My daughter bought this sake as a souvenir from the Kagawa Soubun, a local arts festival she went to support. It was from the same brewery as the Sanuki Kuraudei sake I had drunk before 😊. It has a soft and nice aroma and is refreshing and easy to drink!

It's not too assertive, it goes well with any meal, and it's easy to drink 😅. The 720ml bottle ran out in no time and I bought another 1800ml a week later. And again, it ran out so smoothly!

With fall fish for camp dinner 😋. It was cooked well over the campfire â I thought I didn't like dry wine, but this is mellow and easy to drink✨. It also seems to wash away the bitterness of the swordfish, which is nice 👍

I read a review here that you can buy fresh sake by weight at Maruishi Brewery, so I went to buy some immediately. Moreover, that day was "Maruishi Day"! 800 yen for 250㎖! I was so nervous when I saw the warning to open the bottle... I have overflowed other alcohol many times in the past and made a mess on my desk 😱.... This time I caught it safely in a bowl 😁. It's like a sparkling wine 🍾 with a 🫧swishy taste. Not too acidic and easy to drink (13 degrees) I want to buy this sake again, it goes well with all kinds of Japanese and Western snacks. ❤️

Hakuboshi style-Evolution of the Earth Urakasumi style-Traditional Sea When I missed the chance to buy the collaboration sake of Kamen Rider & Hakurakusei the other day, the store owner told me about this sake. Sake is a once in a lifetime experience after all! This time, I was looking forward to buying it as soon as it went on sale! I was looking forward to opening it and waiting for July 7! The rice and milling ratio are the same. I wondered if my amateur palate would be able to tell the difference. I was worried, but I was able to enjoy comparing the two while sensing the differences. I felt Urakasumi's was sweeter and more umami. ☺️ I felt that Hakurakusei's flavor increased when drunk with a meal. ☺️ Both sakes were very delicious and very satisfying ✨ And the bottles are great✨

I've been longing for a drink for a long time. Takachiyo😊 About 2 or 3 years ago, I went to a restaurant and drank it and the moment I drank it, the sweetness and flavor overflowed in my mouth and I was drowned by sake for the first time 😆. Since then, I haven't been able to forget it (or was it my first love?). I didn't know which Takachiyo I was going to drink, but I was so in love with it that I brought home two kinds this time 🍶. The result Both of them were so delicious😍! I think I drank the yellow label which is sweeter. Oooh! Sweet fruity✨ Like a sweet champagne 🍾. I started with a small cup 🍶 and changed to a champagne glass halfway through, the aroma and flavor increased and it tasted even better 😋. Today, I bought a delicious sea bream. Sashimi, boiled liver, meatballs, sea bream cracker hors d'oeuvre 😋.
