Purchased at a liquor store in Sendai. I was going to buy Hiyayogoshi after tasting it, but the owner said he liked this one better, so I bought both.
It is mild on the palate with a firm aftertaste. It is refreshing and sharp, but gentle.
Easy to drink and delicious.
Sweet and sour and crisp.
The aftertaste is bitter and sharp.
It is rather bitter.
The acidity is moderate and gradually becomes sweet and bitter.

This may be the first time I have tasted Arisawa's Aruzoe.
Compared to Hakurakusei, which I usually drink, this is a dry sake with a slightly different worldview (although it is the same in the sense that it is a food sake).
As the name suggests, it is designed to have a moderate aroma and a low sugar content.
The somewhat gentle fruity flavor may be typical of Mr. Arisawa, and the clear, light, dry taste helps to wash away the fat and saltiness of the food.
Pairing] Vinegared mozuku seaweed, white fish sashimi, salted grilled fish, cold tofu, light fried fish
Repeat Score] 2.0
We had a drink at our classmate's tavern. It was deeply emotional. I also had Hakurakusei, which has a wine-ryes-like aftertaste in common, and I wondered if this was a characteristic of the brewery.

Rice used: Hakutsuru-Nishiki
I want to try Hakutsuru-Nishiki. But Jyushiyo and Jikin are out of my reach. And I wanted to try a sake other than sweet and fruity. Then I found something... Atago no Matsuri. The label is so beautiful. Hakutsuru-nishiki, I wondered how good it was!
The aroma is fresh and sweet, like green apples. The smooth brewing water with a hint of sweetness envelopes the palate with the juiciness and sweetness of apples and Japanese pears. But there is no wildness or punch like Omachi or regional sake rice. This is similar to the refined taste of Yamada Nishiki. It's like a sibling. Like Yamadanishiki, the umami and sweetness are refined without being too much or not enough. And it has the sharpness of Atago no Matsumatsu. It has a slight bitterness and sharpness, so there is no problem in pairing it with Japanese food, which is often the case with sweet and fruity wines. I love the taste of this. I will repeat this next year. Thank you again for your hospitality tonight!
Nice to meet you "Atago no Matsu"!
From the fluffy and gorgeous sweetness
