I was able to get this one, which is well-received by everyone! I asked the shopkeeper what it tasted like, and he said that it had the Houou Mita style! I decided to buy it. 100% rice grown in Tochigi prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 to 16 degrees Celsius Gorgeous aroma, shwash-whisker! You can't even taste it 🫧. Fruity and dry at the same time. A hint of Houou Mita flavor at the end. On the 3rd day, the gaseous taste has decreased a little and the sweetness has increased↑ Strong bitterness 4th day, still gassy Fruity and almost no bitterness It has the flavor of Hououmida, which I like! Day 6, still gassy 😳. It tastes like Hououmida with less sweetness. Delicious without bitterness ❣️ I guess the freshly opened, light and shwashy feeling is what makes this sake so good, but I like sweetness, so I ended up preferring it after the 4th day. I'll drink my usual Hououmida 🤣.

The much talked about 5% alcohol sake🍶. I found this at Lawson. Pale yellow, light aroma, moderate sweetness. Sourness and a little bitterness. Not sweet sports drink, still young with sour taste, what kind of fruit was it 🤔? I was thinking 🤣 and then it was gone. I like dark flavors mostly, so the less sweetness, the thinner it seems. So if you can make it sparkling, it might be easier to drink 🤔. I'd love to hear what people who don't like sake or have never had it before, which is probably the target audience 😊.

This is the one that everyone in Kansai was drinking in the winter. It had been about a year, but I bought it. 100% Yamadanishiki Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50%. Alcohol 16 degrees Nice aroma, chirpy and fresh! Good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity. From the 2nd day to the 4th day, the sweetness gradually increases and the taste becomes more consistent. Still sweet and tasty without bitterness on the 4th day. ❣️ I was relieved to see that it was still fresh after a year. Not too sweet, but tasty and delicious 🎶.

I see the mark on the label has changed 😳 100% Akita Sake Komachi Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 60 Alcohol 13 degrees White wine-like aroma and taste like white wine. Sweetness, a little strong acidity, bitterness Sweeter than 2022 which I drank in winter 🤔. The 2nd day was the sweetest day, and it seemed to settle down until the 4th day. I prefer the 2nd day! The back label says "The balance between acidity and sweetness has settled at the ideal point for this season and is a model for future batches." It was my favorite of the Ecru I drank. ❣️ It was sweet, so I paired it with a gift 🍇, but the 🍇 was too sweet and didn't match the sweetness of the liquor 😂. The green one is called "Shine Muscat" and the red one is called "Queen Nina" which was new to me! The skin is edible, seedless, and tastes like a grape! It's so delicious💕! It's amazing how much it's evolved 😳

It's a drink I drink once a year, lol. I volunteered as a floater at the Otsu Festival. This is the sake I toasted at that time. Classic taste, maybe it's because it's a gift from God, or maybe it's just a sip, but it tastes better than before.... Ah! Maybe it's a corporate effort to make it taste better😳 My apologies 🙏. Shochiku Ume's Gokai Junmai Dry is the sake we had at Tori Aristocrat in the evening! It too has a classic taste, but it's a little less sweet and refreshing, so it was delicious with the skewers 😊. I hope we can tow it again next year🎶.

The first one is "Yoru no Teio Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15 Classic taste Sweet and soft, acidic and refreshing Still hard 🤔. 2nd to 3rd day, the balance of flavor and acidity improved and it became easier to drink! Day 4, acidity became stronger 😳. I wonder if it would be better if it was heated 🤔 I preferred the 2nd-3rd day: ❣️

I drank it the year before last and enjoyed it, so I repeated it. Koji rice 55%, Kake rice 60% polished rice Alcohol 16 degrees Celsius Soft fruity aroma Pitchy, with a hint of sweetness Strong bitterness 😣. Drink a little and put it in the fridge 👣. 2nd day, fruity and sweetness up↑ Bitterness has decreased a lot 😊. 3rd day, the fruity taste is recognizable as 🍎. The sweetness is moderate, but it feels sweet because of the fruity taste. The slight bitterness that remains is delicious because it is easy to drink. ❣️ Day 6, still fruity😳. Good flavor and almost no bitterness... It tastes rich and delicious! Compared to the year before last, it seems to have more bitterness when just opened 🤔. I'm not a fan of bitterness so I enjoyed it after the second day 🎶. It was dry 🍎, fruity, sweet, and just right since it was still hot 😊. Beaver tasting. A classic, no doubt delicious! Curry - tasty and punchy! I can't quite tell if it's the salt or the green salt. Fugu (blowfish) 🍁Great taste of grated fish 🤣. Takoyaki (octopus dumplings) - delicious with a sour sauce! Curry and Takoyaki were my favorite 😋.

Kurumazaka 20 Year Old Sake Aged at Room Temperature Last time I drank this sake, it felt like Shaoxing sake. It's easy to drink, though it does get a little sharp when heated up! Warmed up. This is my first time drinking it! Mellow and delicious. ❣️ Shinkame Handmade Junmai, warmed up. More umami and rich than Hikomago! It will be delicious warmed up in the coming season 🍁. Both tastes were something I would like to enjoy at home 🍶.

Last night was the Mid-Autumn Moon: 🌕️ It was a very beautiful moon! I enjoyed the Tenmei autumn sake I had the year before last, so I went to Takimoto to repeat it and saw this label! Definitely a purchase & early autumn sake 🍁. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. Fruity with a hint of rice. When you drink it, it has a slightly fruity, umami and pungent taste. It has a "delicious" taste. After a few hours, the sweetness comes out and we are looking forward to tomorrow. The next day, it is fruity, sweet and delicious! The next day, it is fruity, sweet and delicious, and the spiciness is softened and delicious! On the third day, the fruity taste is recognizable as apples! The sweetness has settled down, but the flavor is still delicious and well balanced. ❣️ On the 4th day, the overall taste is more mellow and the main flavor is umami, which is also delicious! A liquor that is a blend of several types of lomang. I was curious, so I bought it even though it's been almost a year 😅. Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Nice aroma, not as flavorful as the aroma but slightly fruity when you drink it. The gap is 😳. The sweetness is soft and the umami is delicious! From the 2nd day to the 4th day, it gradually became sweeter and less pungent, making it easier to drink. It was delicious as the balance of sweetness and umami acidity improved! The 3rd and 4th day was my favorite â Compared to other Romans, the sweetness was less than expected and the taste was more subdued. I was convinced that this is what it tasted like because it didn't feel like it was too bad 😊.

Hachitan-Nishiki 100 Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Gentle and nice aroma, chirichiri fruity Soft sweetness and umami The lightest taste I have ever had Second day, the taste is becoming clearer! Delicious with fruity sweet and tasty acidity 3rd-4th day, it has settled down but with sweetness, this is the time I like it best ❣️ I thought it wasn't my favorite Wakamusume when I first opened it, but it's still delicious! I still want to keep drinking it!
