It's been a while since I've had Hakurakusei. My wife requested it because it was delicious when we drank out. It was delicious with simmered sea bream.

I received this for work and we had it at a welcome party at work. As the concept "the ultimate food sake," it was a good match for sashimi, fried food, cheese, etc. It was delicious.

So sweet! Wow just a little sweet~! Is it the reverberation part? This one is beautifully Kame-ryo? This one is more oaky and fruity! It's easy to drink with a hint of sweetness!

Here is the last one! I couldn't forget this blend I had a while ago, so I blended it with Umenoyado's Aragoshikan again 🍊. A marriage of rich yogurt sake and refreshing aragoshimikan 😊. Hats off to the master for coming up with this combination, too good 👏! We were also served stylish glasses to match ours ✨.
