It's summer and it's spring
at Hitomi Sake Shop
My wife came to Tokyo.
She came by car, but it was hard to drive, so I picked her up in Utsunomiya.
On the way home, I saw a familiar liquor store along the road, so I stopped by and saw Harukkosi, even though it was summer, so I took her back to Ichikawa!
I was surprised when I opened the bottle!
It turned out to be a very sharp sake, but..,
But after opening the bottle and letting it settle down, it became milder!
It was the answer to my feelings that I pushed away the collaboration of Senkou and Hououmida, and I pushed away Ippou's raw sake to bring it back home!
It's a good sake even in summer 🍶.
Good morning, Momochi 😃.
Oh! I see you were in Utsunomiya: ‼️
Hitomi-san boasts of handling the largest amount of Senkouri in the prefecture 🤗I'm glad you were able to meet the "Harukoi" spirit from there 😋.
Junmai Ginjo Hitonatsu no Koi
Slightly sweet and sour, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It has a good mouthfeel and sharpness typical of summer sake, with a sharp aftertaste. It is easy to drink.
Atago no Matsu (as one would expect from Atago no Matsu)
You don't feel the alcohol content of 15.
It's been a long time since I've had a sake from the Niisawa Brewery.
It's like a brewery that claims to be a food sake.
It doesn't jump out at you.
but even if you drink it on its own, it's really made to be enjoyed in a peaceful and gentle way.
It's made to be enjoyed in a gentle mood....
I can't help but smile! 🍶
Good evening, Momochi!
I had a bottle of Hitotsuban no Koi the other day and I really liked it because it was well-balanced and tasty 😋.
I can't help grinning when I come across a good sake 😁✨✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-!
It's a wonderful sake!
Atago no matsu is how I got hooked on the sake swamp, so my feelings run deep!
This sake is full of smiles 🍶☺️
Atago no matsu Junmai ginjo Hitonatsu no koi
This is actually my first Hitonatsu no Koi.
I've seen it every year, but the cute heart on the label put me off, thinking it must be very sweet, but it's delicious!
It has the meloniness, freshness, moderate acidity, and sharpness at the end that is typical of Mr. Arisawa.
This is truly a summer food sake 🙌!
