I spent the rest of the day at home working and otherwise relaxing!
And I had another bottle open this week.
So this week we had Nakano BC's Chokyu!
This time it was Omachi Nama Sake!
When I was informed that it would no longer be available, I had to have it, so I popped it this time and got it!
Let's enjoy it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a sweet aroma. Oh, there may be a sake-like aroma, too.
When you put it in your mouth, various tastes of sweetness, umami, richness, bitterness, and saltiness spread gently all at once, and then it finishes quickly and smoothly.
The lingering aftertaste is very gentle bitterness and refreshing.
The overall impression is beautiful, and as you continue drinking, you can feel the sweetness and it is delicious!
The third day
The sweetness is beautiful and gorgeous, and the shift from sweetness to bitterness is very natural, and the lingering bitterness is firm.
The last taste is like a full-bodied finish.
It is delicious tonight too!
We were able to recharge our batteries with many delicious sakes this week!
