This is the last of the sake comparison 😍. Sake made from Fukushima Prefecture's original sake rice "Yumeko" 🍶. Gorgeous and sweet aroma 😊. Easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness with a Japanese taste 😋. However, the umami and richness of the rice is modest 🤔. The acidity and bitterness come out later, and it's also very important that it's sharp and not easy to get tired of drinking 😍. Oumachi is often out of my taste, but but last year it was delicious🎶. Well, this year... A little citrusy? Sweet and sour aroma with a bit of citrus 🤔. The acidity is the strongest compared to the rest of the Nakadori series. It tastes sweet and sour just like the aroma 😃. Because of the sweet and sour taste, the umami is not so strong considering it is an Omachi sake 🤔. The acidity gives it a nice sharpness though. I think the sweet and sourness is too much 😅

In past years, Zero was the best. This year, the third was the best. ‼️ Less aroma and just a hint of rice 🤔. It has a dry, light flavor with a rich umami that is impressive 🎶. Sourness and bitterness with a crisp aftertaste 😋. The sweetness is moderate and easy to drink as a food sake. Very tasty sake 😍.

Most of them have the standard alcohol content typical of sake, but this one is a bit low at 13% 😮. but this one has a slightly lower alcohol content of 13%😮. Last year it was Jungin, but this year it's Junmai. The aroma of sweet rice is more intense than floral😍. It has a refreshing Miyamanishiki feel to it. As the label on the back says It is a very beautiful sake 🎶. Good balance of sweetness and umami It has a good acidity and is very easy to drink 😋.

Just when you thought work was down a bit, it's up again😭. It looks like I'm still going to be busy 💦. I'll leave it on weekdays for a while and if I have time on Saturdays and Sundays I'm sure I'll be uploading all the stuff I've accumulated 😅 We will do it again this year: ‼️ Tenmei Nakatori series drinking comparison😍 This year, we have unified all the sake with Junmai sake 🤔, although there is a difference in rice polishing ratio. We'll start from the very beginning with my favorite of all sake 😊. It has a gentle aroma with a slight sweetness with a Japanese taste like wasanbon or something 🙂. Juicy, micro-fermentation, and a solid sense of gas 😍. Good balance of rice flavor and sweetness. Too good to drink 😋. The bitterness that comes out in the aftertaste gives it a nice sharpness, so you can drink it without getting bored 😎. I knew this was good 🤣.

Last term I compared the moon series drinks. This term I plan to buy only this and Harvest Moon 🤔. The aroma is citrusy like grapefruit 🍋. It's not very rice-like 🤔. The taste is reminiscent of lemon🍋 and yuzu with less sweetness. It's crisp and easy to drink 😋. Not that it doesn't have it, but if you think of it as Nabeshima The taste of rice is light 🙃. The aftertaste is bitter and sour like a bite of lemon peel, so the sharpness is very good 👍. The sharpness is very good👍 I have the impression that it is not as sweet as the previous year's. It's a good sake that matches well as a food sake 😊.

Continue with Yoshikawa🍶. The aroma of this one is almost banana🍌-like only. I didn't get the white grape 🍇 taste that Tojo had 🤔. It's very refreshing. The rice flavor and sweetness is very deep 😍. Compared to Tojo, this one is more on the dry side. The acidity in the aftertaste makes it very easy to drink 😋. Great with strong flavored food 😆.

Digesting the reviews that have piled up💦. Tojo Yoshikawa Comparison 👍 We started with Tojo Yamadanishiki 🍶. The aroma is a combination of banana🍌 and white grape🍇. I think this one is a bit more floral. 🤔 The taste is a little sweeter than the Collage. The taste is a little sweeter than the Collage, with a ripe banana and rice flavor. The rice is soft and delicious 😍. It's a good sake for both but compared to Yoshikawa, this one is more suited to stand alone 🎶.

I had to get up at 5am. Digesting the postings I've accumulated because I can't sleep 🤣. I've had Yamamoto a few times. This is the first time I'm calling it NEXT 5😍. This is the first time it has been labeled NEXT 5 😍 It uses the same sake rice and yeast as Pure Black, so the specifications are upwardly compatible. I had never had this brand before so I bought it without hesitation 🤣. The aroma is a little sweet and full of rice ☺️ It is a dry sake with a good flavor of rice. Genshu Mai is a sweet and delicious sake This is a traditional dry sake 🙂. This is a traditional dry sake. The aroma is of clean rice 😃. The taste of the robust and heavy rice is amazing 👍. The fifth and last one is Sake Mirai🍶. A new addition to the New Born series from last year🎶. Very floral and fruity, reminiscent of melon🍈, muscatel and white grapes🍇😃. It is a sweet sake, like Muscat or white grape 🍇. It also has a strong rice flavor 😋. The rice flavor is not too much but you can feel it considering it's Akabu's raw sake👍. That said, the gorgeous sweetness is awesome ☺️ It finishes well with a bit of bitterness at the end 😋. It is a delicious sake in the New Born series with a good balance of sweetness, umami and bitterness 🎶. Sense of gas and microbubbles All almost the same. However, the Yui no Kou and Sake Mirai seem to remain longer than the others. For my fourth bottle it's Aizan😍. If you want a sweet red wine, this is definitely the one: ‼️ The aroma is very gorgeous and overly sweet, reminiscent of muscat and melon 🤣. The taste is just as sweet as the aroma 😮. On the other hand, the taste of rice is the least noticeable among all the wines we compared 🤔. I can't feel the taste of rice the most 🤔. Also, there is almost no bitterness, which can be said to be a characteristic of Aizan. I like to finish with bitterness, so I'm a little disappointed 😥. Anyway, I recommend it to those who want to drink sweet sake. I think it's not enough for those who want to enjoy the sake rice called Aizan. 🤔

The third bottle is Omachi🍶. It is the oldest existing sake rice in Japan 🌾. Gorgeous rice aroma with a hint of grape🍇 flavor🎶. Sweet like the other Akabusu 🍇🍇. The powerful flavor of the rice is impressive, just like Omachi 😋. The acidity is also a little stronger than the others 🤔. 🤔 It is a sweet sake, but I think this one is the easiest to match with food in the New Born series 😋.

I'm starting to upload the reviews I've been accumulating: ⤴️ First up is the Akamu New Born drinking comparison 😍. This is the third time after last year and the year before 👍. The reviews will be uploaded in the order of availability: 🙇‍♂️ First up is Yume no Kaori 🍶. Very sweet and gorgeous ginjo aroma😍. The sense of gas and the slight effervescence that is typical of nama-shu is very rich and a little thick and smooth on the tongue. The slightly thickened and smooth texture is very pleasant 😋. I only got 2 days off in April after all😭 I can finally take a day off for Golden Week starting tomorrow ☺️ But it looks like I'll be traveling to Tochigi again in June 💦. I went to a certain place after work today and bought some 🤣. I opened the bottle on the same day because it's a bottle and it's hard to find a place to put it 👍. It's my reward for working 15 straight shifts 😍. The aroma is a combination of melon 🍈, grape 🍇, white peach 🍑, and green apple 🍈. And even some green apple taste A fruit paradise😍! The sweetness and umami are elegantly balanced and very drinkable 😋. While the aroma has a variety of fruitiness The taste is reminiscent of grapes 🍇? 🤔 The sweetness is easier to understand when it's snow cold or flowery cold. But from the cold sake level, the umami and richness of the rice become more apparent 😆. It doesn't have a strong acidity There is almost no bitterness. It is not particularly acidic and has almost no bitterness, but it disappears quickly and beautifully, so you can enjoy drinking it without getting bored 🎶. Even though it is a sweet sake, it is a great match as a food sake. Too busy with the new year😭 Reviews are starting to pile up a bit💦. I received this gift from Jay & Nobby when I visited Tochigi in March 🎶. They remembered that I had told them I wasn't very familiar with Chiba sake and gave it to me as a gift 😍. Thank you so much 😊 The aroma is clean and green apple-like 😃. The mouthfeel is pleasant 🎶 with a slight fizz and gassy feeling. The entry is crisp, fresh and sweet, but the bitterness that comes after is a bit strong. The bitterness that comes out later is a bit strong 😅. I found it a bit hard to drink and finished it in half a bottle on the first day 🤔. After the second day, the bitterness fades. The second day onwards, the bitterness fades and the richness and umami taste increases 😋. It also has a refreshing acidity. It is not dry and can be enjoyed well 😆. I have another bottle of Chiba sake, so I wonder when I will open it 😁.
