The aroma is moderate and mild on the palate. It has a slightly acidic taste and a sharp aftertaste. It is very easy to drink and I am worried about drinking too much.
The third picture is the description from the store where I bought it in August." Limited release of "hidden sake for the brewery" ‼︎
At a standing bar in Shinbashi.
A refreshing aroma of rice.
It is light and dry, with a refreshing sweetness.
It has a full-bodied flavor and is delicious.
It's autumn again!
I haven't had it yet, but I'm under the impression that the image of this land is that of a mild sake, and I'm under the impression that it goes with everything!
For some reason, I found myself alone in Yamagata over the weekend and stayed overnight in Sendai. The sake in the back of the picture is Sendai station 🚄!
I chose this one to drink, which is hard to find in Tokyo (I remember there were also Urakasumi, Hakurakusei, Atago no Matsu, etc.).
The first sip was fruity, but the aftertaste was more umami, and the sake was exquisitely balanced!
It was late at night, and I was happy to finish this one drink and return to the hotel, but I forgot to stock up on sake at the site 😭.
I'm determined to go back again soon, before it snows ‼️
