Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

Available at the liquor store 😭. Refreshing aroma of melon, green apple and lactic acidity. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness and umami. It has a strong sense of gas, so the bitterness is also rather strong. The finish is refreshing and great. This is the second nigori this year, and the second was Jikin following Oumine. Oomine was a nigori sake that even beginners could enjoy! But Jikin is sweet and tasty, Jikin has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness!

Tonight...I opened a bottle of Aizan, a sake rice diamond from my personal Hall of Fame brand Jikin that got me hooked on Sake 🌾. It's a good married couple's day 😅. Well, when I opened the bottle, I knew... what is it... you can tell it's a Jikin... ❗️, this Ginjo aroma ✨. I wonder what it is...I feel a unique ginjo aroma in the sweetness that is different from other breweries 🤔. I'm captivated by the taste that doesn't betray my expectations 😅 Not a sake brewery 🍶🤭. Well, I'll have some right away 😋. The smooth taste, fruity sweetness like apple🍎 or peach🍑, non-habitual aftertaste and sharpness✨...I can't get enough 🤤. I feel like I'm recovering from my daily fatigue ❤️‍🩹 lol The depth of sake produced by human hands...I still want people to know more about it‼️ I especially want young people who don't usually drink to know about it (to the extent that they don't become alcoholic 😓) I used to be able to buy a bottle of sake...it's become a brand I can't easily afford 😭
