Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

I forgot to post this yesterday. This one was also opened, Jikin! I could feel the sweetness, but it was very refreshing! It was very delicious! As expected of Jikin-san! ◡̈ I still have some left, so I think I'll drink it again today! （I think I'll drink it again today!)

For some reason, we decided to start the Nigorinpic in our house on December 20, and we have a cellar and refrigerator overflowing with our favorite Nigori sake, but right now we are watching the Nigorinpic with our fingers crossed 😀 . So, the last sake I chose before the Nigorinpic is Jikin's special junmai hi-ire. I had a hard time deciding between Jungin and Tokujun, but I was in the mood for Tokujun today 🤣. After all, no matter how many times I drink it, Jikin is always delicious 😀. It gives me the illusion that it's still a pure sake despite the fact that it's hi-ire 😅. Now I can move on to Nigorinpik without any worries 🤣.

The other day in Okayama, we had a very delicious Jikin! That time it was fire-brewed, but tonight it is fresh sake! Fresh and fruity! I like Jikin after all! I'm so impressed that it's included in the all-you-can-drink menu! Yes, a winner. The supernatant, which I was allowed to try a little bit at the first opening of the mouth, is a true Muscat. Of course it is the best even if it is smoky. This is one of the top 10 tastes of the year with room to spare. It is too good.

Got it at Sumino Sake Shop in Nagata-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Opened the bottle on my wife's birthday. Even though it was a weekday off from drinking... my wife said "you just want to drink it 💢"... but I guess she was right 💦. It has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it's fire-roasted. Juicy flavor and sweetness spread endlessly. The beautiful sweetness and flavor reminiscent of tropical fruits is the best. Too delicious for words.
