I ran out of sake in the fridge 🙀🙀. So I bought some at the local supermarket. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Mild aroma The sweetness and umami taste is typical of sake, but the acidity makes it easy to drink. The spiciness comes at the end to tighten the taste. When served with yuzu-flavored grilled mackerel sushi, it has a strong flavor on its own, but it is easy to drink while still tasting the rice. I felt the taste was refreshing! It is good during a meal!

Soda Pop is an active nigori sake made from mizu-hashiroshi As with Splash, just by loosening the bottle a little, a big lees was bubbling up 😳. It didn't mix well, so I mixed it again after opening the bottle. It is whiter than Splash! Sweet and sour aroma, soft sweetness and sourness. There is almost no bitterness and it tastes like a lactic acid drink due to the strong acidity. I like it very much. ❣️ The second day, the gassy feeling has subsided a lot. Unique aroma, sour? The taste is more integrated than yesterday's and more drinkable. On the third day, the aroma of yesterday's wine is exactly what it smells like 😆. It smells like a combination of rice and pickles! When you drink it, you can't imagine from the aroma, it tastes like a lactic acid drink and is very tasty. ❣️ Splash is refreshing and dry, Soda Pop is lactic acid drink type, both are delicious in this season! I liked Soda Pop better 🎶.

We bought two bottles of Hanaboe, our first home brew, at Shima-san and compared them.â Splash is an active nigori sake made from Yamahai Just a little loosening of the bottle causes the lees to rise and rise↑ 5 minutes of fighting💦. It's cloudy white, and when you bring your nose to it, you can smell the rice and the bitter aroma, and when you take a sip, you can feel the shwash. Soft sweetness followed by citrus acidity and strong bitterness. Fruity and dry mixed together, tastes like a medicine. After a little while, the sweetness started to come out, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow... 2nd day, sweetness came out, but still peculiar 🤔. On the 4th day, it tastes slightly chili, the sweetness of the rice and the umami, and the acidity has become more apparent, so I don't feel the bitterness so much. Easy to drink, drinkable and delicious. ❣️ I like it on day 2 if it's fresh and crisp, but I liked the robust taste on day 4 the best.

I was curious about this sake that bouken-san drank a long time ago. Miraculously, the clerk at Isetan didn't catch me, so I was able to buy it: ✌️ 100% Koi-momiji grown in Hiroshima Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 16%. Sake degree -40 Acidity 2.1 Kumamoto yeast 500ml Opened without difficulty😊. Pure white! Aroma of rice, shwash! Sweet and slightly sour, like a lactic acid drink Very easy to drink and delicious! On the second day, I realized that yesterday's was not well mixed 😆. Beautiful pure white and tender! It's very sweet and thick, but it's so delicious because it's so refreshing! I drank it with a strong miso flavored dish and it was just as good! On the third day, the gassiness has calmed down, and the sweetness, riceiness, sourness and spiciness have become clearer. I prefer it to yesterday's ❣️ But it's still very strong 😆. It was delicious with salted zangi! I recommend it to those who like it sweet and strong!

I bought a bottle of sake at the supermarket just for this day. It is the first special honjozo in decades! Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15.5 Classic taste Sweet and sour with a clean aftertaste I thought it would be more light, but it was surprisingly robust and delicious 😊. Good for everyday meals. For the past few years, I've been going plum picking and making plum wine! The adrenaline is pumping as I try to pick the big berries 🤭. I can't seem to find a sake that is over 20 degrees, so I use a brandy based liqueur 🫙.

I'll drink the pink label of Shinsei too 🩷. 100% Akita Prefecture improved Shinko Koji rice 55%, Kake rice 60% polished rice Alcohol 14%. Aroma: Somewhat peachy The taste is like a mixture of chili peaches and white wine. Finishes with sourness and bitterness. I still like its unique drinking experience. After the second day, the chiliiness gradually decreases and the sweetness increases 🍑 and then you can clearly see the white wine flavor coming in I drank it every day while it was changing and tasting good. ❣️ The photo is of the hydrangea in my garden a little while ago! I heard lots of deer🦌 last night. When I looked this morning, all the flowers on the outside had been eaten 😭

On the way home from buying sake, we went to Kinkamean for soba noodles and a drink! A happy day💕 I ordered a bottle of Sensation white, which I hadn't had for a long time! It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, with a bit of spiciness. I didn't know it was this refreshing! It was so easy to drink. It is also delicious with Tenzaru! It was not as sweet as I thought it would be, and I enjoyed it while eating slippery soba noodles. Since it was May, I was happy to have bamboo shoot tempura 🎶. I had a half cup of soba before and it wasn't enough, so I decided to have one cup of soba. It was just right 😁.

I drank it out last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it. 100% Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 14%. Sake degree -13.0 Acidity 3.2 Multi-acidic yeast No.77 is used. Fruity aroma with sourness Refreshing flavor, sweet and sour like white wine, refreshing with a bitter taste! Fresh, full-bodied and delicious! On the second day, the sweetness is more pronounced than yesterday and even more delicious: ❣️ Fruity like apple and also tastes like white wine, you can drink as much as you want 🥰. I was worried about the Extra Edition, but I wanted to drink an active nigori, so I bought this one. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. After 15 minutes of loosening and tightening the bottle and putting it in the fridge, it kept coming back up💦. Finally, I gave up and put a big bowl in the sink to open the bottle! What?　It only overflowed a little 🤭. When I poured it, it was a matte white color and smelled like rice. It was a swish in the mouth 🫧. Finished with the delicious taste of rice and bitterness. A little bit of sweetness after a while The second day, still the same taste, but with a little bit more sweetness. Fruity, like melon with a touch of sourness. The bitterness has decreased and it's easier to drink. On the third day, the sweetness and flavor are stronger than on the second day. The second and third day, it was like a creamy melon soda. It went well with dry curry and other strong dishes 👍 It's hard to open, but I want to drink it again next year ❣️

When we tasted it at Isetan, my husband unusually said it was "delicious" as soon as he drank it, so we bought it! This is my first A-Sakura 🌸. It is a very good one! It took me more than 20 times to open and close the bottle for about 5 minutes💦. Cloudy white color and aroma of rice. It is unexpectedly dry and has a strong bitter taste! I'm looking forward to tomorrow! Second day, a little sweeter and easier to drink than yesterday, but dry! On the 3rd day, I felt a strong bitterness, probably due to the reduced gassiness. I wish I had finished it on the second day when it was still a bit gassy 😢. It was delicious with fried food such as Tatsuta-age ❣️ The third picture shows the sake we tasted. When Tomo-san came to Osaka last year, I enjoyed the hi-iri sake I had at Yamacho, and I wanted to have a draft at home. Purchased at Takimoto Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. Fruity aroma like sweet apples Chilli, fruity flavor with a soft sweetness. Umami and a slight bitterness Fresh and refreshing taste. Pungent and can be served with a meal. On the second day, the sweetness increases, with a sweet 🍎 flavor and umami. The bitterness is almost gone and the spiciness finishes it off. Fruity, drinkable and delicious! This day was my favorite: ❣️ On the 3rd day, even sweeter and more like honey! On the 4th day, everything settles down and the taste is round! Te-nouchi" means "to give form to all of one's skills" in Japanese. The taste was mellow and deep ✨. The third picture is a snack from the recipe book, which is a slightly modified version of the yakitori can! Put O✕2 cans of yakitori with the sauce in a small saucepan, add a pinch of grated garlic and 1 tablespoon of water and heat. Bring to a simmer, give it a stir and serve with green onions and shichimi (seven spice flavors). I forgot the green onions💦. It's a pain in the ass to wash, but it makes it look a bit like stew 😁.

I drank it outside last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it when I found it at Takimoto's. Gunma Wakamizu 100% Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 Fruity aroma, chili when you drink it. Soft sweetness and umami. Slightly fruity and fresh, with a bitter taste at the end. It has a classic taste, but it is easy to drink thanks to the moderate acidity. It is delicious with chilled tofu and yam yam yam, which gives a sense of sweetness and almost eliminates the bitterness! On the second day, the fruity melon flavor is obvious. It is easy to drink because it seems to have less bitterness with sweetness. ❣️ 3rd day, the sweetness has decreased and the sourness is still there, maybe a little stronger 🤔. Still has melon🍈feeling When I drink it with a meal, the acidity is reduced and it's easy to drink! Overall, I could drink it with food and enjoy it 😊. The third one is the cream cheese snack that Tsukitate taught me! Mix the tsubo pickles and green onion, wrap it in Korean seaweed and pop it in your mouth! The juice from the tsubo pickles blends in nicely and is delicious and has an interesting texture😊. Thanks for the food 🙏.

It's like amazake with a touch of alcohol! It has a smooth texture and a sweet taste, which I like, so I think I'm going to gobble it up... but it's between 19 and 20 degrees of alcohol! Dangerous 😱. The third one is a sweet shrimp beaver given to me by Jive! I love the taste ❣️ They used to sell it at Station Seven during the winter but I haven't seen it lately, so I'm very happy! Aroma is so nice when it's being poured ✨. Sweet and fruity, very pleasant to the palate! The Meeting with Mr. Gura Before the Meeting Half a month has passed in the blink of an eye😅 I was walking around Eki Marche to get something to eat before the off-line meeting... I found Yamanaka Sake store! We decided on rice balls with chirimen sansho, pickles and soup. I chose Toichi, a sake I've never had before. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 64 Alcohol 15%. Soft sweetness and acidity with a clean aftertaste. Because of its rice flavor, it went well with 🍙. Yes, 🍙 is also a blend of Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Koshihikari from Shiga Prefecture, and it was very delicious! And alternating between the soup and sake 😁. Can't get enough of it 🍙❣️ Now I feel at ease! Off to the meeting 👣!

Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 Slight aroma of muscat. When you drink it, it is not so fruity, but has a soft sweetness, umami of rice, acidity, and spiciness! It is not only beautiful, but also has a strong flavor, so it goes well with meals! After the third day, the flavor gradually calmed down and the outline of the taste became clearer and clearer. By the 5th day, all the corners have been removed and it is mellow and delicious~❣️ Thanks for the food 🙏!

It's love at first sight😻 The design and the can shot through my heart! I picked it up right away at the store. 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol: 16%. First, hold the can and shake it. It's a breakthrough, even if it's for mixing 😆. When you open it, it's pretty white. And then, just gulp it down 🎶. Gentle sweetness, delicious taste of rice. The sourness makes it refreshing to drink. This is delicious ❣️ I just gulped it down, but I'm sure it would be delicious heated up as well. It's easy to make and good for camping 🏕. I was alone so I had a super lazy junky dinner 🤭. Donbei Tempura Musubi and Donbei Kakiage Soba! The omusubi tasted just like tempura soba with bonito and kelp broth on rice! Donbei has chewy soba noodles and thick kakiage (deep fried tofu), so you can enjoy both crunchy and soft texture. Both were delicious, but not so good with nigori sake 😂. I think it would have been better with cheese 🙄🙄.

Long time no see instrument Masamune 🎹. I couldn't help but pick it up when I saw the pink🩷 label 🤭. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Sake-like aroma with a hint of chirichiri Sweet and delicious with a hint of pineapple. Fruity and refreshing The lingering taste is very good. ❣️ The second day, the aroma is stronger than the day before. Maybe because the sourness has calmed down a little, the sweetness is more pronounced than the day before. It tastes more like melon than pineapple and is very fruity. ❣️ The bitterness of the aftertaste is also stronger. On the 3rd day, the fruity flavor has settled down and it tastes more like a sake. This was the day it matched best with food. I liked the taste on the 2nd day after opening. ❣️ Still, it's a delicious honjozo 😳‼️ The third picture on the top left is the "mayo chikuwa" that Maru told me about before! It's a quick and easy snack, just fry chikuwa with mayo and green onions without oil. ❣️ You can also add shichimi (seven spice) or soy sauce to finish it off. Take a look at this recipe! bottom left: chikuwa with mayo and green laver Top right: Red ginger mayo chikuwa topped with aonori (green laver).
