★★★★
A very well-balanced sake with a strong sweetness at first and a little bitterness afterwards.
Since I received a set of two bottles for tax payment, I would like to compare it with the raw sake next time!
Kuheiji bought for New Year's Day
I've had it at an izakaya, but this is the first time I've had it.
It is said to be made with Yamada-Nishiki, a sake made with the utmost care.
As a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, I am very happy!
It was recommended to drink it in a wine glass, so I drank it in a glass.
It is a daiginjo, but it has no persistent ginjo aroma and is a good sake that is easy to drink!
I love Kuheiji, but when I first drank it, I thought it was sparkling? It was so hard that I thought it was sparkling. Decanting it in a wine glass or drinking it the next day, it mellows out and is a strange sake that I found delicious.
At a Christmas sake party at a usual bar.
Clear and easy to drink.
Mellow and mild. Delicious.
Pairing dish: Horse mackerel and purple sweet potato terrine
Purchased at Takashimaya, Aichi, Japan. Almost colorless. The aroma is fruity with a hint of herbs. The sweetness and acidity are concentrated. The bitterness that can be felt firmly lingers in the mouth for a long time. It is very drinkable, yet not difficult to drink. It is understandable that it goes well with a variety of meals.
Now, the second one!
I've been trying to prepare a convincing and refreshing system for a few years...
Finally!
Here it is!
I thought it would be a little more flavorful sake,
A sake that goes well with food!
It's a good price, but it's good for New Year's!
