The third drink was the first Amanoto. It was easy to drink and refreshing. We talked a lot and drank a lot more, but I didn't take any pictures, so that's all I have to say. We had a lot of Nagano sake.

Aroma is somewhat similar to Shinsei No6 🤔.
I expected it to have bubbles, but it didn't.
I was expecting bubbles, but it wasn't so.
It's a bit heavy with sweet and sour taste.
I don't dislike it.
I have a feeling it will turn into something new with a change of taste 😁.
The aroma is restrained yet mellow and gorgeous.
The taste is "gorgeous with sharp sharpness and strong bitterness.
The bitterness, which can also be felt as a lingering aftertaste, is noticeable. The second and third sips reveal a robust flavor with a sense of maturity. The strength, which is not typical of junodai, may be due to the fact that it is unfiltered.
It will become more interesting if it is allowed to age and the rough hardness that was felt at first softens a little more.
It goes well with light seafood with little fat.
Please try it.

A "mellow dry" junmai sake with a sharpness of +10 yeast and the umami of rice. The softness of the aftertaste is still present in a dry sake.
It has the rich, full flavor and sharp dryness of a Junmai sake. The lingering spiciness is particularly impressive, and the full-bodied umami flavor is suppressed to create a pleasantly spicy taste. It is a dry sake that is easy to drink.
It is suitable for a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to hot. When heated, it becomes mellower and the difference between the umami in the first half and the spiciness in the second half becomes clearer.
We recommend heating it to lukewarm.
A classic, standard junmai with a delicious taste of rice. It also has a slightly fruity taste, but the base is classical. The Junmai feeling frightens me, since there were so many sweet sake.
