid series: 🖌️ The taste matched the illustration 🤝. There are also the first and second daughters of this sake on the back label, Actually, the third daughter is the most mature, as the youngest daughter should be. The third sister is actually the most mature. How about three sisters? How about three sisters?

Thanks to your support, 600 check-ins✨ I was trying to figure out what to drink, and the timing was perfect for me to buy it... ♪ This is my first time drinking R-type, including outside! Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. The aroma is like white wine with a hint of rice. It tastes like white wine, but the sweetness and umami of the rice comes through with a bang! It has a good balance with the acidity to catch it! On the 2nd to 4th day, the whole wine becomes more familiar and tastes even better! I wonder if the sweetness has also increased 🤔. The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. ❣️ I thought it would be like white wine, but it tastes more like sake than I expected. But it is easy to drink with gradual sweetness and acidity. I like the beauty of X-type, but I prefer it darker, so I think I like it the best 😁. Almost no spiciness or bitterness! Tastes great right out of the bottle: ❣️ Sweet and fruity on the second day ✨ Slightly spicy on the back end 3rd-4th day, no gasiness, juicy and calm taste. This is also delicious! I decided to bring home a bottle of Kudokibe when I find it! I wonder how many bottles I can drink 🤔

Purchased from Takimoto I often say I want to drink Sakusaku but never go through with it💦. I decided to drink it this past year, so I picked it up as soon as I found it 😊. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Gorgeous and fruity aroma. It has a fresh and crisp aroma, and even if you drink it, it still tastes like a melon. Very fruity and delicious. ❣️ Slightly sweet, slightly spicy with a deliciously sour and acidic taste. Well-balanced taste! On the second day, the flavor improves and becomes more cohesive. On the 3rd to 4th day, the gassy feeling is gone, but the aroma remains the same and the taste does not change much. As a result, it was delicious all the time! It's fire-roasted, but still fresh and crisp 😳. I love that it comes in 750ml! I was very satisfied with the taste 💖.

Jundaike Juntaichi I've never seen a sake like this before 😳. It's fruity and delicious so when I can drink it... 🥹. Takadomari Glutinous rice four-step brewing. Sake with an auspicious name by Yasube & Kaorin. Mellow and delicious ❣️ Miyatamamochi is also new to me! Sangyu IMPREVUE Jungin! Sake by Nemuchi, which I can't drink anymore after last year! I was surprised at the -40 sake level, but it tastes like wine. ❣️ Thank you for opening another bottle 🙇! Sogapère Ephis Numérosis Ao's Sake I was surprised and thankful that she brings us Sogapé every year after last year 🙏. The taste of the numerosis was very nice! Kansai Salmon Roe Bring and Share Year-End Party (2) Unexpectedly, Shinshu Kamerei overlapped! And the brewery's limited edition sake was 😳! This sake was brought by Usagoten and Jive! Not only was it delicious, but I felt the most acidity out of the three! Luxuriously warmed up 🍶! Not bad, but the flavor is better as it is 😁. Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Rafa, who was absent from the meeting, came to the station and gave us this sake. It had the most umami and bitterness of the three. We are looking forward to seeing you again next year 😊. Shinshu Kamerei Premium Gold Brought by Mr. Yasube and Ms. Kaorin! This sake is only available this year. The taste is so beautiful and well balanced. ❣️ Kaze no Mori, ALPHA 5: The Quest for Heated Sake! Sake by Maru-san! She brought a warmed sake cup with her. I wanted to try it at room temperature to compare the two. I wanted to drink it at room temperature to compare 😢. I wanted to compare it at room temperature 😢. I had never seen this sake by Uma Uma Uma, who was the organizer of the event! Chilli fruity and well balanced! He also ordered 3 kinds of snacks to go with the sake. Kyuzo's sake is from his hometown! It was the first time after the change of master brewer! Thank you very much for the fugu snacks. ❣️ Hanamayu Jun Dai Yamada Nishiki! Pink doburoku 🩷 that I wanted to drink in the spring. I found it in a summer shipment and bought it. It doesn't blow at all😆👍 Beautiful pink 🩷 after mixing Aroma strawberry 🍓, you can feel the sourness from the aroma. Tastes like 🍓 even if you drink it with trotters, and then like amazake! Slight alcohol taste of sake at the end It's so delicious💕! I want to drink 9 degrees alcohol 🍓 sweet sake 😆. The second to fourth day is not much different. It has a nice mouthfeel so you can drink it like dessert 🍓. The third one is the pink label & pink sake I drank this past year 🩷. It makes me feel good and I want to enjoy it again this year💕.

I finally had a standard drink! I found a bottle of raw sake and bought it immediately. 100% Yamadanishiki Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50% polished rice Alcohol 16%. Nice aroma, fresh and crisp, muscat or pear? Pear? It is fruity. ❣️ It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity! On the second day, sweetness↑ juicy and more preferable than freshly opened💕. On the 3rd and 4th day, it gradually calmed down, but it was still delicious to drink with good balance! I haven't drunk a lot of it, but so far it's a great taste! I haven't tasted the fire-ground yet, so I'll try that next time 😊.

Sake Festival (but only for drinking) This year's new sake is from Omine! I was going to buy autumn sake at a sake tasting, but the owner and everyone told me that the new sake is delicious. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 14.5 Nice aroma, piquant and fresh! Soft sweetness, then fruity with umami and acidity. Slight bitterness at the end. Less sweetness than expected. On the second day, the sweetness increased↑It's like a peach! I said it was delicious because it was well-balanced and less bitter 💕. It was juicy with a 🍑 feeling until the 3rd day. It settled down on the 4th day. The juiciness is still there and it was delicious the whole time: ❣️ I hope to enjoy a variety of sake this year 🎶. I'm still eating 🦫🤭. Nodoguro (bluefin tuna) 🦀 flavor with broth from 🐟️ Crab 🦀 flavor, not too strong Snacks Bacon and black pepper, with almonds, delicious ❣️

After a week, the gassy feeling subsided a little and the taste became richer. May Ten Frog Clear Dry 2022 ◇Opened: Bubbles fill the mouth, aroma of young melon, light sweetness. After one week, the gassy feeling has subsided a little and sweetness can be felt. June Flax Cat Kai 2023 ◇Freshly opened, fruity and lightly sweet. After one week, the taste is clear and sweetness is felt. ◇Opened regular FlaxCat, it tastes light. June Murasaki Yatagata Nama-shu 2022 It has a strong taste, strong acidity and bitterness. July Nirvana tortoise 100 raw 2023 Drinkable 100% polished rice, strong acidity July Yonotori Spark Nama 2023 Sweet and sour with a splash! They were going to ship ancient rice Nirvana tortoise, but changed to this due to taste problems. The pitch-black bottle is made of the same glass as champagne, so it is very heavy. Purchased at Takimoto's. ♪ 100% Banshu Yamadaho Rice polishing ratio 44 Alcohol 15 The aroma is sweet. ❣️ Slightly torrid texture on the tongue It has a very sweet taste, umami, and a hint of sourness. Sweet and juicy itself, delicious right out of the bottle 💕 Sweetness is further increased on the second day↑ Very juicy! 4th day, sweetness is settled, but still juicy and tasty. Delicious to the end. ❣️ 44% polished rice gives it a strong flavor, but it's still polished, so it's very tasty and has no cloying taste. I had a chance to try a Yamadaho sake from another brewery and found it to be too light, so I tended to avoid it. The third picture is a lunch at a western-style restaurant that I always pass by when I go to Takimoto and have always wanted to try. The pork cutlet was delicious 🎶.

I was able to get this one, which is well-received by everyone! I asked the shopkeeper what it tasted like, and he said that it had the Houou Mita style! I decided to buy it. 100% rice grown in Tochigi prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 to 16 degrees Celsius Gorgeous aroma, shwash-whisker! You can't even taste it 🫧. Fruity and dry at the same time. A hint of Houou Mita flavor at the end. On the 3rd day, the gaseous taste has decreased a little and the sweetness has increased↑ Strong bitterness 4th day, still gassy Fruity and almost no bitterness It has the flavor of Hououmida, which I like! Day 6, still gassy 😳. It tastes like Hououmida with less sweetness. Delicious without bitterness ❣️ I guess the freshly opened, light and shwashy feeling is what makes this sake so good, but I like sweetness, so I ended up preferring it after the 4th day. I'll drink my usual Hououmida 🤣.

The much talked about 5% alcohol sake🍶. I found this at Lawson. Pale yellow, light aroma, moderate sweetness. Sourness and a little bitterness. Not sweet sports drink, still young with sour taste, what kind of fruit was it 🤔? I was thinking 🤣 and then it was gone. I like dark flavors mostly, so the less sweetness, the thinner it seems. So if you can make it sparkling, it might be easier to drink 🤔. I'd love to hear what people who don't like sake or have never had it before, which is probably the target audience 😊.

This is the one that everyone in Kansai was drinking in the winter. It had been about a year, but I bought it. 100% Yamadanishiki Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%. Alcohol 16 degrees Nice aroma, chirpy and fresh! Good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity. From the 2nd day to the 4th day, the sweetness gradually increases and the taste becomes more consistent. Still sweet and tasty without bitterness on the 4th day. ❣️ I was relieved to see that it was still fresh after a year. Not too sweet, but tasty and delicious 🎶.
