For some reason, we decided to start the Nigorinpic in our house on December 20, and we have a cellar and refrigerator overflowing with our favorite Nigori sake, but right now we are watching the Nigorinpic with our fingers crossed 😀 .
So, the last sake I chose before the Nigorinpic is Jikin's special junmai hi-ire.
I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Tokujun, but I was in the mood for Tokujun today 🤣.
After all, no matter how many times I drink it, Jikin is always delicious 😀.
It gives me the illusion that it's still a pure sake despite the fact that it's hi-ire 😅.
Now I can move on to Nigorinpik without any worries 🤣.

Opened the bottle on my wife's birthday. Even though it was a weekday off from drinking... my wife said "you just want to drink it 💢"... but I guess she was right 💦.
It has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it's fire-roasted. Juicy flavor and sweetness spread endlessly. The beautiful sweetness and flavor reminiscent of tropical fruits is the best.
