Yesterday, after work, I was in the mood for something to drink, so I met up with my wife and we went to our usual yakitori restaurant for a drink!
So the first drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Kamo Nishiki from Kamo Nishiki Sake Brewery!
This time it was from the Kamofuda Sake Tank!
It's rare to see Kafuda at this restaurant, and this is the first time I've seen the label, so I'm looking forward to it!
So, let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. I don't feel much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink like water and has a gentle sweetness - it is still consistently delicious!
The lingering aftertaste is also a gentle bitterness, so it is very easy to drink.
It is so refreshing and yet has a strong umami flavor.
The owner served us an earthenware pot with today's soup to warm our body and soul!
