Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

"Live life to the fullest in the present, not in the past, not in the future, but just in the present. We know "Jikkomai Junmai Ginjo Omachi Nama" from Kiyamasa Shuzo. I was lucky enough to win it in a lottery and obtained it at a fixed price. Rice used: Omachi from Okayama Prefecture (100%) Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15.5 Sake Degree: ±0 Acidity : 1.7

Delicious! It is said to be made from a sake rice called Sake Mirai. It is easy to drink, of course, and has an aftertaste that is typical of Jikin. I always think that the aftertaste of Jikin is unique, but I can't always express it. I will devote myself to it 💪.

The third cup was Jikin! The aroma was plump and sweet, and in the mouth it had a ripe sweetness like banana and a clean acidity. The aftertaste was refreshing and easy to drink.
