It was fun to drink outside the liquor store after work when the sun had not yet set 🤣.
Afterwards, it was Shaoxing wine 🥟 at a Chinese restaurant.
Slightly acidic.
The umami is soft and fluffy.
It is light and still delicious. Recommended.
