This is my first drink! It is so smooth and easy to drink. It's dry but smooth, and there's nothing stuck to it. Before you know it, you'll be dreaming about it.
National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka_79
Miyagi Prefecture booth ①.
Nakayu Sake Brewery is located in Kami Town, Kami County. It was the spark plug for ginjo-genshu, and Yumegen ginjo-genshu was introduced in the manga "BAR Lemon Heart.
Tenjo Mugen Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha
Slightly refreshing, sweet and delicious.
There are three sake breweries in Kami-machi: Tenjo Mugen, Yamawa, and Manazuru.
I bought the jacket because the polar bear was cute.
It's cloudy and white.
I don't dislike it, but it is sweet anyway! It is too sweet for a meal as it is.
The label said "on the rocks," so I put some ice in it and it was definitely good. However, I feel like it's an evil way and it's busy melting too much or becoming too thin.
Tasted good though!
Drink cold.
The aroma is pineapple-like.
Sweetness at the beginning, then mainly acidity, not tangy, until the end.
Slight bitterness at the end.
As a summer sake, it should be chilled and drunk as much as possible.
Suddenly, ping pong🎶!
Smiling ☺️ while he came ‼️
Let's compare drinks: ‼️
And we brought in a plan on short notice 🍶!
2025 Sake Competition Top Prizes ✨
We've been drinking since the evening today and we're stoned 😋.
So...
Oh, that's what I'm talking about 🫡.
Delicious 🤤.
That's all I can say
I think it depends a bit on whether you like daiginjos or fruity ones 😅Personally, I like Hirotogawa for daiginjos: ❣️
If you like fruity, I would say Kameizumi CEL, and if you like royalty, I would say Hanayuup 🤔.
I think that sake that is called "rare sake" is definitely delicious 🍶.
In my case, I look for sake I'm interested in by visiting liquor stores and watching YouTube: ❣️
I look forward to your future reviews 😊👍
At Hasegawa Sake Shop Online.
The one I was interested in at the SAKE COMPETITION.
Two other items, I will give later.
The aroma is almost nonexistent and the taste is mildly sweet.
The taste is "both sweet and spicy. If it were said, it would be more on the sweet side. However, after the initial sweetness and umami, there is a lingering finish that is moist and sharp, making it a truly sublime "umakuchi". In terms of "umakuchi," this may be the best sake ever.
It is a mellow, umami spiciness that is unique to Miyagi Prefecture, while at the same time keeping the trends in check. Naturally, it goes well with fish, but it also has a strong umami flavor that is not defeated by fatty dishes.
Please try it.
