My first impression is that it has a beautiful mouthfeel.
The balance of sweetness and bitterness, and the aroma that passes through the nose - all of these are superb!
It is a masterpiece of Jikin-sama! It is a truly wonderful sake with a gorgeous flavor and umami, and tonight started off with an unceasing stream of "umeme!
By the way, we had another glass of this sake at the end!
