The second drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Ganki by Yaoshin Sake Brewery.
This time it was the first pressing of No.1
It's been a long time since I've had No.1 Ganki, so I'm looking forward to it!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It smells fresh.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami from the alcohol.
The lingering bitter taste spreads.
There is a little bit of fruity taste.
The bitterness in the latter half of the mouth gradually balances out the bitterness, giving the impression that it is a delicious sake that is well worth drinking.

Happy belated birthday to you, ma-ki-🎉!
I hope you had a happy birthday👍
I read that you bought a bottle of Ganki in Yamaguchi, but I haven't had it yet, so I wondered if I could drink it someday 🤔.

Thank you ICHIRO18!
My wife and the owners of the yakitori restaurant made it a really fun day 🎵
Oh, you haven't tried Ganki yet 😲?
I like this brewery a lot, and I guess it goes well with my taste buds, because it's delicious no matter what I drink 😋.
