Requested his favorite yakitori restaurant for the evening.
So the first drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was my favorite Jikin by Kiyamasa Sake Brewery!
This time it was Omachi Hi-iri!
I had made a reservation, so the owner had it ready for me when I opened my mouth!
I really appreciate it!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It smells sweet and fresh?
The first impression is a beautiful mouthfeel when you put it in your mouth.
The balance of sweetness and bitterness, and the aroma that passes through the nose - all of these are excellent!
Jikin-sama is a masterful brewer! It is a truly wonderful sake with a gorgeous flavor and umami, and I couldn't stop sipping it again tonight!
By the way, we had another glass of this sake at the end!
Good evening, ma-ki 😊.
Nice birthday party 😁.
If it's your favorite restaurant, you know each other well...and you can drink good sake 😊.
By the way, starting with "Jikin"...nice 🤩.
Happy Birthday, ma-ki-San🎉!
I knew you would have a great day at your favorite restaurant ✨Maiko seems to know what she's talking about 😍The owner is also very nice: ☺️
Happy Birthday to you, ma-ki㊗🎊㊗🎉!
It's a special treat to drink at your favorite place 🥰!
I can feel the deliciousness from your review: ☺️✨
The owner is a great guy too 😆.
Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai
It has been laid down since summer.
It has a tropical aroma and a strong sweetness.
The sweetness is capped by sourness and weak bitterness.
We enjoyed it with beef fillet steak and grilled vegetables. It seems to go better with meat than fish. Tare roasted meat seems to be a good choice.
Rice: 66% Gohyakumangoku, 34% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Strength: 15.5
This is Jikin's newest sake of the year, and we were fortunate enough to have it from the first sip.
It has sweetness and umami, and if you drink it without thinking about it, you can drink as much as you want, and your "pocketbook" will be in trouble 😅...
Fresh and fruity ginjo aroma with a tropical fruitiness
Fresh, juicy, firm rice flavor and sweetness reminiscent of apples from the smooth mouthfeel. The finish is pleasantly tight with acidity and bitterness.
Kimoto's Jikin This is my favorite flavor: ❤️
Delicious with a thick layer of sweetness and sourness.
My personal favorite.

Sweet and fruity on the palate. It has a peachy taste, but it is not persistent, with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. Delicious.
