This time Akitsu Yamadanishiki
I have had Hinichin-san's sake once, and that time it was Akitsu Yamadanishiki, but it has been a while since I had it, so I am looking forward to it!
Let's start with the first sip!
First, the aroma. The aroma was not very noticeable.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the gentle bitterness of the rind, but the umami is so strong that your first impression will be "umami"!
It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a refreshing feeling, and at 11% alcohol by volume, it is easy to drink, so you can't stop drinking it!
The taste is completely different from the last time I drank it at home.
