The last five drinks at Sushiya Rentaro are from our first brewery, Shiraito Shuzo's Tanaka Sixty-Five!
This time it was Itoshimaya Yamadanishiki!
I have often seen Tanaka Rokujugo at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it, so I was looking forward to it!
So let's get to it!
I couldn't detect much aroma this time 💦.
On the palate, it has a nice, refreshing sweetness.
There is also some umami and a slight alcohol taste.
The flow of the shift in flavor from there to the lingering bitterness was very clean and easy to drink, making it a very delicious sake!
It was a great day for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in this way again this year!
