Hakurakusei that I drank at some restaurant.
When I ordered it to drink at home, I found that the recommended temperature for refrigeration is -5 to 5 degrees Celsius.
I wonder if it will be okay in our refrigerator...
I must drink it soon!
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!
The ultimate food sake indeed. I had it with teriyaki yellowtail. It doesn't get in the way, but it does its job. The oil from the fish is delicious! It is a good sake that makes you think "fish oil is good!
A bottle that maximally expresses "the ultimate food sake."
Rice used: Domestic rice
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Sake degree: +4
Acidity: 1.6
Body temperature: 15 degrees Celsius
Serve with chirashi sushi. A good match.
Purchased on the road, let it sit for a few days after opening. It has a mild aroma and sweetness, and has a good flavor and sharpness. It goes well with sashimi and vinegared rice.
My own standard
Thank you for the sake!
I found this sake at a liquor store on a business trip to Tokyo 🍶.
It was a collaboration project between Yamawa and Hakurakusei 🤔.
And this is absurdly delicious ❣️
Hakurakusei is famous as a food sake, but this is a super all-rounder😍.
It has a very beautiful and gentle sweetness at the beginning of drinking, and even with a meal, the umami flavor comes on top 🤔.
No weird aftertaste, just a stress-free transition to the next cup 😊.
Well, it was a great experience 😁.
#Funabori#
On my way home from a business trip, I looked in a liquor store,
I found a collaboration product between Kamen Rider Kuuga and Hakurakusei 😳 I was attracted by the catch phrase "expressing the strength and tenderness of Kuuga" 😆.
The taste is refreshing with a beautiful acidity 👍 It has a youthful flavor.
Hello Uchi~'s super~rippa 😃.
I can't get enough of Kamen Rider fans! I used to watch Kuuga with my son....collaboration with Hakurakusei...definitely delicious 😋!
15°, rice polishing ratio 55%, sake degree 4, acidity 1.6, amino acidity 1.1, flat rice polishing, Kura-no-Hana.
We drank a bottle of Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo, a classic.
The flavor spreads with a clean mouthfeel and refreshing sweetness and acidity🤗.
Almost no aroma. It is not sweet, soft on the palate, and never gets old. It retains its delicious flavor and lingering throatiness even after several days of drinking.
★★★★
The first sake of March, when the weather is colder.
The ginjo aroma is mild.
It has a clean, dry taste.
As the label says, "Aiming to be the ultimate food sake," it is not too assertive, but it is a sake that makes its presence felt.
We enjoyed it with hand-rolled sushi with assorted shellfish, my second son's favorite.
