Summer sake started to be served in May.
The sake was crisp and clear.
Grilled yellowtail kama with grated baby sardines and grated baby sardines.

100% Miyagi rice

Tenjo Mugen Ginjo-Genjo-Harakuchi
Another bottle of Tenjomugen received as a year-end gift from a customer 🍶.
It certainly has a good acidity, bitterness and dryness.
It is easy to drink and you will be able to enjoy it without any hesitation.
It's still a good free sake.
