The fourth drink at Sushiya Rentaro was Ohroku by Ohroku Shuzo! This time it was a super Ohroku! I chose this one because the Takekyo I had with hot sake was quite delicious! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. The aroma was not very noticeable. When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness is your first impression! Then the umami is added and there is a slight alcohol taste. After that, there is a lingering bitter aftertaste with a touch of sourness. There is also a slight sweetness. It was the most alcoholic of all the sakes we drank that day, but it was delicious with the snacks!
