Today, my wife and I went to Umeda to visit sake stores.
Yodobloom Sake→Asano Sake Shop→Hanshin Department Store→Yamanaka Sake Shop→KITTE Osaka→Look around at Yamanaka Sake Shop
This time we took the third set of sakes with us!
After that, my wife had a drinking party at work, so I went to my favorite Yakitori restaurant to drink alone!
So, the first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Hanzo by Ota Shuzo!
This time, it was labeled "Ryoufu Goldfish"!
Hanzo is a little bit dry, but I love this sake because it is always delicious!

First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, it is full-bodied with a complex flavor.
I have the impression that the clean bitterness is doing a good job.
It is rather dry, but not too dry. It is a refreshingly dry sake that is not too dry, and when paired with a meal, it is a well-balanced sake with a clear sense of umami.
