Good evening, I am posting my second one. This is a new one by LIBROM ✨ on a recent private expedition to Hakata, Fukuoka. BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

I will post a second one this evening. LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. Bunraku is delicious. Cheap. I will buy it again. Second day. Alcohol 16%. Not low alcohol. Fruity mouthfeel with a unique acidity, crisp and easy to drink.

Again, no rice used or major specs. It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%. Oh❗️It's really red! is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing. It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. I️ want to spend more time drinking this one.

I bought this one after tasting it with Daikoku Masamune at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kuise and wondering about it. I had tasted Tomikunaga in the past, but this was the first time I bought it. This is a rice called Yatanso, which is used only by Tomikunaga. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness. Not too sweet, but just the right amount. It is like the sweetness and umami of rice. Balanced type. I would like to try other types of rice.

This sake is brewed by Miho Imada, who was selected as one of the "100 Women of the Year" in 2020. I've been wanting to try this sake for a long time because of its high reputation in magazines and without any special glasses. The first sip was soft and clear like water, and then I felt the sharpness. On the second sip, you can taste the umami and acidity. There is also a slight pleasant bitterness at the end. It is characterized by the softness of soft water and a clean mouthfeel with no miscellaneous flavors. And yet, it is a modern dry taste with a wide range of flavors, which I personally like very much and it's really delicious! The aroma and taste are not strong, so it doesn't seem like there is a "this" kind of weapon, but it has no peculiarities and anyone can enjoy it, so I take my hat off to its broad-mindedness. You can drink it all the time... or infinitely. I am also amazed at its wide range of defenses, going very well with greasy dishes like fried foods and crisp salads. To use a baseball player's analogy, it's like Shuta Tonosaki of the Seibu Lions, who can defend any position at a high level.

The aroma is fruity and the taste is classic. The taste is somewhere between modern and classic. Junmai Ginjo il tuono d'autunno (autumn thunder) Shiga Prefecture, Ginbuki 55% polished rice, 16%. Fruity and sweet, this is a perfect modern type. Fully matured Junmai Ikinatsu Koshi Sanma A blend of 80% 2016 Yamahai Yamadanishiki and 20% 2019 Koshihikari 70% polished rice 17%. I was too scared to drink this one as is🤣. It was sweet and delicious when heated! It had a classic flavor.
