Yesterday was our wedding anniversary Eve, but my wife and I celebrated a day early!
Saw a movie in the morning and went shopping!
For the evening party, we went to Sushiya Rentaro in Fukushima, which was our first visit to our favorite sushi restaurant!
The first sake at Sushiya Rentaro was a first for us at Sakegawa, Midorikawa Sake Brewery's Midorikawa!
This time it was Junmai Ginjo!
I used to drink this sake recommended by a liquor store, but it's been a while since I've had it, so I'm looking forward to it!
Let's start with the first sip!
First, the aroma. I don't know what it smells like.
Gentle sweetness in the mouth.
Beautiful!
After that, you can feel a slight richness, but there is no harsh taste, and it is very easy to drink.
When served with a meal, the bitterness comes out and it is a delicious sake that goes well with sushi!
