I was worried about the Extra Edition, but I wanted to drink an active nigori, so I bought this one. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. After 15 minutes of loosening and tightening the bottle and putting it in the fridge, it kept coming back up💦. Finally, I gave up and put a big bowl in the sink to open the bottle! What?　It only overflowed a little 🤭. When I poured it, it was a matte white color and smelled like rice. It was a swish in the mouth 🫧. Finished with the delicious taste of rice and bitterness. A little bit of sweetness after a while The second day, still the same taste, but with a little bit more sweetness. Fruity, like melon with a touch of sourness. The bitterness has decreased and it's easier to drink. On the third day, the sweetness and flavor are stronger than on the second day. The second and third day, it was like a creamy melon soda. It went well with dry curry and other strong dishes 👍 It's hard to open, but I want to drink it again next year ❣️

When we tasted it at Isetan, my husband unusually said it was "delicious" as soon as he drank it, so we bought it! This is my first A-Sakura 🌸. It is a very good one! It took me more than 20 times to open and close the bottle for about 5 minutes💦. Cloudy white color and aroma of rice. It is unexpectedly dry and has a strong bitter taste! I'm looking forward to tomorrow! Second day, a little sweeter and easier to drink than yesterday, but dry! On the 3rd day, I felt a strong bitterness, probably due to the reduced gassiness. I wish I had finished it on the second day when it was still a bit gassy 😢. It was delicious with fried food such as Tatsuta-age ❣️ The third picture shows the sake we tasted. Top left: Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake Yukinofu 　　　Soft sweetness and very easy to drink! Top right: Daiginjo. 　　　Aromatic, sweet and beautiful! 　　　My favorite! When Tomo-san came to Osaka last year, I enjoyed the hi-iri sake I had at Yamacho, and I wanted to have a draft at home. Purchased at Takimoto Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. Fruity aroma like sweet apples Chilli, fruity flavor with a soft sweetness. Umami and a slight bitterness Fresh and refreshing taste. Pungent and can be served with a meal. On the second day, the sweetness increases, with a sweet 🍎 flavor and umami. The bitterness is almost gone and the spiciness finishes it off. Fruity, drinkable and delicious! This day was my favorite: ❣️ On the 3rd day, even sweeter and more like honey! On the 4th day, everything settles down and the taste is round! Te-nouchi" means "to give form to all of one's skills" in Japanese. The taste was mellow and deep ✨. The third picture is a snack from the recipe book, which is a slightly modified version of the yakitori can! Put O✕2 cans of yakitori with the sauce in a small saucepan, add a pinch of grated garlic and 1 tablespoon of water and heat. Bring to a simmer, give it a stir and serve with green onions and shichimi (seven spice flavors). I forgot the green onions💦. It's a pain in the ass to wash, but it makes it look a bit like stew 😁.

I drank it outside last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it when I found it at Takimoto's. Gunma Wakamizu 100% Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 Fruity aroma, chili when you drink it. Soft sweetness and umami. Slightly fruity and fresh, with a bitter taste at the end. It has a classic taste, but it is easy to drink thanks to the moderate acidity. It is delicious with chilled tofu and yam yam yam, which gives a sense of sweetness and almost eliminates the bitterness! On the second day, the fruity melon flavor is obvious. It is easy to drink because it seems to have less bitterness with sweetness. ❣️ 3rd day, the sweetness has decreased and the sourness is still there, maybe a little stronger 🤔. Still has melon🍈feeling When I drink it with a meal, the acidity is reduced and it's easy to drink! Overall, I could drink it with food and enjoy it 😊. The third one is the cream cheese snack that Tsukitate taught me! Mix the tsubo pickles and green onion, wrap it in Korean seaweed and pop it in your mouth! The juice from the tsubo pickles blends in nicely and is delicious and has an interesting texture😊. Thanks for the food 🙏.

When I drank it... Delicious😳‼️ Tastes like Shaoxing wine. Someone told me it would be delicious if I put brown sugar in it, and I really want to drink it with that: ❣️ The third one is a souvenir for everyone from Umaumai, Peach Doburoku from Tokyo Station Brewery 🍑! It's like amazake with a touch of alcohol! It has a smooth texture and a sweet taste, which I like, so I think I'm going to gobble it up... but it's between 19 and 20 degrees of alcohol! Dangerous 😱. The third one is a sweet shrimp beaver given to me by Jive! I love the taste ❣️ They used to sell it at Station Seven during the winter but I haven't seen it lately, so I'm very happy! The Meeting with Mr. Gura Before the Meeting Half a month has passed in the blink of an eye😅 I was walking around Eki Marche to get something to eat before the off-line meeting... I found Yamanaka Sake store! We decided on rice balls with chirimen sansho, pickles and soup. I chose Toichi, a sake I've never had before. 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 64 Alcohol 15%. Soft sweetness and acidity with a clean aftertaste. Because of its rice flavor, it went well with 🍙. Yes, 🍙 is also a blend of Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Koshihikari from Shiga Prefecture, and it was very delicious! And alternating between the soup and sake 😁. Can't get enough of it 🍙❣️ Now I feel at ease! Off to the meeting 👣!

Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 Slight aroma of muscat. When you drink it, it is not so fruity, but has a soft sweetness, umami of rice, acidity, and spiciness! It is not only beautiful, but also has a strong flavor, so it goes well with meals! After the third day, the flavor gradually calmed down and the outline of the taste became clearer and clearer. By the 5th day, all the corners have been removed and it is mellow and delicious~❣️ Thanks for the food 🙏!

It's love at first sight😻 The design and the can shot through my heart! I picked it up right away at the store. 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol: 16%. First, hold the can and shake it. It's a breakthrough, even if it's for mixing 😆. When you open it, it's pretty white. And then, just gulp it down 🎶. Gentle sweetness, delicious taste of rice. The sourness makes it refreshing to drink. This is delicious ❣️ I just gulped it down, but I'm sure it would be delicious heated up as well. It's easy to make and good for camping 🏕. I was alone so I had a super lazy junky dinner 🤭. Donbei Tempura Musubi and Donbei Kakiage Soba! The omusubi tasted just like tempura soba with bonito and kelp broth on rice! Donbei has chewy soba noodles and thick kakiage (deep fried tofu), so you can enjoy both crunchy and soft texture. Both were delicious, but not so good with nigori sake 😂. I think it would have been better with cheese 🙄🙄.

Long time no see instrument Masamune 🎹. I couldn't help but pick it up when I saw the pink🩷 label 🤭. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Sake-like aroma with a hint of chirichiri Sweet and delicious with a hint of pineapple. Fruity and refreshing The lingering taste is very good. ❣️ The second day, the aroma is stronger than the day before. Maybe because the sourness has calmed down a little, the sweetness is more pronounced than the day before. It tastes more like melon than pineapple and is very fruity. ❣️ The bitterness of the aftertaste is also stronger. On the 3rd day, the fruity flavor has settled down and it tastes more like a sake. This was the day it matched best with food. I liked the taste on the 2nd day after opening. ❣️ Still, it's a delicious honjozo 😳‼️ The third picture on the top left is the "mayo chikuwa" that Maru told me about before! It's a quick and easy snack, just fry chikuwa with mayo and green onions without oil. ❣️ You can also add shichimi (seven spice) or soy sauce to finish it off. My husband brought back some alcohol from camping 🏕. He had opened the bottle and we drank a couple of days. Polishing ratio 58 Alcohol 18.5 It has a sweet and umami taste with a freshness. The classic flavor and acidity make it easy to drink. It's also very drinkable, so it's perfect for during a meal. Not much change on the third day. The aluminum can keeps it fresh and is great for camping! It seems to be a staple in Japanese restaurants and liquor stores in New York and Hong Kong. I heard it is nicknamed "nama can". I thought it was beer when I saw it! The cap is exactly the same 😆. The 4th picture is Yokozuna Kitanofuji Curry and the famous Kokugikan Curry! We ate them together! It was as good as the curry even though we drank them together! I think Kitanofuji's curry is a little spicier 🤔. Both curries are from the Kokugikan basement cafeteria and were delicious. ❣️

Into town for the first time in a long time We had lunch at Tamamai in Sanjo First of all, a set of half a bottle of Tasake and 3 kinds of snacks! I wonder if they put it in connection with the name of the store and "TEN" 🤔. They brought a bottle of sake to our table and poured enough to overflow! I'm so happy 💕! The first Tasake special pure sake in a long time. Fruity, tasty, refreshing and delicious. ❣️ I think I'm going to drink a lot of it 💦. It seems that when you order sake, soba miso (buckwheat paste) comes with it, so you can drink it while licking it, or drink it with a side dish of duck. It's a good way to start off your soba 🎶. It was chilly, so we had hot soba noodles. Tamamai Soba with the name of the restaurant! Two large scallops in the soba go well with the sake 💕💕. The soba noodles were served in a broth that was not too spicy, so it went well with the sake. It was a very smooth and happy lunch! This menu is not enough sake for me. I wish I had made it 1 cup of sake 〰💕

I wanted to drink it last spring. The shipment is for last year, but I was so happy to find it that I bought it. Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku 20 Kake rice: Yumenokou 72 　　　Himenomochi 6%. Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 13%. Gorgeous aroma of "Hanami" (flower viewing). Deliciously rich and sweet. It has acidity, so it's not too bitter and has a nice sharpness. It's delicious with sweetness from the beginning because it's been aged for a year 🤔. The second day, the taste became more balanced! The sweetness is just right and the taste is refreshing. It's like a haze disappears and it's so refreshing! On the 3rd to 4th day, the sweetness has settled down and the umami is felt. Gentle taste like cherry blossoms🌸 Gentle flavor reminiscent of spring skies and cherry blossoms🌸 The low alcohol content is also a delight 🎶. It is perfect for cherry blossom viewing.

Dinner at Temarihana in Ishiyama We enjoyed the marriage of Temari Sushi with seasonal vegetables, fish, meat and various kinds of Obanzai. Jikin Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama First of all, let's toast with this toast 🥂. Well balanced and delicious ❣️ It was my favorite of all the ones we had! Hiyuki Special Junmai! It was more acidic than Jikin, so it went well with Temari Sushi! Kudokidoki Ue Bakuren Super Dry Sweet and refreshing with a spicy aftertaste. I've been avoiding super-salty wines, but this one is delicious with food! I want to drink it at home! Nikkomi ultra-harakuchi junmai sake. It was more refreshing than spicy and went well with all dishes. ❣️ I posted this sake because it went best with Temari Sushi! Isoboast Super Special Junmai Yamadanishiki It is sweeter than the Hitakami and also more refreshing! This sake also went well with all the dishes! Kido Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake. Sake with a sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a junmai and a strong rice flavor! It has a slight peculiarity and is so strong that it seems to defeat the dishes! I would like to try heating it up! Cherry blossoms were in full bloom that day 🌸🌸🌸 It was a very satisfying day for both the eyes and the stomach 😊.

Long time no see Yonotori ❣️ I opened it because I wanted to drink something sweet... 100% Modified Nobukou Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 13%. White wine-like aroma Chilli and tastes like white wine Sweetness and firm acidity. After the second day, sweetness gradually appears and it is well balanced with acidity! The bitterness gradually decreases and the mouth is filled with delicious sweetness and acidity. ❣️ The last 3 days were the sweetest and my favorite. The sweet and sourness is just right as it is said to be a well-balanced lot in the 2022 brewing. And I'm always amazed at how good it tastes ✨.

Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (3) It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Mitomiku's to get there 👣. More homey than the previous two breweries. Children who asked, "Would you like some sake? and the children who asked "Do you want some sake? The tasting system here is to pour the sake yourself. I drank a variety of sakes, but the one I liked is in the upper right corner. The one on the left is Mizumoto. I liked the slightly peculiar lactic acid sweet and sour taste. I guess there are different tastes 🤔. Right side〈Koji Masamashii I liked it the most because of its sweetness. ❣️ I wanted to change my taste buds, so I ordered the sakeglia on the lower left side (charged). Sangria is a sangria made with sake and various fruits. Delicious to drink while eating fruit! After this, we took a shuttle bus to the Kisegawa site. Eleven breweries offered sake tasting. I liked Hatsuzakura's Hatsukoi and Laughing Four Seasons Retro Label. Here I ran into a group of Kyuzo, bouken, and Nemuchi! I thought I might not see them again, so I was very happy to see them. ❣️ Everyone seemed to be in a good mood after visiting so many places 😆. I bought taiyaki and ate them at the kitchen car at the end of the event. It was delicious 💕!

Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (2) It takes about 20 minutes to walk straight down the Tokaido Highway from Sho Shiki👣. It was the most crowded place with many tastings and food 🎶. We had fried shishamo (shishamo smelt), tte-ni-ni (fried rice with vegetables in a clay pot), yakisoba (fried noodles), and more for lunch! My favorite sake from the tasting is pictured above right. Among them... Top and bottom left: Junmai-Sanryusei, Junmai-Ginjo, Junmai-Daiginjo Charged Maybe it was because we were eating, but I preferred Junmai and Jungin. Yamahai comparison: Iginjunsei, Churimof, Arabashiri, Yukikasumi Nama Charged Yuki Kasumi Nama and Arabashiri were delicious with fried noodles and yakisoba! Top right: "Tankoba nao kumi tarekuchi" (directly drawn from the vat) I don't remember much about the sake, but I was impressed by the conversation with the brewer. I remember that there used to be a lot of tanks in the tasting area and tour corner 😳. I was surprised and felt lonely at the same time! Bottom right: MIZUKAGAMI's Amazake and Umeshu (plum wine) After tasting so much, I was refreshed and my mouth was happy 🎶. The cherry blossoms along the Tokaido Highway were only a minute or two in bloom🌸

It was a beautiful sunny day for sake brewery opening: ☀️ Get off at Mizuguchi Ishibashi Station on the Omi Railway and walk for 7-8 minutes along the Tokaido Highway to get there 👣. Top left: Eizaburo Takeshima Yamadanishiki Hi-iri Of course Watanosen No. 2 was delicious, but I preferred Yamadanishiki. It is a good sake! It was almost uniformly delicious from start to finish✨. Bottom left: "Kijoshu Monsoon Yamadanishiki Hi-iri". Gorgeous and sweet, I love the taste. ❣️ Top right〈Masterpiece Un The one they were selling was hi-iru, but the tasting was a thin, cloudy, unpasteurized sake. Anyway, it was delicious and my favorite of all 💕. Bottom right <Limited Brewing Saber the Flavor Sakura Nama Sake A fresh, crisp, sweet sake made with Sakura yeast. The thermal tanks and boxes of labels made me realize that this is a sake brewery 💕. We ran into Hirupeko and her group of friends here! It's so exciting to meet someone by chance at an event 😆↑↑↑↑!
