Today, I was planning to go to my favorite ramen shop after my wife's work and then go to Kozo-san, but she had to give up because her work got extended beyond her schedule!
So we are having a late lunch and drinking at home!
Today we are drinking Kamonishiki Shuzo's Kafuda-shu!
This time it is Banshu Yamadanishiki!
I was recommended this sake when I first started working at Sake-no-wa, and I have been wanting to try it for two years now!
So, let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fresh sweet aroma.
Soft sweetness in the mouth.
The refreshing spiciness is followed by a gentle sharpness and a lingering taste that is a mixture of bitter, spicy, and sweet flavors.
There is a taste that is hard to describe, but what is it?
It is hard for my stupid tongue to describe, but it is a refreshingly clean and delicious sake!
My wife also said it was delicious the moment she drank it!
On this day, we had it with my wife's Seiro dish, and it was very delicious!
The second day
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a gentle sweetness and a salty taste.
It has a slightly complex taste with a weak bitterness, and it goes down smoothly.
It is even calmer than yesterday and gives a beautiful impression.
It was a late lunch, but I'm having a blissful time with delicious sake!
