In summer, you can drink outside.
There were many other drinks on the menu besides Sake, but I only had my eyes on the Sake 😅.
There were about 10 kinds of sake listed on the blackboard.
All priced at 600 yen per glass (Shinmasa, Tasake, Sansho, Jikin are all the same)
I had the Jikin first!
It had a fresh gassy, 🍍-like aroma and sweetness.
It has a full-bodied umami flavor and finishes nicely 😍.
Jikin is a stable flavor after all 😁.

The Ko-Imari Belloli was delicious and we had about 3 more cups, and to finish... for some reason they had Jikin, so we went with Jikin ✨.
It has a good balance of umami and acidity and is a delicious sake as a food sake 😊.

We finally opened a bottle that we had been putting away for a long time 🍶✨.
We won it in a lottery but didn't have time to drink it, so we had to wait until it was matured before we could drink it. I was a little nervous and excited.
When poured into a glass, the clear, transparent color is very beautiful, and the aroma is clean with a gentle sweetness.
In the mouth, a fresh aroma reminiscent of muscat spreads, and while it has the full flavor typical of Omachi, it is surprisingly smooth. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and the aftertaste is smooth and refreshing.
The entire wine is rounded out by the aging process, and the high degree of perfection is realized once again.
After all, Jikin does not betray you. It was a bottle that honestly made me think, "It's delicious after all!

It maintains the sweet and fruity taste of Jikin, but has less rice umami due to the Hachitan-Nishiki, and has a clear and pure sake quality, with a slightly strong bitterness and miscellaneous tastes, which is good to enjoy as a variation if you are bored with the usual Jikin.

The first sake was a Nigori from Jigokin, a legend in the Nigori Sake world.
We are very happy to see you here from a nigorist's point of view 🍶.
The appearance is a beautiful white light nigori with a slight green tinge and a sense of transparency.
The aroma is ripe, sweet and mildly refreshing.
Euphoric sweet aromas of ripe banana and ripe peach.
There are also subtle hints of white flowers and color.
Fresh and rich rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
When you drink it, you will find a smooth texture with a slight viscosity and a chili chili gas feeling.
It has a melon-like sweetness with just the right amount of density and freshness, which is balanced by a soft Japanese citrus acidity.
This is the taste of Jikin, and it makes you groan. ☺️
The soft but firm umami of the rice flows and disappears with the sweetness of the fragrance and flavor, while also giving a sense of coolness.
It has a beautiful bitter aftertaste with a full-bodied flavor when swallowed.
