Yesterday, my parents and I had a rude drinking party at our usual izakaya.
We had a 4-hour first meeting and a 2-hour second meeting, and we had a lot of fun talking and drinking a lot of shochu and whiskey, which we usually don't drink.
Well, I'm not going to preface this time, but here's what we had this weekend!

Following the debut of Mr. Goju Yokoyama, this time it was the debut of Mr. Yokoyama with hiragana letters!

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the concentrated, fruity, refreshing sweet flavor comes out in a whirlwind!
I can't get enough of it!
After that, you will feel a nettled umami taste on your tongue, followed by a salty taste and a refreshing finish.
The lingering aftertaste is soft bitterness and well-balanced.
Day 2
Today, you can feel the refreshing aroma of a lactic acid drink.
The sweetness seeps in today as well~.
It is citrusy and refreshing, but it also has a richness that stimulates various taste buds.
The strong taste gives the impression of being very satisfying.
The lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and refreshing.
It was the first time for me to drink YOKOYAMA-SAN, and it was a rich and luxurious sake!
