After visiting the grave, I went to Isetan. I was looking to buy a cup of Tomiou-san's sake for the 16th when I was caught by the clerk 😆 Unfortunately, there were no cups available, but I bought this one which I tasted. Unfortunately, they didn't have any cups, but I bought this one that I tasted! Sandesi. Polishing ratio 68 Alcohol 13%. Not much aroma, but when you drink it, it is sweet and sour, like a white wine. It is very smooth and easy to drink. ❣️ It's low in alcohol and even people who don't like sake can enjoy it! The third picture is other tasting. Top left: Summer Limited Junodai, fresh but very refreshing and a little spicy! Top right: Jun-gin all Kyoto rice, soft sweetness, refreshing and spicy! Bottom left Jun Daiginrei, very clear and clean taste For some reason, I was recommended to drink only the clear type, saying "this is dry" 😂. The only sweet Premiere Amour I had to ask to taste 😆.

The spring SAKURA CUP was so good that I got it as soon as I saw it! I couldn't choose which one to get, so I bought all three. They all taste the same 🤣. 100% Yamada-Nishiki Alcohol 14.5 Soft sweet aroma, sweet and fruity. The taste is clean and refreshing, just like summer. I'm glad I bought 3 bottles because they went fast! I bought them for a fireworks display but forgot about them 😂.

Alcohol 14.5 Yellowish liquid when poured Classic sake aroma Classic taste, with a delicious rice flavor and a refreshing taste. I heard it's aged, but I can't really tell with my stupid tongue😅. I wonder if it's the fact that it's somewhat peculiar 🤔. Delicious sake while eating, thank you for the food 🙏! By the way... have you been able to buy rice? I ran out yesterday and when I went to the supermarket they were out 😱. The other one was also out 😱. I thought I'd eat some sticky rice, but I found it at the third supermarket: 😮‍💨 The shortage of rice is said to be one of the reasons for last year's poor harvest. I hope that this year's rice and sake rice will be harvested safely 🙏.

Buy Sandesi at a souvenir shop in Himeji Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15 The aroma is subtle, and when you drink it, you can taste the muscat flavor of Banshu Issen! Umami and just the right amount of spiciness. It is not sweet but a little fruity, so it is delicious on its own or during a meal. ❣️ I went to Ako, Banshu with a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃. The purpose is to see Ako Castle. I got off the train in Himeji and had a shirasu-don (rice topped with young sardines) 🐟. I wanted to go to a drinking place and a sake shop, but I had to hold off because of the car 🚙 at the end 😂.

Then Junmai Rikuwada 100% Rikuwada Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. The aroma is more subdued than that of junmai ginjo, but it has the aroma of junmai. Sweet but juicy with a lot of umami. It has just the right amount of spiciness. Delicious right out of the bottle! On the second to fourth day, the umami flavor expands even more. And the flavor is reminiscent of 🍑. Sake flavor gradually increases↑ Very drinkable: ❣️ This one was darker than last year's, and I liked this year's even better! Two bottles that make me happy, I hope I can drink them again next year 😊.

How is your Obon season going? It's still as hot as ever 💦. And I know some of you were affected by the earthquake and typhoon... please accept my best regards. I was able to drink these two bottles again this year. Purchased at Nishimura First, Junmai Ginjo Omachi 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16%. Fruity aroma as soon as it is opened. The taste is fruity like white peaches 🍑. It is delicious with a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity and spiciness! It still has a soft sweetness, so I wonder if it will turn into something more tomorrow. On the second day, the sweetness has increased, but the taste is soft and beautiful. On the third day, the flavor is a little more pronounced. The flavor is more pronounced and very tasty. ❣️ On the 4th day, it is slightly fruity, but sweet and delicious! I wonder how long it will last! Overall taste is softer than last year's 🤔. I prefer last year's because I like it darker. But I would like to drink it again next year 😁.

T.KISO Mikawa again😁. I found Sandesi at Meitetsu Department Store where Nemuchi and bouken were drinking and bought it 🌈. 100% Yumesansui from Aichi Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Vinegar aroma! 😳 A unique rice vinegar-like flavor even after drinking. Classical sake with strong acidity I wonder if it will change if I let it sit for a day 🤔. On the second day, a little bit of sweetness and the sourness has been removed and it's softer But it still tastes like vinegar 😆. Named after the five flavors and two aromas of the seven 🌈. I went to Okazaki with a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃. The purpose of the trip was to see Okazaki Castle. And a tour of the Hatcho Miso factory. This is a great place for free research during summer vacation 😆. I had a set of chilled udon noodles for lunch because it was so hot! Hatcho miso sauce is very tasty ❣️ I wanted to go to Maruishi Brewery, but it was too hot and I gave up 🥵.

I opened this one 🫧🫧🫧. 100% Akita Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 60 11% alcohol by volume It took longer than expected to open the bottle this time! 10 minutes of struggle💦. The aroma is like white wine, and the taste is like a swish-whish-whish 🫧. Tastes like white wine and rice when you drink it. The bitter taste comes and finishes! Delicious 💕 On the 2nd to 4th day, the gaseous sensation is getting more stable, but the taste doesn't change that much and the deliciousness continues! So I think it's better to drink it on the first or second day when the gassiness is strong😅. I felt the sweetness and umami was more intense than the one I drank last year. I like it better this time ❣️ It was another Shinsei, but I heard it goes well with Chinese food, so I drank it with claypot meat and green pepper soup! Aochan, this one went well too 😊🙏🙏.

I bought this one at Kadoya too! I was curious about it because everyone said it was delicious! Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15 1-2 days, almost no aroma, chili and fresh. Fruity and refreshing with a hint of acidity, sweetness and umami, and a nice sharpness. Well balanced, easy to drink and delicious. ❣️ 3rd-4th day, less fruity, but still well balanced. Other Wakanami is also good, but it's so good and affordable that I usually just drink this one 😂. I can see why they sold out of the sake bottles first! I wish there were more delicious Honjozo like this ✨ End of July💦.

First time in a year at Kadoya-san! It's my first time at Naraman✨ Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 17%. Sake-like aroma on the first day or two, chirpy and a little bit thick. Fruity flavor, sweetness, umami, and drinkability. It is firm but not heavy because of its fruity taste. It is the local brand of Kuroemon XVI. 100% Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15 Fresh apple aroma, fruity even when chilled and drunk 🍏. Sweet, soft and refreshing. It is fire-ripened but fresh and delicious! On the second day, it has a clear 🍏 flavor. The sweetness is also increased and combined together, which is my favorite taste. ❣️ Day 3, fruity, more relaxed and sake-like. Fourth day, sake-like but modern, with an increased sweetness. Fruity, refreshing and drinkable. The change in taste is also enjoyable. Too bad we don't see this in the Kansai region💦. I was able to open it without any difficulty😊. A refreshing summer nigori with a soft rice sweetness and umami, slight acidity, and a nice sharpness. It was gone in no time 😆. The third brewery was Sake Nunoya Honkin Brewery. A mother and her son explained to us in detail about sake! Including this sake! Junmai-shu (junmai-shu) with the sky after the rain Jungin Suwa Junmai Yamae-Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu, juicy sweetness and acidity, my favorite ❣️ I went back to the hotel and asked my husband what was the best sake of the day, and he said it was this sake. I bought it at Shinanoya, a local sake shop (4th picture) 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Suwa, Nagano Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 14%. Pitchy, this is already a white wine! It is a full-bodied sweet white wine. It is juicy and easy to drink with a good aftertaste. It's a taste you want to gobble up 🎶. The second day, the taste is all together and I liked it the best. ❣️ Day 3, half white wine and half sake! 5th day, sake predominant! to be continued

Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour (2) Next is Reijin Sake Brewery. They also make various kinds of beer! It was very hot that day, so many people tasted the set with beer. 2024 Toji's Jungin Yamahai Harajin Sake Summer Limited Jungin Namaisouzou Sake Reijin Junmai Sake - delicious and mellow, my favorite ❣️ Reijin Jungin We got some water from the front of the brewery, which is probably used for brewing. It was delicious ✨ The fourth picture is a winery in Shiojiri we visited the day before 🍷🍇. Tasting at Izutsu Wine Tasting and vineyard tour at Goichi Wine Tasting and cellar tour at Shinano Wine Wine is also sweet, so it is cheaper than you might think 🤣.

Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour (1) The long-awaited Suwa Sake Brewery Tour 🍶👣. There are five breweries within a 500-meter radius along the Koshu-kaido Road, about a 5-minute walk from Kamisuwa Station. You can buy a Gokuraku set (3,000 yen) at any of the breweries. It includes a mini bag, a souvenir glass, a sticker mount, and a stamp coupon. Then you get a box containing 5 cups to start! First, we start with Maihime. Put the coins you got and about 20 ml from the server into the cups. Suiro Jungin Summer Miyamanishiki Shinshu Maihime fan label Jungin Summer Goldfish Shinshu Maihime Jun Daigin Omachi Chikihime, sweetness and a hint of sourness, my favorite ❣️ Shinshu Maihime Jun Daigin Genshu Miyamanishiki Suiro Jun Daigin Natsu no Yamadanishiki 39 Water is to be prepared by yourself. Very fruity, sweet and sour, and bitter, delicious ❣️ Delicious from freshly opened! Second day, pineapple🍍 in full bloom! Sweetness↑bitterness↓even more delicious! The taste continued on the 3rd day! One of my favorites I've had recently✨ The third one is a sake we tasted at Daimaru Liquor when we went to Asano-san! Hakuba Nishiki Yukinaka Buried Junmai Ginjo. Aged 3 months in the snow in Hakuba Fresh, fruity and mellow flavor!

I went to Yamaya and bought this one that I had longed for ✨. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 19 degrees Gorgeous aroma, fruity and sweet. Alcoholic and pungent, it has a strong but tasty taste. ❣️ It has a more cohesive and mellow taste than the regular one. I heard it was a limited edition, so I'm really glad I got to try it 🙂. The third picture is the Kamo River at the end of June on the way from Yamaya to the liquor store 🦆. You can see the riverbed!

Purchased at Mae Kawada 100% Aomori Gin-Karasu Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. It takes about 5 minutes to open and close the bottle. Nice aroma of rice, pitchy 🫧. Soft sweetness and strong bitterness I wonder if it will change after a while? I'm looking forward to tomorrow... 2nd day, fruity like melon🍈, sweetness up↑ Bitterness also decreased! On the third day, the second day is even clearer and still chili! Ichiban favorite: ❣️ On the 4th day, the gasiness and sweetness have both settled down! It's delicious, and the bitterness is almost gone. First time for Hato Masamune, sake rice, and sake shop! It was delicious 🕊 with all the firsts ✨. End of June: 😮‍💨
