It is a gift from Akita.
It is a beautiful cool blue bottle.
It is sharp, dry, and refreshing.
I paired it with a chocolate baumkuchen and the 180ml went very fast.
The best conditioned Junmai sake in the first half of the year.

A springtime staple of the sake brewery of your choice!
This is a well-established brewery that I personally cannot go wrong with anything I drink.
It has a melon-like fruity aroma and a mild but firm umami flavor.
If you like mellow sweet sake, you should try Gunma's sake.
100% Chiba rice
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 17%.

First Chiba sake: ☺️
This is a super new sake that was just made yesterday✨.
The first taste is koji, followed by sweetness and a lingering alcohol taste, which I personally experienced for the first time.
I visited the brewery and the proprietress was very nice and let me try some tasting and I had a good time shopping 😉.
It goes great with the local sesame pickles 😘.
I didn't put it on the picture, but the fresh pickled pepper they were selling is also very tasty...!
In honor of my first post ✨
15%/ Polishing ratio 50%.
100% Gohyakumangoku / brewed with gold leaf / natural water from Echigo-Suganadake
The mouthfeel was gorgeous, and the aftertaste was dry and refreshing, typical of Niigata sake.
