I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )

A gaseous feeling with bubbles floating in the sake cup. The aroma is sweet, glossy and fresh. Sweet aromas of well ripened banana and melon-like weight. And yet, it contains a refreshingly cool sense of selfeil. The rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle stimulation of lively gasiness. The palate is a rush of pleasantly intoxicating sweetness that overflows with fruity notes. The fresh acidity balances the fruity sweetness. While the fresh, bouncy, rich flavor is overwhelming, the rich umami of the rice flows with the sweetness, and the gasiness and acidity are light. The nose has a sweet, rich nuance with a slight hint of nail polish that gives it a cool impression. There is also a sense of umami core with a freshness. There is also a bitter tightness from the last part of the bottle, and the sharpness is not bad. The lingering aftertaste is long.
