Our commitment to sake brewing (from the sake label)
👉Located in the north of Miyagi Prefecture, in the middle of the Naruse River flowing through the Sendai Plain, Kami Town overlooks the Ou Mountains to the west, and its rice fields, blessed by nature, are the main source of rice in Japan, and sake brewing is still thriving.
This sake combines the gentle flavor of rice with a nice crispness, making it a very dry sake, yet a silky smooth and easy to drink junmai ginjo-shu.
The taste is a little bit too much 🍶💦🍶💦🍶💦🍶💦🍶💦🍶💦🍶💦🍶.

The love for Miyagi never stops. Following the study tour, I attended a certain drinking party held at Ikebukuro Tobu. It was all-you-can-drink and each person brought his or her own alcohol. Here is what I brought. Miyagi sake, a brand I had not yet tasted. Yumegen has umaguchi and dry sake. It is indeed a refreshing sake, but it also has a delicious rice flavor. It has a thick and sturdy taste. The rice seems to be Kura-no-Hana. It seems that the rice is Kura-no-Hana.
The aroma is moderate and mild on the palate. It has a slightly acidic taste and a sharp aftertaste. It is very easy to drink and I am worried about drinking too much.
The third picture is the description from the store where I bought it in August." Limited release of "hidden sake for the brewery" ‼︎
At a standing bar in Shinbashi.
A refreshing aroma of rice.
It is light and dry, with a refreshing sweetness.
It has a full-bodied flavor and is delicious.
It's autumn again!
I haven't had it yet, but I'm under the impression that the image of this land is that of a mild sake, and I'm under the impression that it goes with everything!
