"Memorandum 1/6 🌾Gohyakumangoku 100%, alcohol content 15 degrees The sake shop said it was dry (+10% alcohol by volume). I imagined it would be sharp and dry, so I bought it. It's definitely dry, but it's also sour💦. Is the sake named "Mushi" sour? There is no "sweet" sourness, so yes! It's agonizing 😱. For those who love hot and sour, I'm sure you'll love it, but the taste & aroma that lingers on the back of your tongue is... something unique 🙁 ! Like Chinese medicine...(that's just my opinion💧) It was made in April this year and I got it at the end of April, right away of course. I put it in the fridge so? I wasn't sure if I should review it or not, but what the heck. I drank four glasses of it😅. I think it would be perfect with a shimemaba or something like that👌.

☀️ I'm here 🙂. Today is my 400th check-in & 2 whole years of Sake-no-Wa ✌️. Last year, from "Eikoh-fuji" which we were indebted to I chose it as a memorial sake because it is the same class as the sake I chose it as my memorial sake. It is 35% polished Yamadanishiki, and it is an aluzoe because it is an exhibition sake. I heard that the tanks are different for the 1-sho bottle and the 4-gou bottle. The sake level alone is There is a difference of -9.0 for the Ichimasu bottle and -20.0 for the Yogo bottle. As soon as I opened it, I was surrounded by a sweet ginjo aroma. When you take a sip... what the hell⁉️ is this? The pulp is melted into the fruit. I felt like I was diving into the syrup🌊. As I drank it, I realized that it was sake. The fruitiness of the sake is unbelievable... 🥭 It doesn't get sticky or heavy when the temperature rises. It's not sticky, it's not heavy, it's not bitter, it's got a grassy, blue element to it. It is also delicious, but it is best to drink it I think the best way to drink it is while chilling it ❄️. A weekend to get drunk on a new aspect of Eikoh-fuji... I'm so happy ❤️🥰❤️!

☀️ June 6th, today is the day of No.6 yeast 🎉. I was able to purchase "No.6 S-type" through the kindness of a sake shop. The day to drink it has come ✊. The sweet and sour taste of raspberries is soothing. A vitamin drink that will help me recover from today's heat exhaustion✌️! ☀️ Gagakuyo 〜Utsushiro Koshitanrei 100%🌾 It is a low alcohol sake with 13 degrees alcohol content. (I think low alcohol sake is becoming my boom😅) Moist and fresh on the palate✨. Gentle sweet and sour 🍎 Feels like there's gas in it, or is it my imagination🤔? The mouthfeel seems to be closer to dry... crisp and clean through and squeaky tight sour bitter 😆👍. ☀️ The first "Kariho" is a fresh blue bottle that looks like summer! It's "Rokubune Summer Mist" 🐬 From the first sip, it was so good 🤩❣️. Clean and clear mouthfeel... not too spicy dry 😆 It has the right amount of acidity, so even while eating It will reset you ✌️. I've heard that medium-hard water is used for Akita sake, which is rare for Akita sake, and I'm convinced that the taste is crisp and clean. I'm sure you'll agree that the taste is crisp and clean Ｈ As the name "Summer Mist" implies, there is a hint of lees drifting in the air... giving us the flavor and making us feel cool ❄️. It was released on March 3rd, and is made entirely from Dewa Sanzu🌾, with a rice polishing ratio of 33%. 1800ml, 3333yen.... The limited edition sake was only available in 720ml at the time of the Corona disaster. I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results. The first sip, sweet, sour, and bitter. It's made with 100% Hitachinishiki sake rice from Ibaraki prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. The sweetness of the sake is clear and crisp. The sourness with a hint of blue aroma, good bitterness... My balance is good👍. It's like a summer nama, 旨 refreshing 😆. I've been drinking it for a few months now and I've never had a problem with it. When I opened the bottle yesterday, I thought it was going to be sour. But after a day it became soft👍. Fresh and light. The gas is so beautiful✨. A starry sky was formed in the glass🌟. (3rd picture💦) As we proceeded, we found that it was indeed "Hitogoki" ❗️. The sweet and refreshing aroma goes out... 🤗 Today, we're going to try fried chicken (I prefer tori-ten!). The fat is harmonized well and it's a marriage✌️. It's not summer yet but 💧 The summer sake series continues 😘.
