Another bottle this week!
We are having this sake, which we had not had a chance to open at the right time.
So today we are having Sohno-Kangiku by Kangiku Meikozo!
This time it's Kenaiyama!
It's been a while since I've had a saké from Kangiku, and I've wanted to try it since I learned about it last year!
I can't deny that I'm a little late to the party, but I'll have it right away!
First, the aroma. The aroma is fruity, sweet, and refreshing.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the chiri-chiri-ness.
And the delicious, gentle sweetness is the best!
My brain instantly reacts with "It's delicious after all!
In the middle part, you can feel the full-bodied flavor, and then it starts to become sharp.
After it finishes, a little bit of space is left before the bitter and slightly pungent taste gradually spreads in the mouth. The bitter and slightly pungent taste spreads gently in the mouth.
I love this feeling of Kangiku as always!
The lingering fruity aroma is also irresistible!
Tonight, too, I had it with yesterday's oden, but it might have been better to enjoy it on its own because of Sangiku's presence.
In any case, it was a blissful sake time tonight, too!
