The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, the crisp sake flavor, refreshing sweetness, sourness, and saltiness refresh the palate.
The name may be pulling you in, but there is a lingering bitter aftertaste with a hint of appleiness.
This is well-balanced and delicious!
I thought it was a delicious sake that refreshes and refreshes even on a hot day!

Beautiful sweetness and minerality.
It's refreshing and tasty with a touch of sourness.
There is also a slight sake flavor.
The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing balance of acidity and saltiness.
It has been hot this week, but the first Hato-san refreshed my body and mind!
It made me want to try some of the regular sakes as well!
