First time at Kameizumi The first aroma is fruity-ish. When you taste it in your mouth, there is a little sourness? But the balance is very good. The aftertaste is smooth and disappears beautifully. If you taste a small amount, you will feel the bitterness is strong. but the takowasa on the side cancels out the bitterness. It makes the sake go down well. This is a definite repeat customer!

First time at Yoshinoya Smells sweet. Melon-y? It's like a smooth drink. Taste is light. Bitter taste lingers in the upper part of the throat When you taste it thoroughly Tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue The bitterness that lingers in the throat The smell through the nose Not so fruity The smell of alcohol is not so fruity. The bitter taste remains in the back of the throat at the end. I don't think takowasa is a good choice for a snack. I think it would go well with simmered dishes.

Buy before. So-so favorite 弍式 I was at my usual liquor store. I couldn't find the sake I wanted to take home, so I took home a bottle I saw. I took home a bottle that caught my eye. I was told that it tastes like grapes. I'll have some. I was drinking it before this one. compared to the Takachiyo I was drinking before this. The smell is fruity. but not as sweet as but not as sweet as Takachiyo. It definitely smells like grapes. Not too much acidity. A little pungency. When tasted thoroughly, it is more pungent than sweet. pungency than sweetness. Salty and spicy Refreshes the palate I think it would go well with tako-wasa.

My first time at Glorious Fuji! I thought, When I searched for Eikoufuji at Sake-no-wa I found that they were drinking Kurokitsune. I don't remember much about it. Kenaiyama 50 Unfiltered once-fired sake 2025 Auto open when metal is removed at opening Slightly effervescent when poured into a glass The smell is not that strong or rather, not so much. A sip without thinking Yeah, it's like grape juice. After drinking it, I felt a tingle at the bottom Fruity taste at the back of the throat and a weak pungency at the back of the throat If you taste it thoroughly The last smell that comes out of your nose It feels like a grape. It's amazing that they can make this from rice! Of all the 2025s I've had. I like it a lot. To be savored thoroughly I have a feeling that it would go well with matured white meat sashimi. A souvenir bought with apologies from my wife who had gone out to participate in the marching band at the Miya Festival. My first Nanamizu Because I usually drink only sweet fruity water So while it doesn't have a strong smell, it does have a slight dryness to it. but there is a hint of dryness to it. My wife, son, and mother-in-law have gone to Utsunomiya for an overnight visit. While taking care of my dog and my turtle I opened a bottle of sake that was recommended at the liquor store I go to! A pleasant sound when I opened the bottle! The smell is sweet, but not too much. The taste is fruity but with a nice sharpness. When tasted thoroughly, it has a slightly pungent taste on the tongue and a slightly bitter taste in the back of the throat. The aroma through the nose is fruity, but it doesn't last long. but it doesn't last forever. The sharpness of the sake makes it easy to drink. So drink it slowly and savor it.
