I waited too long and didn't intend to drink this much 😅 but my stopper didn't work. I had it with my mouth open ✨. I can smell the full rice aroma and the citrusy aroma. The mouthfeel is a bit tart and the gas is delicately squirted. The sweetness is deep and ricey. Mild acidity and a lingering bitterness. It's delicious and different from the three nigori we drank earlier ✨. Great to drink😊.

Personally today, my 22nd birthday. I was born after 18:00, my first sake at 22. It tastes like rice! And the gasiness is not half bad! Sweetness is not so much. The sweetness is called "nigori" (bitterness).
