Today my wife and I went to our favorite yakiniku restaurant for a drink!
The first glass was Jikin's special Junmai Namaizu, which we had last time!
It had been quite a while since we last had it, but it was definitely delicious!
So the second glass at our favorite yakitori restaurant was a bottle of Toyo Bijin by Sumikawa Shuzojo!
This time, it was Aizan from Jyundo Isshu!
Last year, all of them were delicious!
So let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. Not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the gentle sweetness spreads, and the bitterness that accompanies it is exquisite.
The lingering sweetness and bitterness that spreads smoothly in the mouth is irresistible~!
This year's sake was a definite winner!
