A sweet and flavorful sake. According to the description, it is surprisingly low in sugar content. Does the sweetness and flavor increase when combined with food?
Drinking party with college classmates (1)
Next month, 16 of us are going to have a class reunion of our university seminar class, so five of us went to Ginza for the preview.
The place for the party was Chinese restaurant.
We went to a Chinese restaurant, where we ate and drank as much as we could for 2 hours,
The first sake was Hakurakusei.
In such a case, I have an image of stability and trustworthiness.
When I drank it, it was clear.
A little acidic and refreshing
Not all of us are in Tokyo area, but 6-7 years ago, high attendance of 15/16 people, we need to have a good preview 😝.
Last pic is from the 1st Chinese restaurant (forgot to take yakitori 😭)
The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma.
Umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness are present but not overpowering 😊.
It is refreshing and light (thin 🤔) but enhances the taste of the food 🎶.
The taste is strange 🍶, it is delicious 😋😋😋😋 depending on the food you pair it with.
Regular Sake Sharing Party - friends brought their own sake
When other members found out that Yamawasei was going to be brought, they prepared it for comparison 😆.
This is the fun part of the sake party among friends 🥳.
For the record
Alcoholic beverages that are the ultimate food alcohol
When I drink alcohol.
I'm always in the middle of a meal
A drink that doesn't interfere with food.
A drink that doesn't interfere with the meal
Eating well
And drink well
I'm already dizzy and exhausted
