The first day
First, the aroma. The aroma is weaker than that of Enochi, but it smells good.
In the mouth, it is sweet and fruity with a chili texture.
The aroma that passes through the nose is also blissful.
In the second half, the bitterness is stronger than that of Enochi.
The aftertaste is short, but it is a delicious sweet bitterness that matches the chili flavor.
In terms of sweetness, I have the same impression as Megumi, but the chili and the strong bitterness give the impression that IMPRESSION is a little drier.
Day 3
The impression of sweetness is firm.
I feel the sweetness is stronger than the chili and the bitterness.
The mid-palate is full-bodied, followed by a lingering bitterness.
The gasiness and bitterness complement the sweetness, creating a good balance.
It is delicious!
Fourth day
From sweet and fruity to soft bitterness and saltiness.
I feel the sweetest taste so far, but the bitterness and the balance is still good.
Saku-sama is consistently delicious!
It was a blissful time with a fun sake tasting!

Saku is delicious 😋 The liquor store near me is a Saku promoter, and I was surprised at how gassy it was when I drank this sake 🫢.
