Sauna Trip to Ise If you come to Ise, you have to try Jikin, a long-sought-after drink 😤. It was so good that I could drink it without any snacks. ❤️ The first restaurant is near Ujiyamada station The first restaurant was Sankomaru, a seafood restaurant near Ujiyamada station. The price was reasonable at 1,200 yen for a single sake. The food was delicious and the drinks went down a treat! Miso soup was also delicious (free of charge)! The second restaurant was a sake bar near Ise station where you can compare three different kinds of Jikkons. Ise Department Store Gobomi The cheese snacks were so good that I bought some as souvenirs. ☺️

I bought the last bottle at my usual [Kurimoto]. When I opened it 5 days ago, I thought it was spiky and I didn't like it. But today it's mellowed out and goes well with spicy and sweet food. ☺️ It's light, but it has a great flavor and it's not too assertive.

I was told that there was a delicious Kaiun sake, and I immediately found it at my usual Kurimoto ✨. I couldn't resist and opened the bottle immediately! Sake with a strong umami and flavor. But it doesn't get in the way when drunk with a meal. It's a strange sake that makes the meal even more delicious! I guess you can't go wrong with Kaiun! I heard that there are 5 types of this series... I think I saw 5 similar bottles at the store.... And they were all bottles 😆. I'll be patient and try to conquer them all 💪.

On the way to a campground in Toyota City, I suddenly saw Houraisen Ginjo Kobo! I went in as if drawn by fate with my nose in the air.... There, I found "Sora" 180㎖, which is hard to find locally! Encountering sake is a once in a lifetime event! I brought it back to the campsite along with the two types of sake that I had selected by weight for tasting 🍁. The first "Sora" I drank tasted tasted gentler than I had imagined, with a hint of apple in the back ✨.

Jackets & Sake recommended by the store [Jizake no Yoneri]. Even if you drink it with a meal, the taste of sake does not disappear and it goes well with the meal 😊. I opened 720㎖ in no time! Niigata has a lot of delicious sake 😋.

On December 7, CBC TV aired a special on my favorite Shikishima-san! I wanted to have a drink when I saw it, so I went to the liquor store right away... A week has passed since then... I drank the leftover sake and found a pineapple. I'm going to be addicted to the taste change after I finish it.

Is it because of last year's manufacturing date? Alcoholic beverages sold at a discount in the supermarket. Easy to drink, not too assertive with food, but not too light either. It went very well with cheese (with pickled ginger). I finished 720ml in one day.
