The aroma is almost nonexistent and the taste is mildly sweet.
The taste is "both sweet and spicy. If it were said, it would be more on the sweet side. However, after the initial sweetness and umami, there is a lingering finish that is moist and sharp, making it a truly sublime "umakuchi". In terms of "umakuchi," this may be the best sake ever.
It is a mellow, umami spiciness that is unique to Miyagi Prefecture, while at the same time keeping the trends in check. Naturally, it goes well with fish, but it also has a strong umami flavor that is not defeated by fatty dishes.

Compatible with fried chicken, smoked salmon, smoked cheese, avocado, cured ham, pickles💕.

Pineapple type, I think.
It's not heavy, but it's got a good amount of sourness and sweetness, and I think it's capped off by the last bitterness.
