The fourth drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Hakkaisan by Hakkai Jozo! This time it was Shiboritate Harazake Echigo-de-Hou Blue Label! Is this the first Hakkaisan since I started working at Sake-no-Wa? Well, let's have it right away! First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. It starts with the umami when you put it in your mouth. I have an image of Hakkaisan as being light, but this is rich and delicious! The complex flavor in the middle part of the bottle is balanced by a lingering bitterness that spreads out slowly, making it a delicious sake that goes well with meals. Well, I was healed by the delicious chicken dishes and sake again tonight! The third one is my favorite baumkuchen from Club Harrier! I've been trying to cut back on sweets lately, but tonight was the only night my wife gave me this baumkuchen! I heated it up and ate it, but it was still great! By the way, I ate up this whole baumkuchen! Thanks to my wife, I had a great day!

Thank you, Manachy! Oh are you interested in warming balms 😁✨✨? I've been warming them in the microwave since I found out that you can get them freshly baked when you go to a store where you can eat and drink 🎵They're delicious 😋.

Thank you, HINANOHA! I'm sorry to be so nice, but I can only thank my wife for making my days so enjoyable🍀. If you heat the baumkuchen too much, it becomes hard, but it is delicious, so please give it a try 😋.
