I've been drinking since the beginning of this week!
So we started the week with a bottle of Yaoshin Shuzo's Ganki!
This time it was Yunagi!
This is the sake we took to visit the brewery!
I like Ganki because they are all delicious, and this is my first time drinking Yunagi, so I'm looking forward to it!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. The aroma is refreshing and clean.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami and sweetness spread quickly.
The moment you drink it, you will be satisfied.
After that, it shifts to bitterness with a refreshing aftertaste.
The richness and saltiness can also be felt slightly at the end.
I have the impression that GANKI is a well-balanced and delicious sake.
The second day
Today's sake is also refreshing and clean. It's hard to describe, but there is a gentle sweetness, and a bitterness that comes through slowly and gradually.
The lingering sweetness and bitterness spreads in the mouth and disappears, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
When served with a meal, the umami flavor comes to the forefront, and it is a great sake as a mealtime drink!
This time, Ganki-san was a delicious sake that I liked very much!
