Today, my wife and I went to the Saga products exhibition at the Expo Park Monorail Station.
There was an event where you could drink alcohol on the monorail, but my wife can't drink that much, so we thought we'd just go to the exhibition.
We hadn't had lunch, so we were wondering what we wanted to eat when we heard an announcement that there was a Ramen & Gyoza Expo in the park!
So we hurried to the expo to satisfy our hunger, and then we compared 4 kinds of sake at the expo!
The CI was a Ko-Imari Mae Junmai Ginjo from the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery, a new brewery to me!
Koumu Daiginjo Solitary Gourmet
Umami, bitterness and spiciness.
It has a good balance.
The lingering aftertaste is long and bitter, with a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
Ko-Imari Mae Esperanza
It has a clear but unique taste, with a touch of alcohol.
The bitterness is strong from the middle part of the bottle, and you may feel a slight pear-like taste at a moment.
Koumari Yamadanishiki
Clean, fruity and gently sweet.
Very easy to drink.
The lingering aftertaste is a bitterness.
Ko-Imari Mae Junmai Ginjo
Umami and sweetness with a slight alcohol taste.
The shift from sweetness to bitterness is beautiful.
The lingering bitterness is very strong.
