Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. This is the first time I learned about this brewery at this event. It seems that Tochigi produces more shochu than sake. It was delicious, with a unique and robust sweetness, but I was attracted by the strawberry yeast 😅.

Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. The rice is Nasuhikari grown by the company, and the sake is freshly brewed. It seems to have a strawberry flavor. Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly. The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain. Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste.
