This is my first Hato Masamune. The sparkling nigori Aomori reminds me of Natsu Doburokku/Mutsuhachisen, but the taste is a little different. It is a bit different in taste. It is drier and more mature. It has a strong dry taste, and is very adult.
While feeling the sweetness and umami of the rice,
It has a strong sense of gas and finishes crisp and clean.
Sake with excellent balance.
Rice used: 100% Gin Karasu
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
Light mouthfeel for a moment. After a moment of lightness, a flavor similar to the rind of a watermelon? After that, the true face of the wine, which is thick-boned and bitter, appears. I like it.
If it's my favorite Hasegawa Sake Shop collaboration sake, I'll buy it!
So, I drank it.
Well, that was a year ago. I'm not sure if it was a year ago or not 🙄 ...
I read in someone's review that it was sweet and tasty, like apricot bean curd, so I guess that's what it was.
It was definitely my favorite kind of flavor 😋😋.
I'll catch the pigeons when they fly again 😆👍
It's the Hato Masamune Fireworks 🎆🕊️
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight carbonation.
It has a refreshing sweetness of rice with a hint of bitterness that finishes off the taste.
It was delicious, just like a summer sake 🎇🕊️
Jungin Hanasoui🌾 Red by Hato Masamune.
I haven't had this since I drank the raw sake at AQE two years ago.
I checked, but the number of distributors is quite limited and there are no stores in Tokyo that carry it.
The initial aroma is fruity sweet with mild acidity.
On the palate, it has a juicy acidity like slightly ripe fruit and a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hwasoi.
We paired it with the third photo, a shiitake mushroom from Owani (🍄🟫) sautéed in butter, and it was delicious on its own or with a mealtime drink.
I hope T.KISO who likes Hana Soui🌾 will drink this.
It might be a bit sweet for Manachie, but I think a certain chika living in Aomori should drink this instead of drinking something new fat lol.
It's the most delicious one I've had this year. 🕊️✨️
Good morning, Mr. Manachy 🌞.
It's sweet but with a rich umami flavor.
I read on the website of a liquor store (Matsuzaki in Saitama) that they only make 400 bottles of 1.5 liters and 300 bottles of 4.5 liters 🤔.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san😄.
Hana Sou is Tasake, Toyobai, Kamekichi...
Hato Masamune is...
Oh, I was drinking at New Year snake meta label ❣️😊
This label was at a local liquor store last year, but I don't think I've seen it this year💦.
This is a Hato Masamune AQE vertical drinking comparison: 🕊️
2024 AQE is the one I asked chika to buy for me😊.
The 2025 AQE is sold exclusively at Hiwaya.
I bought it at the AQE venue.
I started with the 2024 AQE.
The top aroma is soft pineapple🍍 type sweet aroma.
In the mouth, it is crisp and clean with a slight acidity and a light pineapple sweetness.
The acidity has settled down after a year and the impression has changed a lot, but it is still delicious.
Then there is the 2025 AQE.
The nose has a sweet aroma with mild acidity.
In the mouth, there is a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness of rice.
It is similar to Sato Kiki's Hatsu Shibori.
It is delicious with a lot of flavor.
The second picture is a Hato-Masamune's front hanging given to me in the rock-paper-scissors tournament held at the end of the event.
I was so happy 😆.
The third picture is of the brewers of the participating AQE breweries.
Hato Masamune's president's son, who is planning to take over the company, was there (small and you can't see him, but he is the leftmost one).
He was a fresh and handsome guy.
The fourth photo is of the toji-san from the breweries participating in AQE.
I was a little disappointed when I heard that Mr. Ki was not participating at Hato Masamune, but the brewer who is scheduled to succeed Mr. Ki came to the event 😊.
Hello Manachy 🌞.
This year's AQE🕊️ is delicious.
Until last year it was sold as a set of 4 bottles for construction purposes, but this year you can buy it individually and I recommend it 😋.
I forgot I had bought it and put it in the fridge at work, so I opened the bottle just now.
I was a little careless and it spilled.
The acidity and dryness are just right for summer drinking. Personally, I feel the bitterness is quite strong.
First of all, the top stand. The aroma is not fruity, but rather greenish and bitter. When you drink it, bitterness and astringency come forward. The bitter aroma also leaves the nose. The bubbles are strong and easy to drink, but there is almost no sweetness. It leaves a foul aroma and bitter taste and pulls away. Does this mean it hasn't opened 😑🤔Expect more after the second day? Hmmm! I looked closely at the label on the back and saw that it was made in 2009😱I thought it was from this year. Maybe it's too old and there's a bit of a tang 🤔I'll have to be more careful from now on 😖.
Good evening Waccho 😃.
I had a 24.7 manufacture the year before last 😋I think it is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it goodness that originally opened all over the place: ‼️
I wish the liquor store would tell us it was manufactured in 21 🤔.
Good evening Jay & Nobby😄I knew it was inherently delicious 😋It was my first time at a liquor store and I felt like I was tchotchkes 😂😂It was a good learning experience. Maybe I'll buy it again at another place🤔.
Made with malic acid high-productivity yeast. Aroma and acidity are fresh 🍎, sweetness derived from rice. The rice used is perfectly smooth. The type that can be slurped down with a glass of wine.
Rice polishing ratio: 60% Sake degree: -10
We continue to enjoy local sake at my parents' house.
It is dry like a summer sake and has acidity, so you can drink it without getting tired of it.
It is the 🕊️ of peace~!
This is Hato Masamune's Summer Jun.
For me, this is one of the sake that makes me think "summer has come! I think, "Summer is here!
The initial aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a refreshing acidity with a slight astringency that finishes off the taste.
I was concerned about the bitterness because Mr. Manachie wrote that it was a little strong, but I didn't notice any bitterness.
Lately, I don't often feel bitterness when I drink sake.
Is it just because I was drunk, or is it because my tongue is more mature than it used to be 🤔...
I'm going to sing a song now.
(I don't sing)
It was delicious 🍶✨️
