I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles.
