I love Aizan.
I love Iki sake.
This Junmai Daiginjo, I found it a bit bitter to me.
I think it is good enough for normal people, but this is a review for a very sweet and tasty lover.
They seem to be doing a lot of challenging by changing from 100% Aizan to 80% and adding 20% Yamadanishiki.
I drank it cold, but would like to try it again with hiya.
Yamadanishiki 100%, Polishing ratio: Kake rice: 55%, Koji rice: 50
1,639 yen
Fresh, juicy, easy to drink with just the right amount of gas.
Looks good with Western food!
Cost-effective and perfect for drinking at home!
Personal Favorite 8.5/10
I would like to repeat 8.5/10
Yokoyama Goju Shinshu BLACK Junmai Daiginjo Nao Kumi Nama Sake" by Shigeke Shuzo
The black label has a juicy aroma that is like biting into an apple, and when you put it in your mouth, a calm sweetness gently envelops you. It finishes with a crisp aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more. Enjoyed chilled in a wine glass, its appeal is even more pronounced.
Rice used: ・・・・ Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio: 50%.

I have been curious about this brewery for a long time and today, here, I was able to have it for the first time.
😭
Thank you, thank you 😭
It was a great sake that I want to make into a fresh house sake in our sake cooler from now on.
On the way back from Nagasaki Jazz City.
Nagasaki Station Kamome Market is crowded with people all day long. Even at night, the local restaurants are overflowing with people.
Yokoyama Goju. Fruity, rich, sweet, and of course luxurious.
