The best conditioned Junmai sake in the first half of the year. Alcohol 17% / Polishing ratio 60 A springtime staple of the sake brewery of your choice! This is a well-established brewery that I personally cannot go wrong with anything I drink. It has a melon-like fruity aroma and a mild but firm umami flavor. If you like mellow sweet sake, you should try Gunma's sake.

100% Chiba rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Date of production: June 25 First Chiba sake: โ˜บ๏ธ This is a super new sake that was just made yesterdayโœจ. The first taste is koji, followed by sweetness and a lingering alcohol taste, which I personally experienced for the first time. I visited the brewery and the proprietress was very nice and let me try some tasting and I had a good time shopping ๐Ÿ˜‰. It goes great with the local sesame pickles ๐Ÿ˜˜. I didn't put it on the picture, but the fresh pickled pepper they were selling is also very tasty...!
