This sake is made by Iwasaki Sake Brewery, which brews "Choyo Fukumusume" as its original brand name by Yasutomi Sake Brewery, which sells local sake in a corner where so-called souvenir shops in Akiyoshido, Yamaguchi Prefecture line the streets 🍶. The aroma is fruity and the slightly sweet taste is for women, with a gentle touch 😉. If my son's wife drank it, she would probably say, "It's delicious! But like the previous "Nagato Gorge" and this sake, there are many delicious local sake 🙂🍶🍶🍶.

The first bottle is Nagato Gorge 🍶The first bottle was served at room temperature 😊It had a refreshing taste, and then I had it at about the same temperature as the top warmer, but it was just as refreshing and crisp as the room temperature, and I felt like I could drink it as much as I wanted. I also had it slightly lowered to lukewarm (45-6℃), but personally, I think it tastes best served in the upper temperature range 😁😁😁😁🍶. I would like to try it cold, so I will put it in a 8-drink cup and chill it in the fridge to enjoy the changes in flavor 😆😆😆😆.

Today is the first day of a 4-day/3-night trip from Kitakyushu to Kyoto and back, taking a vacation and touring the San-in region. I procured a kinkame and assorted sashimi in Kyoto and am enjoying my evening drink on board the ferry. 🍶🤣🤣 This is my first time drinking this Kinkame. It has a light amber color and a rich, mellow taste, but it has a sharp, clean aftertaste, and surprisingly, I never get tired of drinking it. I think it goes well with sashimi👍. The night view from the sea of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is also wonderful and I am looking forward to my future trip 😊.

It is a return gift from Furusato tax payment 😑. This is my first time to try Nagasaki Prefecture's sake 🤣🤣🤣The freshness of the unpasteurized sake, the fruity and slightly sweet taste makes it seem like you can drink as much as you want😁😁😁😁🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶. It looks light and cloudy, like it's a little bit cloudy, but I don't see any lees at the bottom of the bottle? But it tastes good with a clean aftertaste 😆🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶.

Even though I live in Kyoto, sake from the Nakatan area is still underdeveloped 😅🍶. I bought this sake by chance when I went to "Wa" roadside station in Wachi on a late summer vacation to eat ayu fish from Yura River 😚🍶🍶. It's a little spicy and tastes refreshing with a touch of sourness 😚🍶🍶. It's quite a drink and I think I will drink too much 😅🍶🍶🍶. Today, I enjoyed the konbujime of sea bream which I prepared the day before as a snack with my dinner. I was so happy 😅😅😅🍶. The ayu fish from Yura River was also very tasty, and you can enjoy it until the end of September, so please visit there.

It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Katsuma. It's been 5 years 😄😚🍶🍶When I was buying "Shichida" at "Meishukan Takimoto" where we usually go, my wife said, "Come to think of it, we haven't had Katsuma lately. There's Katsikoma! I couldn't help but buy some 😄😄😄. By the way, today is my ? I had it on reserve and opened it 😚😚😚🍶. It's still delicious! Slightly sweet on the palate, but with a refreshing taste that can be paired with just about anything 🍶🍶. Toyama sake is good not only for the rice but also for the water 😄😄🍶. When will we see Katsikoma again? 😅

This is a collaboration product between Sasaki Shuzo and Meishukan Takimoto. Is it a so-called "rakuchu" flavor, different from Fushimi sake? 🍶It's more of a sharp tasting sake with a strong clean taste😊🍶It seems to match well with the catered dishes. 😊😊 Is it still a Kyoto sake for Kyoto cuisine? This is my first time drinking Saga sake 🎊🍶🍶It's as crisp as it says it is 😄🍶The aroma is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is a bit sweet, but the finish is refreshing 🍶. If you give it to your son's wife, she will probably say, "It's delicious! I think if I let my son-in-law drink it, she would say "It's delicious! But unfortunately, she is still breastfeeding, so I have to wait for another 6 months 🤣 shame ❗❗.

I was in a sake store near the train station in Yonezawa when I was traveling and asked the owner what was the best sake in the area 😅🍶🍶. The owner of the store recommended this "Koubai" 😅🍶. My daughter-in-law gave it to me as a Father's Day present, but I don't remember exactly what it tasted like back then 🙇🤣🤣I don't know if it was a coincidence or if he remembered what I said at some point, but I tasted it for the first time in 40+ years (I'm getting old lol😅😅) 🤣🤣🤣🤣🍶. The color was clear and colorless, and although it was described as having a "gorgeous aroma", it was quite subdued and had a mild mouthfeel. It was a bit of a sharp taste and did not linger on the palate, perhaps due to the alkaloids. But it is a kind of deep emotion to be able to drink the famous sake I drank when I was young after a long time 🙏🙏. Thanks to my son-in-law🙏🙏🙏🍶

I bought this sake at a roadside station when I went for a one-day drive to Fukui Prefecture in the middle of a very crowded GW 😄🍶🍶🍶. The aroma is not so strong. The mouthfeel is a bit acidic, but you soon get a light bitterness that quickly fades away ✨. It is refreshing and easy to drink 🍶. I wanted to use the pickled sea bream that I bought with it as a snack, but it was already served first, so I enjoyed the sapa with ginger 😄🍶. But I think they go well together ✨🍶😄🍶.

This is finally the last bottle ✨🎁 of the Father's Day present I got last year ✨🍶😄It took me a year after all 😅. The aroma when you open the bottle is acidic, but the acidity is surprisingly low in the mouth, leaving a slightly bitter and refreshing sensation as it goes down your throat 🍶✨. I drank it all cold, but I think I would have enjoyed it differently if I tried it warmed 😉 🍶.

This is the second bottle I bought when I went to Wakayama to see the cherry blossoms. It is the opposite of the earlier junmai ginjo, sweet and mellow 🍶🍶😊. But the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink, and it seems to be suitable for women 🍶😄. Today, I enjoyed a glass of wine with a side dish of pickled sea bream that I bought on a day trip to Fukui Prefecture 🍶🍶😂.

I bought this bottle the other day at a certain tourist spot on my way back from a cherry blossom viewing trip to Koukawa-ji temple in Wakayama. I bought another bottle, which is the same Chokyu Junmai Ginjo Bizen Omachi, which I will try at a later date 😊🍶. The aroma was light, but the mouthfeel was a little sour, but it felt a little dry. It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink, has a nice sharpness and does not linger 🍶😄. The first bamboo shoots of the year (local of course) 😚! 😚), I can't get enough of this drink 😂😂😂🍶.

This is the 11th bottle for Father's Day gift. It's before Ras 🍶😅Midai Sakura is my first brand. It is a rich, robust and drinkable sake 🍶😄. It is brewed with Awaji Island Gohyakumangoku sake grown by the Awaji Island Sake Detectives 🍶I bought it at a roadside station on a recent day trip to Awaji Island 🍶It is a little high in alcohol (18%) and the aroma is acidic, but the taste is mild and surprising 🍶😅I personally think it is the opposite of Miyako Bijin, a local sake from the same Awaji Island I personally feel it is the opposite of Miyako Bijin, a local sake from Awaji Island 🍶😅I had it at room temperature today, but next time I would like to try heating it up to see how the flavor changes 🍶😄This is a delicious sake with a deep flavor 🍶.

My 10th bottle as a Father's Day gift 🍶😅. I had it cold at first and it had a nice crisp and clean taste 😄. However, when I tried it lukewarm 🍶, the flavor changed drastically and it became rather heavy. 😅I enjoyed my dinner with "oden" today and the heavier taste went well with it and I enjoyed my dinner. 🍶🍶🍶🍶✨
