This is collaboration between Tanaka Rokujyugo and Senkin. This collaboration sounds like being done regularly, but this is my first to taste.
The aroma like muscat so tastes fruity. It's so smooth so it should be suitable to enjoy during meal.

Sake rice is Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima🌾.
I first learned about it from the endorsement, but it is a sake born in the rice paddies 🍶 and it is Tanaka 😄.
And the rice polishing ratio is 65%.
I guess it wasn't about Mr. Tanaka 😅.
It's sweet and sour and clean 😄.
And of course, it goes down your throat👍.
The palate is clear and refreshing 😁.
