Today's sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu from the hometown tax return gift from Iwakuni, which we received yesterday 😀 It is a junmai sake, so it didn't have much aroma, but the taste of the rice was very good.
It is a junmai sake, which means that the aroma is not too strong and the taste of the rice can be felt well 😀.
It was an easy sake to pair with a meal without feeling too much alcohol 😀.
Tomorrow, Kaorin and I are going to a Yamaguchi sake event in Kitahama, Osaka 😇.
There are many Yamaguchi sake that I like, so I'm looking forward to it 😇.

Actually, our family is going back to Shimonoseki for my father's 49th, so we are planning to stay overnight in Iwakuni on the way back and visit the Iwakuni warehouses 😀.
Each of the five Iwakuni warehouses has its own unique and interesting characteristics😇.
