It has a slightly heavy grape aroma and a milky taste. As expected, Sendai Station, where I was traveling on business, had a large selection of locally brewed sake in plastic cups.
I bought this at my favorite liquor store❗
I was looking forward to opening the bottle because the last time I drank Tenjo-Mugen was so delicious 🎵It looks delicious only because it's a limited edition 🤤.
It's still delicious 😋It's modern and fresh but with a robust umami that you can really taste 😆 My favorite liquor store has a good selection of sake ✨.
Mr. Noodle Sake King

I've been hooked on Miyagi sake since my Miyagi expedition. Today, we opened a bottle of "Tenjo Yumegen" hiyaoroshi.
The label with autumn leaves scattered around the bottle is adorable. This hiyaoroshi is brewed with 100% Hitomebore produced in Miyagi Prefecture. It is a delicious sake with a beautiful mouthfeel and aftertaste. It is a delicious sake that is perfect as a mid-meal drink.
This time of year, I personally feel that the sake season has begun. This is a pleasant bottle for such a day. It's delicious: ❗️
Brewed by Nakayuu Shuzo Brewery in Kami, Miyagi
Tenjo Mugen Bonobono Junmai Genshu
Limited collaboration sake of Tenjo Mugen and Bonobono.
This is the second collaboration sake.
The illustration drawn by Mikio Igarashi, a native of Kami, is used on the label for this collaboration. 😊😊😊
When you drink it, you'll see
The sweetness 🍯 & umami 🍚 & bitterness 😆 🍯 is the best balance of sake 🍯.
The balance of sweetness 🍶 & umami 🍚 & bitterness 😆 is the best 😆.
It's Sake Day, so here it is today.
I like this one the best in the Tenjo Mugen series.
I like the ruggedness that is typical of Japanese sake.
Not too sweet and not too spicy.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Refreshing aroma of sake
Sourness is the first impression on the palate
The taste is refreshing.
There is also a soft, yogurt-like sweetness.
The aftertaste is beautiful.
Here are today's drinks 💁.
It is Tenjo Mugen Junmai Ginjo from Miyagi Prefecture.
It has a gorgeous but mild aroma and goes down smoothly on the palate. It is perfect for long autumn evenings as you will not get tired of drinking it.
