The night of the Kumamoto trip,
I think I drank at about the 4th party.
I have no memory of it at all 🥹 lol
Miracle that no one remembers the name of the restaurant either 😂.
It must have been delicious for sure! LOL!
Thanks for the food 😋.
It has a gorgeous and moderate sweetness typical of Jikin, and a strawberry-like aroma and fluffy light sweetness of Aizan. The volume of flavor is balanced in a very rich place and delicious.
Good evening, Mr. Hamuko!
Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki🌾...we missed out on buying it...
The price was a little too high 😓.
However, Jikin makes me smile even if I don't say it out loud 🤭 lol!
The Sake Mirai Nama that comes out in February or so is excellent 😋.
A sparkling wine with a fine balance of bubbles and gas like a fine Champagne.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki produced in Mie Prefecture (100%)
Rice polishing ratio: 45% Alcohol content: 13.5
Manufacturer: Kiyamasa Shuzo, Nabari City, Mie Prefecture
Production date: October 2025
The last day of the New Year's mood is at [Sake-no-wa].
We will be opening a bottle of "Jikin" 🍶, which was on the top of the list of recommendations for you 😊.
I met this one last year, and I've had the pleasure of taking it out with me a few times, but even though it's the same special junmai hi-ire
I was worried that I was the only one ⁉️😥 so I went to check with the wife and at the same time...
She looked at me like this 😅
My eldest son, who is a classicist, had the same impression, and his wife said, "This was worth the ⁉️"... 😱...
If more aged sake takes over the fridge, there will be no more drinkable alcohol... 😱
I nailed it with 'No you didn't ❗️' to avert a crisis as soon as possible 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Baum!
It was the last day of New Year's, and you were so excited about the successful aging of Jikin-sama 😍.
Jikin-sama special junmai is really fruity and delicious 😋.
The debate over what to drink and when is going to intensify this year 😁.
Hi ma-ki-, 😊It was a great success 🙆It was fruity and delicious beyond my imagination 🙆I'm still an amateur sake drinker, but I'm still learning the depth of it 😅.
I'm still an amateur sake drinker and I realized how deep it is 😅.
The debate on what to drink and when seems to require some pre-arrangement 🤣.
