First, the aroma of the unrefined sake.
I had a gut feeling that it was going to be a good one.
The aroma is also reminiscent of unrefined sake.
The umami flavor passes through like a gust of wind, and there is a sweetness in the background 😊.
It feels like a sake yeast in Jikin, but it is so light that it cannot be compared to a typical sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
The finish is clean as well.
It was a refreshing sake 🤗.
Jikin Kimoto Akaban Omachi
The aroma of soft fruits like grapes and white peaches is wonderful.
Silky sweetness spreads on the palate, with an elegant sweetness and acidity like Wasanbon sugar in harmony with a light juicy balance 😋.
It has a pineapple taste and is rich and mellow, but it is sharp and has a bit of bitterness that lingers on the palate 🍶.
Record of Drinking Outside
The 2nd glass: Jikin
After the Jyushiyo, I feel a little bit of a tangy taste.
But it's still sweet and delicious!
I don't drink it often, though.
The taste of Ori (Oryza sativa) is very good. The sake level and acidity are also balanced. It is wonderful that there is no bitterness and no miscellaneous tastes. The lactic acidity of yogurt comes later.
