Second time this season
Since I got it at Mishina-san in March.
It's a seasonal tradition, "usu-nigori" (light nigori) from brewer Kuheiji.
The sweet and sour taste of the light nigori is a perfect match for the crisp and dry taste of the Tsuneyama.
I enjoyed it with sashimi!
We look forward to serving you again next season 🤗.

Good evening, Mr. Uh!
I had a cup of Kuheiji's light nigori for the first time this year, and it's delicious 😋.
It's true that the flavor changes as the day goes by 🎵.
Sake is fun 😊.
The nose is freshly picked grapefruit and other citrus fruits, apple,
The nose has a delicate impression of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, apple, and white pepper.
On the palate, a pleasant bitterness spreads along with the umami flavor, and the bitterness reveals the essence of Japaneseness.
The taste is very delicate, smooth, and soft.
It is a light nigori (nigori) draft sake from Kuheiji 🍶.
The master said that Kuheiji said it was the best ever.
The aroma on the nose is fresh and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the freshness of new sake.
It has a juicy sweet flavor with a slight astringency.
This is going to be even better when it is laid down 😊.
It was just as delicious as Kuheiji said it would be ✨🍶.
Immediately after paying homage to the only shrine I had not visited on my tour of the three shrines in the eastern part of Japan, I saw a sign for "Yamanaka Store of All Japan Sake" and was drawn to the store. I was so impressed with the selection that I bought a bottle of "Kunoshinin Kuheiji," a sake I had never tried before.
It was fruity but light, with no sweetness left on the tongue. This is delicious.
It is said that the breath shrine is a shrine that connects people with each other. Now that I have learned to visit shrines and drink sake, my trips and business trips have become three times more enjoyable.
