After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a sake party at the Tozawa community center 😅.

We are very happy to have Jikin again this year.
It has the umami of Gohyakumangoku, melon, juicy but not too sweet, and a hint of gas.
It's still outstandingly delicious this year, Jikin-san 😫👍!
