The fourth drink at Sushiya Rentaro was Ohroku by Ohroku Shuzo!

I chose this one because the Takekyo I had with hot sake was quite delicious!

First, the aroma. The aroma was not very noticeable.

Then the umami is added and there is a slight alcohol taste.
After that, there is a lingering bitter aftertaste with a touch of sourness.
