The simple taste preference is for raw, but if you want to take your time and match it with food, this one is totally possible.

Very fresh sake and blends very well. Come with fine bubbles and slight sparkling feel. Fresh fruity pineapple and melon on nose and palate, nicely done. A bit sourness which makes it balanced and easily drink. Not with the unpleasant bitterness that are usually found in TJ.

Wow, I didn't know it had 16% alcohol content until after I finished it 🤣.
I was very tired, so I came home quickly to pick up the delivery. Since I came home so early, I figured I had time to drink, so I opened a bottle of Jikin, even though it was an ordinary day 💖.
The sound of the bottle opening was pleasant and the aroma and taste were still fresh. It has a slight carbonation in the mouth. It was worth the effort to keep it in the cellar unopened. Delicious 🥰.
The pace and the tension is so relaxed at home that I'm more tipsy than usual, which brings me back to the first sentence 🤣.
Nothing like a good drink on a good day 😆.
