After reading an article on Instagram about the opening of Jikin, we couldn't stand still and came to visit. I couldn't wait to visit. I luxuriously compared Jikin for the first time. Expectations were high for the three major nigoris. I started with the nigori. The aroma is not so strong. It has a little bit of a chili flavor. It has a soft sweetness, so you can drink it indefinitely. The popularity of this beer is no wonder it is so tasty.
